This is a beautiful hotel and property. The people who work here are very accommodating. We had a couple of snafus during our stay, but they were addressed. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but overall we plan to return here. Also, management went out of their way to make my birthday and our anniversary very special! We will not forget that. Thank you very much! We will be back.

The front of the hotel was filled with Spotted Lantern Butterflies flying on people and luggage, into the vestibule of the lobby. Dozens of dead/ live bugs littered the entire front of the hotel. It was horrible.

During my stay, the hotel receptionist did not provide me with a bill, and I am uncertain whether the charges to my card are accurate. also the hotel may not be fully prepared to manage guests and events efficiently.

Unique upscale vibe. I love the way it smells when you walk in. Staff is friendly and always accommodating! Farm is Top Notch get the sangria you won’t regret it !

The room was wonderful but it’s was SO NOISY! Stayed here for 3 days with a baby and it was non stop noise through out the night. The cleaning staff was amazing and the pool was great other than that it was a good stay .

Great staff and a very convenient location!

Room was very dirty, staff was completely unresponsive and the window faces a highway which was very noisy at all times. I had bigger expectations for the high price and beautiful town the hotel is located in. Do not stay here!

We had a very fast and easy check in and then check out the next day. Great sheets, a clean room, and a great shower were favorites. Our rating was only a four because we did not have a positive experience in the restaurant.

The only thing I didn’t like is guests using the pool without taking the shower first. Good thing we took a dip before they arrived.

This hotel is in a converted industrial building, and it has all of the advantages of being an original design rather than a cookie cutter property. Tall ceilings, lots of room, big windows, a contemporary vibe, genuinely decent art in public areas and in rooms, a fine pool with a lot of outdoor seating, a regional style restaurant. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. And Nyack is quite a special place, with plenty of unique shops and restaurants and views of the Hudson. The location of the hotel as on the outer edge of town, with ample free parking and a 10 minute walk down a suburban street to get to the heart of things. We really loved staying in the hotel and in Nyack.

While the gentleman at the front desk was nice, we booked a double bed room far in advance and upon our arrival we were told that "there was an issue" and that all they could give us was a king sized bed a roller spare bed. When we entered our room, it became very clear that this room was under renovation. The bathroom was gutted and unusable. After we hiked back down to the lobby, after some waiting the gentleman at the counter was able to find a different king size room that was available. To make up for the inconvenience regarding not being able to fulfill what we booked, we were given a $25 voucher for their bar and restaurant. Looking at their menu, that barely gets us an appetizer. This place is by no means 4 stars. Terrible experience and will never come back. It's unfortunate because my friend recommended this place because she had previously enjoyed her stay. We wish we could've stayed somewhere else. When we were checking out and they asked about our stay, I shared the experience. She waived the destination fee for us.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nyack, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy charm it offered. The highlight of my stay was definitely the cute little pool area. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax, with well-maintained surroundings that made it feel like a hidden gem. The food at the hotel was also fantastic. Overall, Hotel Nyack provided a wonderful experience, blending comfort, great amenities, and delicious food. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Room was a bit dirty and there was a beeping noise that came from a broken outlet in the headboard of the bed. The hotel is oddly designed, but it’s convenient if just passing through.

Restaurant is the best

There was a dog running around in the room upstairs at one o'clock in the morning. This was truly the worst hotel experience in my life.

Water dripping from ceiling for two consecutive nights. Takes about 15 minutes for the shower to produce hot water Not worth 383/night

No hot water for 1.5 days! Very noisy due to traffic outside. Rooms still decorated like the Adam’s Family. Do not stay there. Refused to refund anything more than $40 for their extremely poor accommodations.

Pool is dirty, water was pouring from the ceiling in bathroom, no hot water at the morning.

Good location with adequate parking. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel decor is modern and trendy. However, The hotel bathrooms need updating. The shower in my initial room did not drain well and carpeted room had an odor. Thankfully, the hotel staff changed my room without any hassles.

The room had no place to sit other than a desk chair. The mini bar prices were insanely expensive- a captive audience, since there was no place near the lobby to buy sodas and snacks other than an equally price full restaurant. This is close to a deal-breaker.
