This is a very nice, new hotel. Makayla, the night desk person was very helpful. We needed to shorten our stay due to road construction between the hotel and airport. She was very accommodating. When booking, I didn't realize there is an indoor swimming pool. I am chemically sensitive and needed to wear mask in the hallways due to the chlorine. The pool access is directly across from the elevators which carries the fume to every floor. We were on the 4th floor. The odor did not get in our room, and was quite comfortable, but I did have to wear a mask whenever I left the room.

I’m not sure it’s age but it seemed older. It was ok. It was quiet considering the area. Bath tub had stains. I like taking baths and I did not in this tub. Doors had gaps at the bottom, did not like that. Staff was awesome! Sheets had weird stains but I was told it was their detergent. I was given clean sheets to put on if I wanted.

We had a three-night stay in this hotel and had a mixed feeling about this hotel. The first night our rooms were on the top floor and facing the I-5 freeway. The noise is so loud that it feels like cars and trucks running beside your ears. I requested to change rooms for the remaining two nights and successfully changed to the other side of the freeway. And the noise dropped 70%! So I am guessing that they really need to work on the sound-proof issue.

The chlorine smell burned my nose. My daughter and I were about to get in the pool and the staff came and said the pool was closed due to the fact the were unsure of the chlorine levels because other people complained about burning eyes and discolored clothes from the water. Thankfully we hadn’t gotten into the pool yet but are eyes and nose still burned for awhile after leaving the room.

The staff were amazing. Otherwise, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have traveled over much of the United States. We were put in a room that reeked if chlorine from the pool-it was overwhelming and made me feel sick .NO-ONE should be rented that room-221. I don't believe it's safe. Also there was what looked like an ant on the bed but on closer inspection looked more like a small wasp or hornet. I know other reviewers had mentioned "ants" in their rooms. Obvious drug-users staying in the hotel. Poor sound-proofing plus a children's sports team = no sleep, as well as freeway traffic and the hardest hotel bed I have ever slept on. Place us run-down after being opened 9 years ago. Facet for tub fell off, the drain hole was filthy and disgusting and no water pressure. Sad Would NEVER stay here again.

The best was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The floors are thin and the doors are heavy so you could clearly hear the people above you and every door shut around you. The bathroom door was water damaged extensively, and just overall looked like a revamped hotel or done very cheaply. When I called to notify the General Manager, their inbox was full - not a good sign. When I called the front desk they said I had no idea what I was talking about and they took my number for the general manger to call back. It’s been a week now and no call back. I would not stay here again.

Good experience. There was a little of Highway noise early in the morning. Clean and nice suite. Great breakfast. The hotel used to offer newspaper before. Not now. It has a good swimming pool.
