Wow! What an incredible place to stay. We were made to feel so special by everyone. Ngan was especially helpful at checkin showing us the spa, pool and amazing clock / piano room. Also providing useful tips as we passed by reception. This hotel residence is a 10+! Such an incredible experience. Our suite had a washing mschine and dryer along with incredible views. Turn down service also very special with delicious chocolates. The Spa and pool area gorgeous. Massages were wonderful along with the pre and post treatment. After chrckout with a night flight we could take an evening shower in the spa area to prepare for the longhaul flight. All so relaxing and stress free.

Extremely bad customer service at front desk!!! Check-in was super long time and complicated!! They treated customers extremely unprofessional and rude. Ms. Duong who was the manager of the front desk had provided such irresponsible and unprofessional services. She was not willing to listen to customers’ complaint but even rolled eyes back when mentioning about the residence was no longer serving with high expectations like before when the owner was still there. The hotel no longer provides the best customer service as it was before. They even charged us so much fees which ended up giving us the smallest and smelly room!!! Overall, the residence is no longer like before, I hope the hotel executives can look into this and bring back the best customer service like before and discipline those people who think they’re above the law.

Our stay was exceptional! We stayed at the residence suite side for 3 nights. The service was tier one. Turn down service was so attentive, seeing my mother had cough they sent a pack of cough drops. Room was always super clean. Acqua di Parma soaps and lotions, night eye cream. The location is superb, close to everything. The hotel has two Michelin restaurants, Mr Dhat helped us get reservations at Davittorio which wowed us. Having stayed at Park Hyatt Saigon this hotel is superior in room size and service.

Everything was perfect and truly grand hotel. The only thing is the washer dryer unit broke in our suite. The hotel offered to dry our clothes for us, which was very nice. Breakfast buffet is delicious ans has many selections to chose from.

Ive booked the Residence Suites complex with the residence suite club access. It is very confusing as this not hotel club access. I expected the benefit including breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail like most of the hotel CLUB ACCESS. But the residence suite club access no benefit at all. only a few Sofa, tea and cookies. They totally scammed us! Ive be travelling to different hotel with club access but this is quite dishonest on their booking description. No club detail at all with my expedia booking. Even i email to Hotel, and they doesnt reply about the benefit at all. If this price doesnt included this real club benefit I wouldnt stay in this hotel.

Great property and experience. But their Wifi speed is only 2-4mb/s!!! So, don't plan on using any kind of fast internet or conference calls! That was the only thing I was disappointed in. Otherwise a great experience and service.

This is our second visit here at Saigon Reverie. We stay at this hotel for 7 days, the most delicious international breakfast we ever had, feel like royalty the minutes you walk in, truly amazing experience ❣️ will definitely come back again 💕

Very clean and good staff. Hoang was great at check in and answered all the questions. Only minor issue is security follows you around too much when venturing around the resort. I was looking at the glasswares and felt a bit awkward. Other than that, I highly recommend.

If I could give a rating more than 5 I totally would. Had a wonderful 2 night stays on the residence side. Amazing and super clean facilities, outstanding foods and best of all customer service. The place is in the heart of city, walkable to everywhere but once inside it’s quiet and relax and upscale. Told the front desk at check in that my checked in luggages were delayed from the international flight. They offered to call the airport to check the status, which they did more than once. Not a service I would expect from a hotel and they went above and beyond. I already have plans on future trips with family here and already spread the words of how amazing this place is. THANK YOU!

The hotel is absolutely stunning with top level service and attention from staff. Our room included a half bath (with laundry), kitchen (with included snacks), large living room with dining table, office nook, bedroom with walk large walk through closet and master bath with separate tub and shower. Not only is the hotel room and the overall hotel accommodations beautiful (main areas, dining) it had a great onsite pool and was in a great location within the city. Highly recommend -- would love to replicate this hotel in other locations!

Hotel is fantastic in every way. I stayed in the residence, which have really nice apartments. Hotel was opened I think less than 2 years ago so everything looks brand new. The location could not be better in the heart of the city. The staff are outstanding. This hotel is highly recommended.

The only word to use is opulence. The place is outrageous. The decor incredible. Marble here, gold leaf there. There is no way this place can survive with the extremely reasonable prices they charge. Everything is new, including the staff, so occasionally there is a glitch, but not for lack of trying. Honestly, they must be laundering money. There is no other explanation for the unbelievable valie for ones money.
