This hotel is every bit as charming as the photos would have one to expect. It has 1,000x more character than the standard modern chain hotels. I'm thankful we got to stay here and plan to return.

No restaurant in a deserted town. Nothing nice about this place. Holes in rugs. Clean out for sewage openly viewable in middle of bathroom wall. Filthy dirty. And bonus the train that runs right beside hotel to ensure you dont sleep.

Hotel is good but not much around and restaurant onsite was closed. Town has nothing. Very dead.

This is a great place to stay. The room layout was outstanding. The service was great! This would make a great place for a wedding or family reunion.

Very nice hotel

The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. My room was perfect. Loved the look of the inside. Brick wall in my room made it look very colonial like.

This is a very unique and well maintained hotel

Beautiful, restored, exposed brick and wood beams, spacious room, comfortable bed, very quiet, great climate control (quiet), double vanity/sink, attentive/professional staff. Continental breakfast could've been better, but the breakfast room was gorgeous.

Lovely restored hotel. Bed and pillows were a little firm. TV would not connect to the Wi-Fi. Otherwise, it was very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast included a variety of hot and cold foods.

I traveled to Pulaski for a family funeral. It was my first time to the city. Jackson Park Inn was wonderful. Modern, attractive, CLEAN, and quaint. The rooms were even prettier and fancier than the pictures shown. I traveled with my sister so we chose a double. The bathroom had TWO vanities (one each side) 2 huge wardrobes, a desk, chairs, and mini fridge as well as a keurig. Staff was wonderful. Outdoor area was perfect with an amazing propane fire and rocking chairs. There was a huge restaurant area that offered a filling continental breakfast. Had we known, we'd have held the after funeral lunch there as it was perfect. Would stay there again. Consider it for parents weekends for Radford and VA Tech. Close enough and very, very accomodating.

Booked so far from 81 for sole purpose that a restaurant/bar was on site. Got there and it was closed. Room was damp and floors upstairs made a lot of creeks and bangs. Get top floor if staying here.

First, let me say that the staff is very kind. The decor is fairly interesting and the patio outside is lovely. On the negative side, you sometimes find used forks alongside the bed - things like that that have been overlooked. And you have to REQUEST to get your room cleaned. During my most recent stay, the bar and restaurant had suddenly closed the night before. Other dining options in the area are basically fast-food only. Add to this, there are design flaws to the place itself - doors that you have to drag over the rug to open and close... and you can hear entire conversations from the floor above, in some rooms. If that's not distracting enough, the train regularly roars past blaring it's horn (day and night). The room prices are completely absurd with lack of amenities, but that basically have you over a barrel... there are few decent options in the area.

Our room was ok, carpet was dirty, something ground into it. Our neighbor was extremely noisy, not very concerned with other hotel guest.
We had stayed there last year while visiting family and loved it...I do not think we will return again. Will stay in Dublin next time.

On site dining was very good.
Nice quaint town, good for walking.

This was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our stay. Not in a good area but it was quiet for the most part except for the train. If we come back to Pulaski, we will stay here. Also had a good breakfast.

Check in was quick. Staff was super friendly and helpful. My room is AmAzInG! There is a Mexican Restaurant on site that is awesome as well! Building is beautifully renovated but yet kept the charm of the old building. Great stay. I would highly recommend.

Good refurbished old industrial building.
Very well furnished. Very clean

This property is very nice. The staff was terrific. The only issue I had was the train that woke me up at 1 am. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

Beautiful property very clean, great ambiance, interesting details and fabulous restirant!

A lovely hotel- a bit out of the way and one has to travel through serpentine roads but- with beams and bricks and 12 feet ceilings ...large rooms and bathroom - its all very slick. Very welcoming and helpful staff. The breakfast is also excellent- with a good choice of proteins and carbs. The price is amazing for this kind of facility- the only reason I do not give it a ten is the train in the morning which is quite noisy!.

The only thing that was unexpected was train at 10:00 and 12:00 😜

The service was amazing. The room was beautiful! Other than the bathroom door not catching close all the way and a slow draining sink, we had no problems.
The train was a bit loud, but i anticipated that based on other reviews. When i mentioned it when checking out, the front desk said that they are in the process of soundproofing rooms floor by floor. I think that once that is completed, it really will be perfect.

Very beautiful. Remodeled but kept the history of the building. Staff needs to be present at check in i waited for about 10 minutes for someone to pop there head in. Overall pleasant experience.

The hotel is well done. The town is in decline.

We were unfortunately in town for a funeral, but the Jackson Park Inn was certainly a bright part to our trip. I booked a (double) suite for my husband and I and our 2 kids (ages 11 weeks & 16 months) and it was the perfect amount of room for all of the stuff that comes along with traveling with kids. It's practically 2 normal-sized hotel rooms in one. The bedding was premium and soft. The bathroom was a good size and nice. The free breakfast was what you would expect, but in a more organized and neat fashion here. The hotel was close to every place we needed to be at and the front desk staff was more than friendly and accommodating from the time we arrived to the time we left. Thank you so much for having us.

This Hotel is one of the best examples of functional industrial design one can be a part of but it is a work in progress. When they resolve the sound proofing issues, they can be among the best hotel experiences worldwide. The management and staff are first rate.

Very nice hotel, super clean and friendly staff. Would recommend 100%

This is a lovely hotel, with free parking and a good breakfast. There is a good new restaurant in the same building. But what really sets this hotel apart is their restoration of an historic building. It has great character, along with comfort.
Pulaski is a town in recovery, but with some new economic policies, I am optimistic that it will soon improve.

We enjoyed the space that the suite afforded our family of four. Staff was great ( even having to work on Christmas Day!!) One downside, as others have mentioned, is the noise. The trains (12 and 3:00 am are LOUD), also if there were others around near your room you are going to hear them.

Clean, large rooms, friendly staff. Would stay again without a doubt.

Another wonderful stay! Love the rustic exposed brick of the Reno building, spacious suite, comfy bed. Pictures very accurate to hotel. In suite, bunch of storage if you are there for a week. Love having separate TVs from the kiddo.
As of my stay the restaurant on site was closed and transitioning to a new place so you’ll have to get food elsewhere til they open.
Gorgeous winter decorations inside, even lights at the park across the street. Safe area-police next door. You can walk over to shopping across the railroad tracks. There is a park with playground not far away where the train station is (if you or ur kid likes trains). Don’t miss Draper Overlook looking over the valley, gorgeous!
So much to enjoy, nice small town, great lodging! We stay several times a year while traveling to TN.

Nice rooms. Lots of potential, but that’s all. It’s a 2 star hotel with potential to be a 4 star. But again, it’s not. Otherwise, service was good and the location is interesting.

Place was awesome but no restaurant

Exceeded our expectations! Wish we could’ve stayed longer than one night. Absolutely gorgeous room! Huge bathroom! Very clean, very comfortable bed. Train tracks within view from our room but I didn’t have any problems sleeping bc of any noise from the train or otherwise.
Morning breakfast was much better than most. Plenty of options both hot and cold.
Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Has an elevator to get to rooms with ease.

We only stayed one night. The building and decor is beautiful. I love old buildings that are repurposed. The brick and beams hold true to the origins of the building.
Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There was a coffee bar with a sink in the room, along with a table for eating or playing games, etc. The bathroom could use some more towel hooks and shelves for placing your clothes while bathing. The sinks are in a separate area and the shower & toilet are in another room. Which is great, except there is no place in the shower room to put your clothes and, if I remember correctly, only one towel hook.
We took advantage of their free breakfast in the morning. I've never been impressed with these breakfasts and I wasn't with this one. But it was as good as it gets and I'm thankful for it, as my kids were able to get plenty food in their stomachs before a long day of travel.
It is right next to a railroad, so there is some noise from that.

Loved the exposed brick and wood beams, not your typical hotel architecture. Manager said the building formerly was a cannery and grocery. Great re-use of an historic building. We came to the area to bike on the New River Trail, and the hotel is only a block from the Dora Trail which connects to the NRT. Municipal buildings, including police station, are next door, so perfect location for trail access and we felt safe leaving our bikes on our car rack overnight.

Beautiful room, nice and quiet. Restaurant and bar closed permanently three weeks ago, no place nearby to eat, had to go to Dublin and Redford. The town needs a total rehab and some businesses.
