The cabin was cute and simple. Clean and centrally located. Had everything we needed for the night.

We stayed here for a night and it was great. Room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was great. I would stay here again

The light outside wouldn't turn on unless you held the switch on the inside in one certin spot(fire hazard). Door was all broke up, could barely open or close it. Bed was absolutely horrible and the whole place smelled like an ash tray.

Cannot recommend this cabin. Bedspread, toilet bowl and shower curtain were stained, water heater capacity only allows one brief shower, no coffeemaker in our unit. We had to go to off site sister property for additional towels and cups for water. And the mattress had a significant sag in the middle.

Other guests reviewing this property mentioned that their cabins we're not as advertised or had some wear. We stayed in cabin 8, and it was amazing. It was super cute and comfortable. My only complaint was that housekeeping did not take care when sweeping. We found they did not sweep the floor behind the bathroom door and under the nightstand. The area around the property has beautiful scenery, and it is walkable to restaurants and shops. Although there are check-in instructions, they are not specific, and we had a hard time finding where to check in and had to stop at a business to ask. We finally discovered that check-in is at the Red Ledges hotel across the street. If these instructions were given, I overlooked them. The lady at the desk is super friendly.

It was a nice room, comfortable. My only complaint would be that the shower even for a small guy like me was ridiculously cramped.

This place has good potential but lacks attention to detail. Cabin had several light bulbs out and was in need of basic maintenance. Don't understand why you would not maintain a property at least to a basic standard. Front door not aligned, mish-mash of furniture on the front deck. Overall, though, cabins were clean and comfortable but limited space inside (nothing to sit on other than the beds).

The cabins were obviously older & had been used a lot it is was clean and had the amenities we needed. It was a good place to stay for the dirty business of day hiking. Sheets were thin & shower was stained but beds were comfortable

We had a great stay. Thank you

Communication was good and property was easy to find. This vacation rental needed A LOT of work. It had everything we needed, but the carpeting was quite dirty. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. Since we were only there for one night, it was fine for a quick stop over.

Ours was actually a little house. The dining room chair legs were broken. There was one king bed and 1 full bed instead of 2 queen beds. Would stay again.

Needs a new maintenance manager.

Be aware when bookin, they switched my cabin for an old town house.

The location was great for Bryce Canyon. The single front door lock didn’t give a sense of security. Beds were squeaky, like plastic rubbing. Rolling over or changing position may wake up soft sleepers, ask me how I know. lol.

Checked in the cabin, front door had a broken lock, went to request repair, waited for hours, last communication was 8pm that the repair person Levi was on the way but did not come, also did not come the following day, requested for a transfer but no room available. The stress of having 2 young kids with us after a long drive was unneccessary. Front office was nice but no communication after that, felt unsafe the whole time, had to use a flimsy table to block door and give little peace of mind, very substandard, no follow thru from the manager. i believe at the minimum, i deserve to be refunded for this stay.

Everything was great, nice staff, very clean, good breakfast, highly recommended

We liked the area but the cabin needed some work to it. The refrigerator didn’t get very cold and the cabin needed to be cleaned better. There was cobwebs in multiple areas inside and floors were dirty. If we wore white socks they would’ve been black by the end of the day. The lady at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in.

Clean and a cute room.

Leaking roof, shower for a tiny person, hot water for the 30-second shower - we booked on past reviews which were untrue or not for the unit we were assigned to. I definitely would not recommend or ever stay there again.

I will never use Travelelocity again. I was charge 3 nights for a room but only stayed 2 nights. I have tried to contact someone but the phone number given on your websight is not active.9

Liked the idea of a cabin. The floors were very dirty. 2 minutes after I got out of the shower my feet were black! The cabin was a little cramped (we had big suitcases and they didn’t fit beside the beds). Close to Bryce and cute little town which was nice, but lots of places to stay in the area so if I visit Bryce again I will be staying somewhere else.

The property did not feel clean. The bed was not comfortable at all. The main door was really hard to open and close. Would not stay here again.

Guess the next time I need a hotel, I'll need to call ahead to see if these units are not worn out! So msny things wrong and very outdated. Outside needed painting and weeds every where

Needs major maintenance work: toliet, ceiling fan, porch, A/C, other general items.
Also needs new mattress.
