A consistent and reliable hotel in GDL / Tonalá. Secure covered parking gives this hotel a one-up on most other hotels. The proximity to all the Tonala shopping - and the hotels storage area for your purchases is awesome. Clean, quiet enough, walking to shopping, helpful staff, good onsite restaurant and bar. Really, quite a deal for the price.

The Hotel I stayed in was nice. Very friendly and accommodating. The cafe bar in hotel is convenient and has a choices in foods. I fell in love with Tonalla. It is known for its wonderful ceramic and iron art. Must return.

This hotel is great if you are on a Tonala shopping trip. The location is very convenient, walking distance to everything and you get assigned a stall in the hotel where the stores will deliver your purchases to. Clean and comfortable rooms. There is a restaurant on site and the food is pretty good but the service is not great. There appears to be lots of staff but they are more interested in their mobile devices than in taking care of customers.

It was relatively quiet. The staff were excellent, and highly responsive. The room was clean, and the bathroom had hot water. Several guests had dogs, so that is good if you are bringing a pet. I was a little surprised that the air-conditioning wouldn't turn on.

Loved out it was so close to the Thisday and Sunday craft market, and the craftsmen shops and a shipping company. Great, reasonably priced restaurant as well.

This lovely spanish style hotel is very clean, the staff very polite and accommodating. I had expected a hair dryer- the room didn't have one, but the desk provided a very nice one with a deposit of 100 pesos. Bath gel is provided, but shampoo and conditioner are not (I always bring my own). The room was spacious and decorated nicely. Hotel Wifi is awful - my husband spoke to the staff and they sent someone up to connect us to their high speed internet and it was fantastic. The area looks a bit sketchy (lots of graffiti), but we felt safe wandering around enjoying the shopping nearby.

Great hotel within walking distance to Tonala shopping area. They offer secure stalls where you have your purchases delivered to so you don’t have to lug your items with you. Restaurant is good. Rooms are not fancy but they are clean. Secure car parking.
