Comfy hotel, friendly staff, good night's sleep & decent breakfast.
Just be aware bar on site but no evening restaurant, however, a few places to eat nearby.

Excellent service and value for money. Tenterden, a very short drive away has some excellent eating places. Hotel well situated for exploring the coastline of Kent which was what we went to do.

Very handy for our visit to Tenterden and in a quiet location. Loads of parking. Staff helpful and friendly. Pleasant restaurant (only used for breakfast). Clean room/bathroom.

I have used Little Silver for just one night business trip stays for some six years. It was good in all respects when I first stayed here and the consistent standards have remained the same year after year. Would recommend.

A perfectly comfortable hotel, with great staff

Nice hotel staff were lovely hotel restaurant not open Monday Tuesday or Wednesday night so staff let us order a takeaway and eat in the restaurant bathroom a bit small but ok

Bed mattress was not too comfortable and the pillows quite hard

Great place to stay.
Fantastic service, cleanliness, food and staff. The Manager Adrian could not do enough for us, time, service, recommendations and a great conversation.
Would definitely recommend.

The room was bright with a comfortable bed. However the bathroom needed a good clean and the plumbing was very noisy. The breakfast can only be described as average.
Good location as fairly close to Tenterden.

Rooms average ordinary hotel rooms, expensive menu.
Breakfast average.

The staff was absolutely first class in all areas the location superb not far from all amenities pubs and restaurants. Will highly recommend i will be booking another stay shortly.

Good reception, large choice of venues for evening meal as there was no evening kitchen at hotel.
I was leaving before breakfast was served (starts at 7:30 on weekdays), and was provided with a takeaway breakfast.
Only negative was there was no lighting in car park, so very difficult to navigate to vehicle going out to evening meal.

Lovely place to stay and such helpful people! We were there to save driving back after Morris dancing at the Tenterden folk festival and our group of friends had a great time…so we’re hoping to stay again next year if we go to the festival.

We booked a standard room and it was very basic with a tired bathroom. Thick cobwebs behind the radiator and silver fish in the shower room during the night. Could not wait to leave. On a plus shower was powerful and breakfast ok.

Lovely quiet overnight stay.

Very comfortable lttle hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had a meal in the restaurant which was superb, freshly cooked and served by two delightful waitresses. The cooked breakfast was of an equally high quality. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We were the only people staying which was a bit weird, but the member of staff on duty was great and went out of her way to provide us with something to eat although the chefs had gone home.

I will keep this short, but could go on and on.. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and has been updated, marrying the old features with modern living. The staff were all great, nothing was ever to much trouble. The food in the restaurant in the evening was first class, I had lamb from the menu which was superb.. Breakfast was also really well cooked, the eggs were perfect (well done chef) My room was clean well appointed and ample space, everything was excellent quality modern and in pristine condition. My only regret is that it is a part of the world I don't go to very often so will not return often. Overall, you will not find a better and nicer place to stay.

Disabled husband and there is no lift but he can use stairs and there are double rails to the Silver Suite. Superb room, lovely helpful staff, missed breakfast as it finished at 9am but otherwise perfect stay for us. Local taxi was excellent also.

Disappointed with the whole experience. Apart from at checkin there were no staff on hand at any other time. We called down 4 times and no one answered the phone. We went to reception and waited 10 mins - rang the bell - and no one came to help.
The room was basic at best - it was too hot and there was no way to control the temp other than to leave windows open.
Basic only served from 7.30am-9am - very short window and there was no way of arranging for alternatives.
The only reason we stayed there was its proximity to Chapel Down winery ! Will never stay again.

I arrived late at this pretty hotel. The staff were friendly, checked in by a lovely lady, and had a beer kindly served after check in. A nice little hotel.

Adequate. Marketed as a country hotel. This veneer only reveals a Motel.
Service. Was learning on the job, which considering the price is not acceptable.
Room. Cheap 4 poster bed ( for country house illusion ) with 2 extra beds as well.
I think their main business is the lucrative wedding market with lots of beds large dining areas and photo op garden.
For £155 it is an expensive motel max £100.

The property was a relatively small hotel but very nice and clean and a good standard for a three star hotel. Staff were helpful.

Friendly staff but slow!
Place looking a little tired, 4-poster room not worth the upgrade.

Enjoyed our overnight stay, the staff were excellent and very friendly in the difficult COVID restrictions.
They were very accommodating with an early lunch as we were going on an early wine tasting tour, nothing was too much trouble.
Our bed was a bit creaky, needs a mattress replacement but other than that everything else was very good and relaxing

Lovely lounge area and very friendly, welcoming staff. Bedrooms and restaurant felt more like an old people’s home!

We stayed for 1 night whilst visiting friends in the area. Check in was fantastic, Russel (I think that’s his name) was very friendly and accommodating, sourcing a travel cot for us and showing us around. The room itself was ok, decor was dated and some fittings looking tired. The bed was slightly firmer than we preferred, but bedding was clean and comfortable. The shower was sadly very poor, lacking power and needing a new shower head. We also discovered that the hair dryer wasn’t working. Breakfast was good, in particular the hot chocolate which was delicious! We each had a full English and could have had cereal, yoghurt and fruit also. There was very minimal staff (we only saw one person who we served us breakfast and checked us out) so service wasn’t the fastest, but we can overlook this being the Christmas period. The building itself is full of character but the decor needs some updating. Overall the stay was comfortable but I’m not sure we would visit again.

I stayed just one night here on business but would definitely stay again. My room was fantastic - large, clean and very comfortable. The food was great too and the member of staff who welcomed me and served dinner was extremely friendly. I look forward to staying there again and highly recommend it.

Accessible and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The rooms are dated which fine but mine had a lot of dust cobwebs on the light fixtures, walls and the curtains around the bed.
