Amazing hotel with amazing views and amazing staff! Would recommend to anyone and we hope to be back next year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely hotel beautiful views modern and comfortable all staff were all friendly knowledgable and polite. We had a fantastic time just wished it was a little easier to walk into Lassi or Argostoli as getting taxis sometimes twice a day was an added expense and walking apart from the heat was somewhat abit precarious . But we had a fabulous stay

Exceptional property and highly recommend it for anyone’s next stay!

So have just stayed in this hotel June 2024 and here is my honest review. There are good parts and not so good parts in this review.
The hotel is very nice and cleaned well. The beds are very comfortable which is an important factor for me as I don’t sleep well. You have a small fridge. Safe with combination and tv (though not much to watch!). Plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. Lovely bathroom (you can flush toilet paper for Greece!) bath shower plenty of attention to detail. Air conditioning lovely. We stayed in economy room so balcony overlooks trees and road, but sea view rooms all had a sea view but some overlooked patio so noise of people drinking (can be extra noisy if youngsters as we had with wedding party when staying)
Food- we stayed B &B, breakfast was buffet style, plenty of choice but wasn’t particularly enjoyable. No trays so you had to run back and forth for tea/coffee, food etc. the dining area was nice with beautiful views across sea.
Main meals - you could have diner buffet style but at 35 euros per person, that’s very expensive when you have many lovely places to eat up the road costing 30 euros for 2! You also have area for el a carte which has to be booked in advance and shudder to think how much that will cost you.
Nice veranda out front overlooking sea and good for evening drink from bar. Wicker seats could do with cushions as tad uncomfortable.
Biggest drawback is the distance you have to walk to pool and private beach 1117 steps up/down hill

The staff were all lovely and helpful.
My problem was that the hotel hasn’t changed much since I came 11 years ago. Amenities are bad. All in one shower, shampoo & conditioner on wall. Hairdryer from the 50’s which will dry your lashes. There was a wasp infestation in room. I spent 7 days looking over shoulder, cleaners did what they could but couldn’t open room window or balcony door. Every day we woke up in bathroom to a hornet or bee.
They charge extra for bungalow where it’s impossible to walk to in heat and where all the main problems occur. Safe is tiny, not big enough for an envelope handbag. Towels are tiny.
I hate writing bad reviews but for the price I’m so disappointed. View and staff made me stay on and not check out so bravo to them!! I hope owners modify and make this hotel better. Or adjust price to be for a 3 star!

Our room and the hotel was lovely, but I did not appreciate the walk between the two or to the pool, beach bar and beach. A golf buggy service would go a long way to easing the steep hills and some steps to the beach rather than that slippery sandy slope would be good. My only other criticism was that the cooked breakfasts, especially the eggs, were not cooked fresh and were overcooked and cold. All the staff were lovely, friendly, efficient and cheerful. I particularly liked the bedding, want to know where I can get that bedspread?

My sister and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was superb.

Close to airport, but still walkable to town. Small private beach

I stayed at White Rocks with my partner, and our experience here was nothing short of incredible! This hotel is truly all-inclusive and has everything you need. At this hotel, my partner and I felt so relaxed and engulfed by the Greek lifestyle - we swam every day, we ate plenty of food, and we relaxed and had the best time. The beaches are beautiful - the hotel has private access to White Rocks Beach and is next door to Platis Gialos beach (our personal favourite). The pool is fantastic also, and surrounded by multiple bars and food options. The room was very large, comfortable, clean and had plenty of amenities. The breakfast buffet was fantastic also. Lastly, the staff were wonderful - they were so welcoming and warm, and were a reflection of the famous Greek hospitality! My partner proposed to me during our stay at Kefalonia, and the staff were so happy for us, which felt very wholesome. We plan on coming back to this place for our next visit to Greece!

Great location, excellent hotel. Staff were very attentive and knowledgable. As per a lot of other reviews, a sea room is a must. The hotel’s private beach is limited and rocky but fantastic local beach very close by (locals go there, so must be good). A great week away.

Lovely stay. Lovely clean rooms and great pool area and loungers. Need a car as not much around.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. The personnel was very kind and supportive , the rooms were very nice and the overall hotel is interestingly designed. The location allowed us to get to any beach in 1 hour by car, and is also very close to Makris beach.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful beach. The grounds were beautiful with a beautiful pool. The breakfast could have been better. Room was spacious and we had a stunning sea view.

I liked the cliff side setting and breath taking views. Beautiful pool area and very nice modern bungalow room. So I said bungalow room

Modern rooms and setting, great breakfast. Helpful staff. 10 minute walk to Lassi or taxi to Argostoli. Enjoyed SeaView room and good base to explore Kefalonia

On the rocks...bel hotel avecdes chambre vue mer...dommage que la petite plage de droite(sable)ne soit pas accessible de l'hôtel...petit reproche sur la restauration qui nest pas en rapport avec l'hotel

The hotel is beautiful, the view is amazing, the location as well. Breakfast was a disappointment, so we needed up eating out, but nicer in any case because we wanted to see the island. We were lucky as the hotel as nearly empty, the best was definitely the nature, the beach, the view!
Only issue I had was that the parking was across the street, with no safe passage way and a short trip to walk along the street itself, especially at night, I think that this can be dangerous, so I would suggest to build a walking path, maybe a bridge over the street.

The grounds of the hotel were spread out therefore you could always find somewhere quiet to read or have a drink.
The first room we were allocated faced the main road!! Not what you want when such lovely views were available. We were upgraded eventually (well into our 2nd day)at a cost to ourselves. The staff were very helpful however unless we agreed to pay extra I’m sure the room move would not have taken place!! I do question whether this was an “up sale”?
1.5
Be careful on the room description. We bought an expensive room in which we were lead to believe had an Ocean view only to find it had a view of the parking lot and road which was extremely noisy. Buyer beware!

The infinity pool was unique and the location the staff and the food of the hotel was exceptional
2.5
Stunning location. Peaceful and relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast. Restaurants are okay for dinner but lack variety.Overall would highly recommend for a peaceful holiday in idyllic setting.Location perfect for airport and for shops and restaurants.

It was alright.

Staff wasn’t the friendliest at check in.
The gentleman that carried our bags to the room was extremely friendly. He was the only one. Everyone else acted inconvenienced by anything we asked.
Walk from resort entrance to Bungalow was a miserable 845 foot walk one way that was all hills and steps. Our bungalow (#30) was one of 2 on the resort that it’s private veranda was not private and overlooked guest entrance on next level in front. There was one pool and very very limited lounge chairs around the pool for the amount of guests staying. The private beach was not worth going to. Couldn’t get in water because of rough and slippery rocks everywhere. We’re en chairs for guest to use. No service on beach. Includes Breakfast buffet but was treated as if we were an inconvenience by coming at 9:40. Was told to get whatever we wanted at once because they were closing it down and was never waited on. Guest are only allowed 1 room key for the purpose of when you leave your room and take key out of slot everything turns off including your AIR! Prepare for it to be HOT. Worst part is the room had hair balls on floor from previous guest and large roaches of some sort. For the price we paid we really had higher expectations for the resort. Was very disappointed and don’t see choosing this resort in the future.

Good location, right on the beach, quite scenic, clean

The hotel is in such a beautiful location, views are lovely. You have everything you need without even having to leave the hotel if you just want a relaxing holiday, or you can easily get around to other places via the local regular and reliable bus, with the bus stop within walking distance.

Amazing hotel. I found the mattress too soft

Close to the beach and a few minutes walk to Lassi. Took the B&B option which we preferred to the half board option which in our view is over priced.
