Great staff, room and amenities. I sent a complaint about the breakfast buffet and staff call me that day to hear more about it, this is the type of policy you expect from a top tier hotel as Casa Andina. By far the best hotel in Tacna.

Ideal para encontrar un espacio que brinda seguridad en época de COVID. Aún con poco personal, lo que hacía que a veces no respondan al llamado al counter en horas de trabajo pero seguro eso mejorará con el tiempo cuando todo su personal regrese.

Es el oeor hotel con el peor servicio en medio de las restricciones qque hay. Literralmentee quieren tenerlo al huesped preso en la habitacion. Nonte dejan estar en ninguna area del hotel que no sea en tu cuarto. Pesimo servicio

The hotel is very near the city center and is only 3yrs old so looks very good.The staff were all very good and very professional anything we asked for was done without a problem and with a smile.

Hotel is very good, located few walking quarters from the main streets of Tacna. Overall very clean, good service, excellent food. Peruvian taste is something special and served at home even better that in foreign restaurants. We will certainly use this hotel for our next visit.

Excellent hotel. Great staff, good location within walking distance to main streets and varied food options. The hotel restaurant is very good and also offers breakfast beginning at 6 AM, which is very convenient for working people. My only complaint is about the computers and printer available to guests. During my stay those were frequently used by people playing games and it was not possible to use the printers.

Very pleased with my stay at Casa Andina - Tacna. After a few days working at a mine location, the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Restaurant is good. Staff is friendly and ready to help.
