The manager Janu, and his front desk manager Gede, were terrific to deal with, exceptionally accommodating. I only have 2 complaints. First is the villa, we had a 1 bedroom private villa..we were on the first floor, absolutely not what I expected, pretty butthurt about that. Atleast could have given us the upper level. Especially because we only stayed 2 nights, would have been a nice gesture and we would have enjoyed the villa that much more. My second issue was the restaurant at the bottom of the steps. Food was good, but the service was terrible, I have had better service at a McDonald's than that, pathetic. Not necessarily on the hotel, but they do provide you with their menu and information in your room, so they must be affiliated. Thanks

Amazing views!! Janu and his team are very helpful. We stayed in villa 3 and was great with a plunge pool. There are steps down to the bay and a few restaurants options. Will definitely come back

Aged and owners.dpnt Seam to want to spend on... Thus giving it a realist 7/10, staff were amazing :-) Rats were trying to enter on the last night. Air-conditioning was extremely undersized and needed another unit. A little more cleaning of kitchen, bathroom and floors is a good suggestion. Great location :-) just be warned... It does get stupidly hot in the avo with the top unit next to the walkway and out children struggled most nights.

Beautiful view, very nice and friendly staffs. There’s a communication problem between us through Expedia. We don’t know the reason because both parties try hard to reach each other. The location is not convenient to restaurants and shops, have to climb 150 steps, however that’s the price of a good view. Facilities are a bit old but clean. In general, is good.

Lovely villas with stunning views. A short walk down to restaurants and beach (approx 2min). Staff are extremely helpful and will organise private snorkeling at standard rates. Comfortable beds, air con and plunge pool. Will definitely stay again.

Great service. Staff are very friendly. Respond quickly if need help . They do twice a day room tidy up. Buy didn't change towels until 3 days . air-conditioning stopped working 2 times during we staying. But Manager organised mechanic came fix very quickly. Overall was great experience staying. Close to shops and restaurants.

Gede and his staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. The villa (no. 7) was a decent size and had every amenity you could wish for, including a fully stocked kitchen and a plunge pool. The villa was within easy reach of some high quality restaurants. Lembongan Divers (recommended) within a short walking distance.

Villa was spacious and the view was sensational. The villa is located high up on the hill and because of this you need to traverse about 130 steps down to the beach or to some lovely little restaurants below. Everyone, from villa manager to cleaners are very attentive and do everything to make your stay a happy one.

The view is breathtaking! Access to rooms is difficult for older people or kids. I would not have booked the property if I knew. Don’t even think about it if you are disabled. There are about 200 uneven, poorly maintained and lit steps with no handrails between the road at the top and the beach/ restaurants at the bottom and your room will be at the top.

We had Villa 5. The view is amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Close to restaurants but the room had the best stocked mini bar I’ve ever seen, and also the cheapest! We rented a scooter from reception and rode around the island. We’d stay here again :)

Beautiful location and overall really helpful staff. However, it's important to note that there's building works going on around the property, so some of the villas look out onto rubble (as well as the stunning beach view).

Amazing place to stay. The infinity pool was spectacular with an incredible view. Very clean rooms. Great amenities with water and cooking facilities provided. I can’t rate this place highly enough and would definitely come back! My only suggestion for improvement would be to have slightly nicer towels and a double bed instead of two singles put together

Never seen a more stocked mini bar which was great as when my partner got food poisoning from ware ware down on the waterfront I just chilled in the pool with my bintangs and barely left. Only downside is when my partner went to reheat some food that he got the microwave didn't work but meh, no big deal really. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

It was ok but you really have to improve your internet connection ... otherwise the bedroom is ok but the bed is not good quality , shower is cold, u gotta wait 10 mns to get hot water, u could also provide toothbrush ... pool was super cold ... but the view is amazing

We had the most wonderful stay. The villa was very well equipped and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Even little touches like leaving Aloe Vera next to the bed after a day at the beach. Nothing was too much hassle. Linen was very clean and fresh and the villas were spotless. The private pool was crystal clear and the view breathtaking: Can’t wait to come back again. ;)

We enjoyed the stay and the service provided. The view was amazing. We love the homey feeling of the studio and it was quite too.. The least pleasant thing was their lobby was under renovation so it was messy and a lot of construction workers on the area. Also the TV cable was not working when we were there, though they provided us with many dvd choices in the room.

We really liked the villa - it was clean but there were a few things that hadn't been cleaned in a long time, like the remotes to the fans. But we could overlook that since everything else was great.
