From the minute we arrived we were welcomed into peace and tranquility. Not only is the property beautifully preserved in its history and yet kept pristine and modernised for purpose - Agostino could not have been a warmer or more welcoming host, making our stay seamless and so enjoyable. The rooms are large with excellent AC, everything you need is on hand at all times - helpful items like a steamer, conversion plugs, a small fridge. Large bathroom and powerful shower, beautiful indoor and outdoor areas for lounging and dining, large pool, there are also supermarkets and coffee shops within 5 minutes super convenient. From pre - arrival communication, making helpful recommendations and reservations - Agostino has access to all the best restaurants, contacts and activities in the area. Thank you so much for making our stay so incredible - don’t hesitate to book at this wonderful property and stay for at least 5 nights to fully immerse yourself in the experience and see all the area has to offer

We were warmly greeted by Agostino, the owner upon entering the property and offered a complimentary coffee and lemonade as he familiarized us with the property and all amenities. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the grounds on the property are well kept. Breakfast and service were great! Highly recommended!

Very very nice place. Large rooms, excellent service. Great breakfast. Pretty garden and pool. Not that we got to use the pool since it was April and a bit chilly. Easy access to Erice. I bit far into town. We did walk and take a taxi back cause we wanted to drink. Looked like there was lots of parking if not drinking.

What a gem of a property, filled with different fruit trees, and a great place to spend a night or four. Sadly we only had one, but Agostino made it a memorable one. In his family since the 1870’s the grand old property makes for a pretty fine landing spot after a long day of travel. Tucked away on a quiet street, but close to the main drag it suited our needs perfectly. You can walk to the old town, but there are eateries within a five minute walk. There is a gated entry that ensures secured parking. The main salon has chandeliers that will take your breath away, it just goes on and on. Our guest room was spacious, very clean and nicely appointed. We would have loved to have seen some historical content in our room, but I can see why there is little. Breakfast was very nice, and ready when you are, you pick the time. If you’re staying in Trapani and want to treat yourself, you can’t make a better choice.

This was by far the best property we stayed at. There were 4 of us and we all absolutely loved it. Soo beautiful and the breakfast was the best in Sicily. I would highly recommend this place. I didn’t want to leave. I wanted to stay forever !! Thanks to all the staff and especially Alessandro who served us drinks ans was so very gracious.

This has been the most fabulous stay for us in this beautiful villa. We absolutely loved staying in the property and it was our favourite across our extended stay in Sicily. Agostino and his entire team are the best and exemplify customer service and hospitality- we felt like we had the best tips on how to discover Trapani and personal cooking class has been a cherry on top. We are very grateful for the amazing stay and will be back again. If you hesitate please don’t and book your stay here- you will love it!

A beautiful BB in the heart of Trapani, features a pool in private gardens with secure parking. Augustino is committed to his guests, ensuring they have a pleasant stay. Excellent restaurant and beach recommendations. Visit the medieval town of Erice by cable car. The plentiful buffet breakfast is delicious, great coffee, pastries, eggs, bacon and a lots of fresh fruit.. lovely service from Alessandro and Simone 😊 Would highly recommend. Without a doubt the most lovely place I have ever stayed. I feel I have known Augustino all of my life and I have never felt so welcome or cared for anywhere I’ve stayed in the world. An amazing old mansion in the heart of the city with a wild garden and lovely pool. The room was immaculate, light and special.

The gated entry to the hotel is a relief to find after streets of humdrum apartment blocks in the more residential streets of Trapani. Once you are inside, what a lovely oasis! Splendid pool, top breakfasts, pristine rooms, all secured by Agostino Adragna and his team. Accolades to Agoistino for his kindness and ever ready welcome! Highly recommended.

It was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with the gentle owner and staffs. They were very helpful for our outside activity including boat tour of Favignana and Levanzo islands. Also the swimming pool was good. I recommend this place in Trapani!

This place is amazing. The entire staff is wonderful and the home is impeccably clean. Augustino is very warm and friendly and makes you feel right at home. Extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable about all the local goings on. The room I stayed in was called the red room. Spacious and comfortable and very private. I give this home a 5 star rating!

The owner was amazingly helpful and friendly and the breakfast was outstanding. However, there was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom and despite efforts to rectify it, it persisted throughout our stay. Also, very strangely, the cleaning staff removed all of our soaps, shampoos, etc. so that when we came back after a long day of sightseeing, there was nothing in our room. When we spoke to the owner the next day, he said we could have called him but we hadn’t felt comfortable calling so late at night when it seemed that there were no staff on the premises.

Wonderful historic building in equally charming gardens with a beautiful pool to cool off in. Staff are courteous and kind and they clearly care bout making your stay as pleasurable as possible. Agostino, the owner, will do his absolute utmost to ensure you make the right choices of restaurants and excursions if you leave the place and youll very quickly feel at home. The decor is tastefully cool, and the air conditioning excellent. Off road parking (free at the time of writing) reduces stress further. What a fantastic find.
