The English speakers were good at providing service, however those were few are far between. The staff seemed very proud that they didn't speak English, despite this being an American chain extremely close to an international airport. I also called ahead of time to confirm there was an airport shuttle, only to find out there actually was none. So maybe its only for Brazilians? The rooms were small and dark, and was only provided a thin top sheet as a blanket. The AC was "running" but did not actually provide cool air, so the room is incredibly stuffy and poor circulated. There was mold present in the bathrooms and in the room itself. While the restaurant was surprisingly good, the rooms itself were dingy and the rude service from the night crew, who seemed more interested in conversing with each other than helping guests, really soured my impression of this hotel. I would avoid this hotel unless desperate. They do not welcome non-Portuguese speakers.

Nice, new and great breakfast. Shower with good pressure. Rooms a bit small, it’s in outskirts of city and nothing walkable around but as a pass through hotel near highway, it was perfect.

Check-in staff were extremely helpful and friendly in getting me my preferred room. The restaurant at night is wonderful with live music and good food. Breakfast buffet also perfect. All in all a gery good hotel.

We were so relieved to find they had a buffet available after our long day. We were so hungry and did not want to search for a restaurant. It was a delicious meal made with all the local fare. It was great to know we were just a few minutes away from the airport because our flight to our next event was early in the morning.

Stayed a couple of nights for business. Rather basic hotel with simple rooms. Room had fridge but only has two small waters. Breakfast is free and ok. Dinner is buffet only and also ok but also rather inexpensive. No room service but reception has beer/wine and other items. For a basic hotel for a couple of days hotel is ok.

This was a quick overnight stay during a long layover in Campinas. This hotel is literally next door to the airport. The staff was very friendly and the room was small but very clean and comfortable. The shower was large with excellent water pressure and hot and cold running water. Breakfast was good but lacked variety, especially in the area of fresh fruit which is so common in Brasil. There was a free shuttle back to the airport that runs every 30 minutes upon request.

The breakfasts were substandard. The food was cold, the coffee was terrible, minimal items to chose, from and the staff was not helpful. The gym/exercise was awful; the manager /staff failed to respond to our concerns. They said that how it is, and there was nothing they could do to resolve my concerns. I spoke with the manager two months before my arrival, and he assured me the room was for two adults but hit me with a hefty surcharge for guests: awful staff, poor amenities, poor service, and unprofessional staff.
