We stayed 3 nights and loved the location of this hotel. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast, pool and steam room. Our only problem was that the shower flooded the bathroom way too easily. Also, the headboard was fractured.

Great customer service at the hotel. Was able to check in earlier without any extra pay. Breakfast was delicious

Location, near the Metro

The towels, sheets are very dirty, we could see the darker spots on the white towels. Looks like they use the bathroom towels to clean the floor.
The bathroom have a lot of mold around the shower and the sink. They could use bleach to clean.

The staff at this property were very kind, patient, and honest people! My Portuguese is very limited but they took their time to assist me. The rooms are on the smaller size but still decent! I found this property to be in a very convenient and local area with shops and markets walking distance.

We stayed there twice during our trip to Brazil.
The first time we reserved a Deluxe room with 2 twin beds, and actually got a full bed with 2 pillows and a twin bed with 1 pillow.
The 2nd time we reserved a standard room and got 2 twin beds with 1 pillow. The room was smaller. The beds had no top sheets when we checked in,but that was not a problem; the maid gave us top sheets.
Both rooms were noisy at night until about 10:30 PM. The first room faced the street and there was a small bar across the street. The 2nd room faced a courtyard which had some music going until 10:30 one night.
The staff was very accommodating and usually spoke some English

There is no amenity goods but small soap and shampoo. It is like a economy business hotel.

The room service cleaning was great even with the construction they manage to maintain the cleanliness. But having construction at the pool area during my family stay was very annoying. The noise at the elderly room was unpleasant.
6.0
The construction during our stay was not pleasant and the check in experience wasn’t great. At the pool they were not flexible or nice. The staff I love the most were the Camareiras, who cleaned our rooms. At the reception Marco was receptive.

It takes more than one hour to complete our check in.

The only staff I appreciated was the lady that did my room

Really great location

The hotel was okay, but the window wouldn’t stir totally and the room was crowded and there wasn’t enough lights in the room.

Hotel was clean. Staff was nice but didn’t have hot water for 2 days and the door key does not work at all. Had to “fix” it several times every day

Location is good, and its a safe place.
The hotel room is not so clean, towels are old, didn’t find hot water in the shower all the time, also the buffet for breakfast is not tasty neither healthy.

We had some problems at check in.
The twin beds are just joined individual beds. Very unconfortable.
The rest, very good.

Had to change room once as the first room had a really strong smell coming from the bathroom drain. The second room had the AC flowing directly to our heads in the bed, so not comfortable. Had several issues with the card key throughout our 7- night stay.
Breakfast is good and staff is friendly. Despite the issues above the rooms were comfortable

We stayed comfortably, plenty of breakfast and good people at the hotel. Friendly service, they moved us to a room with better air conditioning.
Lots of dhops and restaurants around the area and the subway is nearby as well.
I was glad to have tjis location at carnival time

It's an easily accessible place, excellent service, I liked the breakfast.
The only thing I noticed was that the duvet on the bed hadn't been changed.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Front desk staff was very Welcoming

My stay was good I enjoyed the rooms with working ac, breakfast, and amenities. I reserved 2 rooms that were the same and they were very distinct from each other after checking in. One was very superior from the other in regards to upkeep, looks and space. I have no complaints the only thing i would mention is to, not have that difference in regards to quality and maintenance throughout the rooms. Other than that I had a great stay.

The stay was nice and had everything I needed. Location is convenient, closer to most touristic attractions, and still relatively close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches.

Staff were excellent. My best friend fell because her knee is bad. We had to book a stay for one more night due to her injury. The staff let us use the same room and we didn’t have to inconvenience my friend in pain. They got us a wheelchair. Around the hotel is noisy due to construction but our stay was excellent! Love the buffet breakfast!

The highlights were the breakfast—very good and diverse offerings—and the garage staff—always willing and quick with the car. Everything else was subpar at best. Rooms on the 11th floor smelled of swage. Bathroom did not have hot water. Room service menu was always out of some of the options. And the room cleaning staff kept forgetting things, like one evening I walked into my room to see I had no towels whatsoever. Would not stay there again.

The Hotel was fine, 5 min walk from Prai do Flamenco, great breakfast included, we have some issues with the air conditioned, but it was fixed by staff hotel
6.0
Excellent location but the rooms are just average and the breakfast is just a bunch of bread and eggs
No variety.

Better than most hotels in Rio de Janeiro. Good breakfast

It was close to downtown and most tourist places.

My room was not clean. The sheets were old and discolored. The air conditioner smelled very bad and the air was not good at the room.

It was nice. Overall I would stay there again. We were on the second floor and it was really loud, so if you want a quiet room you should request one. Minor downfalls, my husband checked in after me and they wouldn’t give him a key. The sauna didn’t work.
But a nice view from the roof. Food was pretty good. It was clean. Staff was very kind.
8.0
Rooms were clean however linen was not the best and the towels looked old. The shower and water pressure was great (best shower ever). Good breakfast and good in room service. I couldn’t figure out how to close the balcony door so I called the reception and they said someone would come over to show me how to close it however nobody showed up which it was a little stressful because I had a toddler in the room, Besides that it was a good stay.
