Lovely hotel and wonderful and friendly accommodating staff. Comfortable and pretty spacious rooms

Clean and clever. Room 11 on the top floor was spacious. Great balcony. Lush bath.

Stopped here overnight and was quite surprised by how nice the accommodations are. Beautiful room with views . Walkable to the gondola . Literally right across the street. Restaurant with very good food on site. Staff was amazing . Would definitely stay here again ! A real gem .

Overall our stay was wonderful! It’s a two minute walk to the Le Paz gondola, has bus stops right out front, and you can view the mountains from your room. The staff were also very nice. I would skip on the breakfast as it’s pretty light and does not include much hot food for 18 euro a day per person. The only reason for four stars is that the rooms could have been cleaner and in better condition. A little dirty under seat cushions and on floor and it seems as though the balcony windows were not sealed properly as condensation water trails dripped in every morning. Also some of the plug covers would come off and the shower door did not prevent all the water from slipping outside. That’s said overall it’s a great hotel in a great location with nice staff.

Overall was all good. We had an inconvenient request to switch our room after one day because there was a longer stay that the hotel wanted to accommodated into our room. The hotel insisted but I refused to switch the room since I paid for that room category and I was checking out the day after.
Also the day after , while we were loading the car , we have been chained from the hotel person to the parking area because they thought we were leaving without paying the dog fees and the breakfast. Consider that our wallet and Passport and one more luggage was still in the room. There was no one at the reception when we were loading the car. We did not feel welcome at all I. This hotel! That s why our overall review is low!

Only one night. Very nice room, we had top floor with nice view and also a window in the ceiling. The whole hotel have a theme and it’s really nice. Very comfortable bed and nice double bathroom. I can imagine that if we were skiing it would be perfect as it is situated just at one of the lift stations. We visited of season and had no problem with the parking but how about peak season I have no ideas. Only negative is the you can hear the traffic a little bit and mainly through the ceiling window, nothing that disturbed us but for the bad sleeper it could be an issue.
4.7
Lovely hotel and staff. It was quiet and a nice walk into town took about 30 minutes along the river
Would definitely stay again

Well located just outside of Chamonix….. East walk to town, right next to lift to the excellent hiking options. Great view of Mount Blanc from balcony.

After finishing TMB, it was a welcome place to have a wonderful evening. The staff was helpful and kind.
4.7
The view and service was wonderful. Will definitely return and recommend it.

Great location, large and well-maintained rooms, excellent staff and restaurant.
4.7
The place is beautiful and conveniently close to the center. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant was cozy and nice.

Initially, we didn't quite realize the distance from downtown Chamonix to the hotel, but we ended up walking down a quiet, beautiful trail bordering a small river. Once we arrived, we made our way up to our room... And the pictures did not do it justice.
The room was spacious, meticulously decorated, and so gorgeous. We had skylights in the bathroom and above the bed with views of the mountains, and ended up not wanting to leave the room at all!
The entire hotel was so nice to be in and around, and will be a place we absolutely would love to revisit!
4.7
I loved this hotel. The room was super cool, comfortable, and felt special. It also had an amazing view of Mont Blanc and the surrounding valley. The service at the front desk was friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. I'd say the room was so good, I wanted to stay another day!

Spend a week at this perfectly cozy french chalet hotel. The host is service-minded, friendly and has a good touch with his guests. Breakfast is typical french - simpel.....don’t expect big continental breakfast, but they could have stepped it up with fresh fruit and omelets. Room are really nice, but cleaning a bit flawed. Restaurant good simple food, but to often ran out of i.e bearnaise sauce - shouldn’t be the case. Would however love to come back.

Fantastic stay. Will be back.

4.7
Beautifully decorated rooms above a really good restaurant.
The service in the restaurant was superb (especially from the short haired waitress and Phlippe who made me feel very welcome over christmas and looked after me really well).
Sadly the 'concierge' service was pretty inadequate. I asked a few questions and was greeted with unsatisfactory responses unless I really pushed for more details (when i asked about booking an airport transfer I was given number to ring myself rather than the just offering to book for me. I expected a little more... it felt a bit like a restaurant with some rooms above it rather than a hotel.
Having said all that the room was beautiful with stunning views from a large balcony and very convenient for the Flegere cable car to the ski runs.

Totally amazing...only.one small compliant...the dinner wasnt enough....it was very tasty but the portions where ridiculous..far far to small. It came to €42 an i was still.very hungry after .. so cmon hotel.. put out a decent feed..!
4.7
Fantastic location and friendly and accommodating staff. Guest room was beautifully furnished with amazing view from the balcony
4.7
Rooms were clean and well decorated with large balcony with the mountain view in every room. Bathrooms were spacious, clean and beautiful. Restaurant was beautifully decorated with a beautiful mountain view and excellent food. Rooms did not have AC but had fan. In the night we had to leave the windows open and noise of cars passing by was the only disappointing point about this excellent hotel. Although I will choose the same hotel for my next trip.
4.7
Solid mid-level hotel. The views of Mont Blanc are unbeatable from the hotel - that is the best feature. Pros: clean, modern, spacious rooms, nice bathrooms
Cons: no air conditioning so it was somewhat uncomfortable sleeping at night, service was OK not terrible but not great but in-line with the price point.
4.7
very nice rooms and staff. room is spacious, clean and interesting. good location and nice 20 minute walk to town.
4.7
We fell in love with Chamonix. Beautiful room and large 2 sink bathroom. Beautiful setting with a very nice restaurant.
4.7
It's quiet, beautiful, by the bus stop, great view of the Aiguille du Midi & Mont Blanc. Across the hotel is a small church with beautiful garden wtih flowers, behind the church is a beautiful backdrop of Aiguille du Midi. Postcard perfect view.

Top notch service, excellent restaurant and great venue

Wonderful setting, ecstatic about views and free upgrade with huge terrace. Walking encountered friendly locals. Ride up Mt. Blanc worth fare & then again.

Amazing hotel. Perfectly located in Chamonix. Has a great view of the alps in all the rooms. The rooms are really great and comfy. Definitely going to be back. 5 stars!

Wonderful hotel and the staff are super friendly :)

Beautiful and clean hotel that is by the Flegere ski lift and the Les Praz train stop. It’s pretty good value and we were pleased with the renovated bathrooms. However, you must rent a car if you stay here because otherwise you are competely dependent on the bus schedule. The staff is pretty aloof and wouldn’t answer my questions about where to ski / which lifts were open / how to get around the valley. This made our moving around a lot more difficult as a result. There not a soul in sight when we checked out at around 7am.
4.7
Lovely atmosphere and excellent food. The room was clean and comfortable. We liked the very warm fur blanket.
4.7
We booked a long weekend skiing in Jan 2019 as it was close to the Flegere Lift. The location is excellent for skiing and also for the bus stops to and from Chamonix are right outside the hotel which leave and return every half an hour. The room we had on the top floors was beautifully decorated and well appointed with quality furniture and fittings. The bathroom had a great shower and also separate bath with twin sinks.
The Hotel staff were very attentive and indulged my poor French even though they could speak good English which was nice. The feeling and atmosphere is of a boutique even though it's primarily a restaurant and bar, for lunch and supper/dinner however we ate there once for supper and it was very good too and reasonable value for the resort. Even though you are on a road you hardly ever hear the noise.
We loved every minute of our stay and would certainly return for longer. The only slight negative (and i'm being very picky here), is that the breakfast was very basic and had no cooked food option apart from a boiled egg and at €18pp didn't feel the best value, however it was all laid out and presented very well in the traditional sense. If this was serviced with staff I would be happy to pay €25pp.
In Summary, it was excellent value in a great location, staffed professionally yet laid back, with cool furnishings throughout, good facilities, wonderful rooms and I will definitely be going back to visit and stay - book it..!
Highly recommended!!!

I loved this hotel and our room was just perfect. We had a large bathroom with a gorgeous claw foot tub, and our room had a small balcony where we enjoyed a drink in the cool November air. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was very good. Just lovely.
4.7
We visited in the off season where many restaurants were closed, so having a good place to eat at the hotel was convenient and relaxing. Excellent location, relaxing atmosphere, attentive staff.
4.7
Wonderful location, easy access to the town. Great shopping.

This is a charming Challet outside town with everything you would want views, golf course, shuttle stop, spacious and beautiful rooms, and even a very good restaurant
4.7
My boyfriend and I loved staying here. It is right in front of the bus stop and within a short walk of the ski lift for Chamonix Mont Blanc. The design of the hotel was beautiful and the staff was lovely. They were so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond what we would have expected.
