Short walking or biking distance to: village, beach, bay, pier, shops, restaurants and beautiful sunsets while walking your dog on Shore Road. Explore all the natural beauty and history of Cape Ann: Gloucester, Rockport, Essex and Manchester within a short drive and without the traffic of Cape Cod!!.Take a rainy day train ride, along the picturesque North Shore, to experience the amazing old history of Salem & Boston. A real New England Classic Summah beach cottage for your summer family vacation!! Grey Beach (a.k.a. Magnolia Beach is a mixed availability beach w/the East end public for your use to sit, swim, kayak, etc.)

*Singing Beach Pass is available (from Town of Manchester) for weeklong rental! It also includes White Beach and Tuck's Point Park, a great place for family picnic, beach for kids or kayak in Manchester harbor!
