Beautiful luxury hotel in its own grounds with a lot of original features. Gorgeous bedrooms with comfortable beds. Best nights sleep ever. Lovely food. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a stunning property! It was like stepping back in time to a place of lost gentility and grace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - and the ABBA tribute band concert was an unexpected bonus.
4.7
We had a delightful stay, once again, at Kilworth House Hotel. We also very much enjoyed the show, in the outdoor theatre, following the tasty pre theatre meal. An added surprise was that we also received an upgrade to a luxury room. Thank you very much Kilworth House.

Lovely place to stay, eat, walk and relax.

From entering on arrival the friendliness of all the staff was most welcoming and this was reflected throughout our stay with a special mention for the reception staff in particular. We would not hesitate in recommending Kilworth House and we shall certainly be making future visits.

We stayed a a luxury suite which was above and beyond our expectations. The building is magnificent with every attention to detail keeping all of its charm and grandeur yet incorporating all the modern necessities.
The staff were extremely warm, welcoming and very professional.
Would highly recommend this venue and hoping to return soon for one of the outdoor theatre performances.
4.7
Very comfortable accommodation in spacious room with luxury bathroom. Staff extremely welcoming and caring. Going to the outdoor theater for an excellent production of “Hairspray” was outstanding.

I have been to Kilworth House many times over the past 15 years for lots of different occasions and have always left feeling happy and satisfied in all areas of their services. Fantastic place and wonderful staff

A beautiful hotel set in lovely grounds. We had a garden view room which was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast in the Orangery were both delicious and all the staff we encountered were most pleasant and helpful. Excellent all round.

Booked the Hotel after booking for the Bee Gees Trubute in the Theatre.
Booked a "Garden Room" which was a view of trees!!
Although September the weather was mild and sunny and had great picnic in the grounds.
Show venue was great but bar service was slow so gave it a miss.
Show itself was great and would definitely go again.
HOWEVER thats when things started to go wrong.
Breakfast was an absolute disaster.
2 unsuspecting staff members on, coping with an ever growing influx of guests.
To cut long story short, we ended up walking out without having even our tea/coffee being served.
Complained at reception, who did not help in any way. Found that another coupme had walked out in disgust too.
Checked out and asked re Garden Room and appears they are all categorised as that!!
When asked a refund for breakfast was told that as we had booked through 3rd party forget it.
Anyway was contracted by Michelle who offered discount off next visit. She admitted responsibility and put it doen to student staff returning to college/University
The room is the most i have ever paid for and to be offered a discount off the next visit is an insult.
Will return to the Theatre but not to stay at the hotel.

A lovely place to stay. Theatre is excellent and perfect when topped with a meal and stay.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff, would get a 10 but breakfast options were not fully available.

I took my Mother to this hotel for a treat and it was very disappointing . The building and grounds are fabulous and the room was very good but the food and restaurant let it down badly . The service was so bad at dinner that I had to get up and find someone to clear our dirty plates after half an hour waiting as our waitress was too busy chatting . The restaurant was not busy . Breakfast was awful and had obviously been cooked a long time before it was served . It was stone cold, hard , broken fried eggs and after trying to complain we just left it in the end . Room and breakfast approx £200 a night . No staff training at all . Avoid this place .

We stayed at Kilworth House as we were attending a wedding in the area. It had good previous reviews and we were not disappointed. The building and the interiors are really lovely with great attention to detail. The fires were burning so it was really cosy and the staff were all really friendly. We enjoyed a meal in the Orangery and breakfast was also very nice. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Bed was comfy and it was nice to have tea and coffee making facilities.

Booked a night way for wife’s birthday. Lovely hotel excellent service all round

Sadly the staff let our stay down breakfast staff left to serve no management around so it became more like fawlty towers so very sad
4.7
Amazing place, everything you would want for a special time away, loved it
4.7
Lovely room and property. While the front desk was fine, maid service spotty and food/bar service terribly disorganized. Breakfast was fine, but definitely head out for dinner, which was basically banquet fare.
4.7
The stay was memorable. We have been many times and have always been happy with the shows. Etc. We went to the murder mystery night. We never solved it but it was fun trying.
4.7
Superb hotel. Clean, comfortable. Beautiful breakfast room.
4.7
Service in restaurant is awful. Suggest would be stayers look ar trip advisor.
4.7
Beautiful house in lovely grounds. Very good decorative order and very clean. Room was well maintained and traditionally furnished, the ensuite bathroom was well appointed although the over bath shower door leaked so the floor became wet. The food was ok but nothing special and service was fairly friendly but a bit slow, it took three attempts to get our bill for dinner right.
4.7
Lovely country hotel, great time meeting with the family for a special birthday dinner. Very good meal and plenty of time and space to socialise as a family - no pressure for party to leave. We stayed on overnight - upgraded to a superb room. Very comfortable with a good breakfast in the morning.
Great Christmas decorations, in a traditional style with open fires - just a great atmosphere.
4.7
Excellent and consistent service. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff.
