The stay was good. We loved hot tub and the pool. Good hours. The sink plug in bathroom got stuck. I called desk and it was quickly repaired. Bottom line - would we go back - Yes !

The toilet in our room had a bad flush valve and it periodically squealed quite loudly. We didn't notice it early enough to have anything done about it so we just sort of had to deal with it (they wouldn't have been able to get a plumber out in the middle of the night).

I like the smaller size of the Inn, the pet friendliness, the breakfast and the convenient location to the freeway and it's not far from many beaches. They have a small area in the back of the hotel where the dogs can potty, but I wish there was a little larger spot where they could go in an enclosed area. I did find many spots to take the dogs nearby, however.

The room had a strange smell. The sliding bathroom door wasn’t very convenient. But we like the fact it includes free parking, and staff is nice. The breakfast compared with other Hampton inns had less choices for food.

Everyone here was very professional. The ahotel qas was very clean. Our Suite was beauty decorated and we felt at Home. The Breakfast area was clean and the food prepared met our standards

This hotel was wonderful! It was clean, and the customer service was impeccable. The breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast, But our room was wonderful and spacious. The location was great. We were 15 minutes away from everywhere we needed to be, and there was no traffic any direction we went. Overall, I highly recommend it!

I appreciate the pet friendly experience. The pet fee is average. The staff is friendly, they have a decent breakfast (wish there were a few more healthy options). The gym is decent, they have some toiletries available if you forget them. They have an onsite washing machine and dryer. Overall, very decent.

I wanted to make you aware of something. Upon moving my luggage to my car early the morning of my check out on 7/23/24, the front desk clerk exited the elevator onto the 3rd floor, counting cash and nearly ran into me. My thoughts are that he may have been going to the rooms of people checking out early and taking the maid's tips. Why would he be on the 3rd floor counting small bills and not at the front desk? I was hesitant to leave a maid tip & hid the tip in the bathroom. Also at 6:00 when the breakfast doors should have been opened, there was a sign at the front desk stating he was assisting other guests and would return soon. Nope, he was outside smoking. The breakfast doors were opened after 6 because of his cigarette break. No big deal but he has one job. I am most concerned about the hard working maids and the possibility their tips were being stolen. I needed to mention it.

The bathroom door is on a slider that doesn’t lock or close all the way. The pool patio area was beautiful but closed. The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. But other than that it was a nice clean hotel.

Excellent stay. Great complimentary breakfast. Clean two-queen bedroom. My only complaint is the sliding door design for the bathroom. There's no door lock and there's a small gap that people can "peek" through. This dual-purpose door slides to close either the bathroom OR the closet, but you can't do both simultaneously. If I open the bathroom door, it closes the closet if someone is using it. There were a few times when I opened the bathroom door and it hit my mom as she was putting clothes in the closet. Whoever designed this didn't think through the impractical use.

The hotel grouunds were clean and neat with awesome pool and waterfall jacuzzi. The rooom was also clean and neat . The only downside for me was the mattress wqs was too firm for my tastes. There was even a small little snack/ drink pantry with items for purchase .
