Modern business hotel. Plus for large lounge where you get juice and snacks for free. Rooms are small but OK. Minus for bathroom. Small, difficult to close door, glass walls and in our room the water in the shower took long to disappear. Small flood in bathroom.

We had a lovely one noght stay at the Okko Hotel, the room was small but efficient. The service was wonderful and they even have a gym with a sauna on request.
The only thing slightly putting us off was the somewhat see-through design toilet in the room, but was overall fine
4.6
Hotel is close to a public parking and in walking distance to old town. Rooms are well isolated, so we could sleep well. Hotel is 10 years old, but except the varpets in the hallmattan in good shape. No need for Breakfast buffet as Café Paul is close and has good french pastries.

Perfectly located in a calm part of the city, downtown only 7 mins with the tram.

Enjoyed the water view. Excellent facility.

Perfect and Clean!
4.6
- Safety issue is very severe! (Dirty socks was on the ceiling covering up fire detector, beggars near by the hotel, stolen car wheel cover at the parking lot where hotel told us to park)
- Cleanliness is at poor level! (Spider webs in&out of the window and at the balcony, dirty stains on the walls & celing, wrinkled beddings.)
-Bathroom faucet was totally clogged, and water pressure was weak.
- No parking lot & hard to bring luggages to the hotel cause road is rocky.
- No Manager during weekend! Manager & director Don’t care what’s happening in the hotel. Responding is very slow & and takes

It was very comfortable and very convenient location. Easy accessible to the tram service and connections to the main Central Station.
Room size is not so big and find the bathroom size very small but otherwise everything was very good.

location, new building

This is a clean and wonderful hotel with great, friendly and warm people working here. Highly recommend. And a terrific breakfast well worth the extra cost.

Cool, uniquely designed rooms; staff is very friendly and helpful; sadly the sauna was not working
4.6
Staff was really friendly and spoke perfect English. Good breakfast in beautiful clubbing area. Room was great, beautifully styled. Bathroom a bit overdesigned which takes room space and because the door didn’t close entirely, you could hear everything going on in the bathroom. In all, great value for money!

We had a lovely stay here we would definitely come again and recommend to our family and friends
Your staff are exceptional took great care of us
It was easy to get around having the tram stop right near the hotel helped a lot

EXCELENT STAFF AND HOTEL!
4.6
Very conveniently located. The tram stop just in front of the hotel, less than 5 minutes walk, made it easy for us to go to downtown Strasbourg, or wherever we planned for. The hotel front office and the dining room staff were most helpful and efficient.

Fantastic stay. If only we could only stay at Okko hotels from now on. Great job to the creators and management of this experience!
4.6
The staff was super friendly. However, at checkout we were charged for breakfast 3 times, despite having free breakfast. My husband questioned it and the girl told him she was removing one after he explained I was sick 2 mornings and didn’t come down for breakfast However, it was not removed. My reservation stated free breakfast so we shouldn’t have been charged anything other than city tax. I will dispute these charges if they don’t refund. This is no way to do business. I would not recommend. They have your credit card for taxes so they can charge you whatever.

Beautiful room and loved the club!
4.6
It is a boutique, well located, friendly and value for money hotel.

Tidy modern efficient rooms. Lounge with free snacks and non alcoholic beverages arenappreciated

I always stay at an Okko hotel when I go to a location where they're available. Okko Strasbourg was as expected, helpful staff, modern and clean room (big window with canal view!). The Club is one of the things I love about this chain, very nice place to relax in with a hot drink in the late evening after a day of exploring the city. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the center, but a tram stop is right outside of the hotel if you're not up to walking.
4.6
Great stay, great service and perfectly located to discover to city center. Recommend to stay for business, family or just solo stay. The additional club access is a great addition to unwind.

This is great hotel for someone visiting the University. It is closer than the hotels in the city center. It is modern, very quiet, and comfortable with a great queen-sized bed, nice pillows, and large soft towels. The rooms are small by American standards, but typical of European hotels. There is a small but functional desk and chair for working, but it is not a room that one wants to relax in for a whole day. However, the hotel has a super nice club room with large windows, comfortable chairs and sofas, and free snacks. I often took a book down to ‘Le Club’ to read. There is a large shopping center very close and nice walking along the pretty canal. The city center is about 15-20 minutes’ walk and the tram stop is right next to the hotel.

As many others have mentioned - there is a clear problem with cleanliness and hygeine at this hotel. The front desk staff are nice and sweet, genuinely helpful however they need to seriously train their cleaning staff. When we checked in - there were planty of human hair on the bed, toilet and shower area, and a large metal screw lying on the corner of the bed which could have hurt someone badly had they stepped on it with bare feet. If this wasn’t bad enough we had asked for an extra duvet and the cleaning staff just entered the room without knocking while I was sitting on the toilet, I screamed and she left also you can see everything from the toilet as it is all exposed glass with no privacy, the staff tried entering several times during our stay without ever knocking at the door which was absoultely awful. Eventually they did give us the extra duvet but it was of no use as thay duvet smelled awfully bad and one could just feel the dirt and dust all over the duvet and yes there were more human hair sticking to it. Sorry when we asked for an extra duvet we didn’t mean someone’s dirty used duvet that has been rolled on the floor before being placed on our bed.
Please also be warned when they say free food and drinks in the club lounge its just a bunch of sugary mini cookies and a salty trail mix and some brownies - nothing healthy at all. The drinks are hot tea, coffee from a machine and some cold non alcoholic beverages.

Love it and the food was really good
4.6
Poor amenities Eg no kettle, lack proper size cups in room. Reception will tell you to go to the “club” to get hot drinks in winter… In the middle of the night? Very impractical,
Inconvenient concept. Also, the room toilet floor tiles don’t dry. Your feet will be wet and very uncomfortable, especially in winter, whenever you go to the toilet. Our clothes cannot dry in the room.

I’ve be meaning to try the OKKO for the longest. I’m glad I did. Great service, staff and location. I really enjoyed the room
4.6
Nice hotel. Good modern clean rooms and having a lounge with free coffees and snacks was a nice touch.

Newer property... convenient club room with snacks and a place to relax. Breakfast was typical European hotel and quality was excellent. European (typically smallish) sized rooms but worked perfectly for our stay.
4.6
We have stayed at the Okko several times before.
All was very good with one exception.
The cost of the breakfast was 16 euros/per person which felt expensive and I was overcharged incorrectly for two breakfasts.
So the bill was 32 euros more.
The OKKO is a 4 start hotel with small rooms. and we paid around 500 euros in total including 1 free night from hotels.com. for 5 nights The cost in Germany for a 5star was 380 euros for 5 full nights.
4.6
Bit far from the central area, but can walk down to there while looking around the university, canal, Alsace look buildings and cathedral. The hotel looks very new, room and facility are clean and tidy. Nice service at restaurant for breakfast, bar and free coffee. Parking is 5-10 min walking distance but can get a discount ticked from hotel.

Nice hotel, good breakfast

The hotel is close to the Parc de l'Étoile. It is a very modern hotel. They offer a snack every night, and we enjoy snacks all day. The rooms are a bit small, but they are only for two people.

Awesome transport connections, great lounge/club area open to all guests and very comfortable rooms. My only criticism would be the gym, which is scantily equipped and very small.
4.6
Nice hotel - modern and comfortable

Interesting bathroom design. Very quiet room with a cute view of the river

Had a really good 3 night with OKKO during Christmas, everything is perfect. The staff are really friendly, fluent in English btw. The room is nice and cozy, the open club area is well designed. They offer free printing services which saved us a lot of trouble! Internet is super fast, had a few Skype meeting, no lag at all. In addition, the food is excellent. According to one of the staff, they purchase all the high quality food from the market based on the popularity. My wife and I love the roasted chicken breast the most. Great experience overall, will definitely consider OKKO again if I had another chance.
