The facility looked clean except for the dog poop on the outside grass area. The room looked clean but at night my legs were itchy, and the next day we all had bite marks on our legs. Room 417. And when we asked for a blow dryer, the front desk guy made us go down To grab an old sticky blow dryer bc he was alone and house keeping was out for the day. Housekeeping did not make our beds , take out the trash, or provide fresh towels the whole 3 days we were there.

I was given a room that had a lock problem. And what’s scary is that it was a work order in for it. So it was known. Once my son left out the room and came back the door needed to be jacked up from the outside. And if it wasn’t for my complaint about the t. Not working. Well I thank God for getting us out that room. But the hits keep on. I was giving 2 rooms to accommodate us because they did not have the king suite avail that was on my reservation. We moved to those rooms. The next morning I take a stroll and get me some hot tea when I noticed a big mold spot right over the door of my room . My daughter came out there room and said the refrigerator was dirty. I reported and all hell broke loose. One of the maintenance guys went and got a manger and she wasn’t happy about me reporting this. We were going back and forth talking and another manger showed up. The first manager begin to reiterate what she said to me. She misspoke and I corrected her. And that’s when she tells the manager get her out of here. And I said you just stop talking to me. And the 2nd manger agreed and said yes you have to leave. How embarrassing. I was put out because of the discrepancies in the hotel where I had just spent 1011.00 for the week. Didn I have the right to ask about mold. Mold is serious and the front desk lady tells me it’s a water spot. I took a pic. I could not wait for the general manager to speak with her. But later spoke with her and she is yet to call me back.

Only thinks I liked about the property is that the staff was friendly. From I arrived on my floor to my room which was the second floor, garbage was pile up at the entrance of the elevator which was very stink. Next as I walked to my room the stench from the wet carpet was very high. I expected better from this brand. I was highly disappointed with my stay. The fridge in the room made noise all night to the point I got tired and pulled out the plug. It was near a nightmare. Thankfully I only stayed for one day.

Obviously hotel is pet friendly so be prepared for a smell. People leave their “pet trash” outside their door so it causes a smell in the hallways and all you’re offered is air fresheners. Rooms are cold and the thermostats did not work. When we voiced concerns we were told to wait 30 minutes. We decided to go to a Marriott, but were told we would still be charged so it didn’t matter as we had a 7 day stay. If you’re looking for budget friendly “motel” style this is your place. Definitely not “excellent” or even “great” to whatever the rating may have been. I would give it a 2.7/5 stars.

Overall a good stay - the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen kitchen convenient. Unfortunately, the floor and carpet were extremely dirty which made it a hassle for the kids to play around.

We lived one week in thie hotel. I give it five star. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is also free parking, gym, swimming pool, and laundry. The staff are very nice. There are some shopping center near the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. Convenient location.

Came to the candle wood suites on 5/5 as I was having surgery on 5/7. I am from another state so it was important that I had a place with a kitchen etc for my 7 day stay. After the first night we asked to be moved as a loud generator type sound kept us up half the night. We were moved to a better room however three days into the stay in the new room the ceiling in the bathroom over the tub began to leak, no one was allow to move us for three days we had to cover our heads with towels when the leaking started, asked to be reembuirsed they only agreed to two days, next they moved us three days later to another room when someone finally checked out only to find out that in this room there were roaches and the window in the living room area was also leaking which I took video of. I had to end my stay early and checked out at 3am that morning. No one from the cooreperate offices have called or followed up it was the worse stay I’ve experienced
