Happy Trails – A Modern Cabin in the Woods
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin has been completely remodeled for your comfort. Rustic cabin from the outside and modern comfort on the inside.
This is a rare one-level (no stairs) home with easy access and a flat circular driveway. This 3-bedroom home sits on a beautifully wooded lot close to town and is just steps from one of the great Angel Fire Greenbelt Trails (hiking and biking). A large deck allows you to watch the plentiful wildlife and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The great room features a well-stocked updated kitchen, a dining area, and a living area perfect for relaxing around the easy-to-use gas fireplace. The flat screen smart TV is perfect for gathering the family around to watch movies or your favorite shows.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom and has it’s own door that opens to the deck. There is a flat screen TV with Roku. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom sleeps 6 with two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. The bunkroom also has a TV with Roku for the kids. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower.
You'll appreciate having a washer and dryer. There’s also a one-car garage with plenty of space for the ping pong table. High-speed Fiber Optics Internet makes it easy to stream your favorite movies/shows or if you need to keep in touch with the outside world.
The owners are frequent VRBO-users and have included all of the things that they feel are important for a family on vacation. This is the perfect cabin for making memories that will last a lifetime.
This dog -friendly home has a fenced in outdoor area for your well-behaved dog and is just steps from the Deer Trail, a perfect place to walk your dog.
This home is located just minutes from all that Angel Fire offers – great skiing and snowboarding in the winter and North America’s best Mountain Bike Park in the summer. Tee off at the gorgeous Angel Fire Golf Course. There’s also hiking, ziplining, boating and fishing, and so much more! Angel Fire is an all-season resort for mountain adventures!

We enjoyed our stay in Happy Trails. The owners were quick to respond when needed. We enjoyed the “one level” home very much. The location is excellent to grocery store, golf course & resort area. Thank you for letting us “camp” there three weeks!! We have avoided the Texas heat for sure!!

The property is very nice. We enjoyed are stay a lot. The back porch is fensed in and the neighborhood is quiet. Low traffic. We do recommend this cabin.

Great property with lovely forest views, access to trails and close to town. Beds were all comfortable and area for dogs was safe and the perfect size. We stayed for a week and will definiteley be back! The hiking and mountain biking in Angel Fire are amazing so dont think this is only a location for skiing!

This was our second time staying at this cabin, we loved it even more the second time! My dogs love the fenced yard, I love the peace and quiet, and my husband loves all the fishing spots in the area. The weather was beautiful. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Kitchen was stocked, made it easy to cook each night. Washer and dryer were nice as well. They had shovels and salt if needed to get out of the driveway. Deer in the driveway each morning was cool too

We took our granddaughter to Angel Fire to play in the snow and had a great stay at Happy Trails! The house was warm and cozy, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. It is in a good location, very nice neighborhood, and easy to access. We will definitely choose this great place when we return!

Inside is comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and stocked. Beds are nice , only used master. Living room furniture could be arranged a little more user friendly. End tables behind the couch and not very useful. Exterior is okay, back deck is okay. Grill was good. The small fenced in area for dogs is nice. The front porch deck could use some pressure washing and this would minimize some of the tracking into house when it rains or is damp outside as often times the mountains are. House is on the corner next to main road. Sometimes a bit noisy but quiet in evening and at night. Garage is accessible but my truck would not fit. No big issue. All in all would rate at 4 of 5 stars.

The place worked out well for us. Great location and neighborhood. Back deck was deep in Pineneedles and garage a bit un kept, probably just because it’s spring time after a long winter. none of this was a dealbreaker. Took a few minutes to clean up and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Location was great proximity to the town/slopes. Cabin was clean and perfectly arranged for my family... who likes to sleep close by. Cabin stayed warm and had a cool gas heater that the kids loved to get warm by. Only complaint was limited hot water but I think that is expected in 20 degree weather in the mountain of Angel Fire.

I was more than pleased with this property. The location was exactly what we needed for our ski vacation. The house was well stocked and extra cozy. Check-in process was a breeze and the manager was a phone call away. I can see ourselves booking this place again in the future. Definitely recommend!

With five kids, ages 8 to 17, this house was perfect for our trip! There was room for all of us to be together or chill alone. It's minutes to the resort and local restaurants. The property manager was quick and responsive. We loved staying here!

What a Great Cabin has everything you need or to do. Close to town, we cooked our Thanksgiving dinner there had all the cook ware you needed. It was the 1st time my son in law and my grandson had ever to the mountains, They Loved it!! we will want to come back again Thanks Again for the GREAT TIME

We stayed for a week to celebrate our 19th anniversary and had such a relaxing time. Communication with management was great, the kitchen is well stocked, there is a nice private deck, and the bed was so comfortable. We took beautiful pictures of the changing trees. We even had a very sweet neighbor bring us some home made cinnamon rolls. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.
