So stylish and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and has all needed

From check in to check out the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for the Ryman. The pop-up bar in the penthouse was great! There wasn't anything negative I can say about this hotel.
2.0
The hotel was in a great location for walking to Broadway St and Nissan Stadium. There were not a lot of amenities, like a microwave in the room or an ice machine on the floor we stayed on, but overall would stay there again.
2.5
Great stay for girls trip. Walking distance to everything and comfortable roll away bed.

The hotel was overall ok but the 70 valet fee was ridiculous

Great hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Broadway.

Spacious rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows and quiet despite its proximity to Broadway!!

The property was okay besides the fact that per night parking is 30 dollars for public or 60 for valet per night. Not much of a bargain there. Besides that the inside of the hotel had a great entrance aesthetically although the door man wasn’t always present. The union bar was great, my girlfriend and I tried some of their drinks not too disappointed for their happy hour. The room was okay, there were some stains on the floor which were a bit displeasing but the comfort of the bed and room service made it bearable. The hotel isn’t far from the strip I’d say about 8 min or so. Although the staff weren’t much help in terms of places to go so I’d recommend doing a bit of research of the area prior to booking. The building also isn’t tall so the view. There isn’t much or one unless viewing buildings is your thing. None the less what I give a 4 star is the connivence for the strip, the helpfulness for toiletries from the staff and the comfort other wise I’d be less.

Place was nice and elegant. Hotel staff were nice, but a little snobby.

Fantastic hotel in great location. A great choice if you are staying in Nashville

This place was wonderful, the service is unmatched. Always greeted by valet and front door staff. They go above and beyond to answer any questions you have. The location isn’t ideal for Broadway as you are a few blocks up hill away but we found it worth it as the hotel is very quiet and really nice.

Valet parking overpriced by a bunch

We liked the location. Convenient to everything. We didnt like the dirty duvet. It was yellow and stained. We had to ask multiple times to have out room cleaned.

The Fairlane Hotel was in a perfect location in downtown Nashville. It was close enough to the action to be convenient but just far enough to avoid all the crowds.
The staff went above and beyond to make my stay a comfortable one.
The hotel had a cool vibe and the room was nice and big, perfect for my weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our stay! Far enough from the madness on Broadway but still close to make life easy for walking everywhere.
Wish they had a pool. And our room didn’t have any coffee. Only decaf so that was rough 😂😂😂

The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring all the central Nashville attractions. It was a short walk down to Broadway, the main road where all the action/bars are located, but it was still far enough from the noise that we never heard anything at night. We had our complimentary drinks on the outdoor deck at the hotel restaurant which was perfect on a warm evening.
5.0
Extraordinary room that was large with lots of walkable space and REALLY high ceilings to make it feel even bigger! Three blocks from Broadway and small parking lot right beside the building that was about $50 with tax to park overnight. They even give you a beer or champagne each when you check in so that in itself, is a rarity and great way to start off a stay!

Outstanding hotel with fantastic location. Beautiful, quiet room with amazing view of Nashville. Would definitely stay there again.

We booked a suite around $400 plus. Stated had refrigerator. Had a place for 1 but did not. All restaurants were closed so no food . No room service. Valet( a charge) parked our car that evening.. in the morning we had a meeting and called for valet .. no valet. We had to WALK across & down the street to get our own car and bring it back so we could pack our car.. room had no ice bucket for ice& had a funny smell. This was NOT A $400 per night room!

A terrific all round hotel. Great service and a very good vibe in the lobby / foyer gives an immediately positive impression. My room was very big and well appointed. A terrific location also; near everything but not in the commotion.

This property was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I really like the area, it was close to Broadway (walkable distance)

The hotel was modern, clean property with a great location close to everything. The rooms were nice, good size and very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again for sure.

I thought the hotel was over priced for what you received. Firstly, we found an earring in the bed. They did call the service staff into the room while we were there to visually check the item and then we got another room. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel. Our room did not Get serviced due to lack of staff. We then went downstairs to ask for it to be serviced and they only did a partial job. Next time we go to Nashville, we would not be a repeat visitor, not worth the overall value of what we paid.
