Very noisy, on a major road near a busy intersection. Substandard windows & soundproofing. Noise sure to keep light and not so light sleepers alike up at night. Hotel appears to have remodeled under a new brand, unfortunately it’s only a cosmetic upgrade. Free parking and breakfast must compel people to rate it well, but the place should first and foremost allow for good sleep.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful decor. Bed were very comfortable. The staff were amazing. Walkable to old town and nice and quiet compared to the business of old town. Easy parking. The restaurant was beautiful and great food. Highly recommend.

Very nice staff, super clean, comfy, and a 10 minute drive from the lively city center. Breakfast was good as well. I rarely give a 10/10, but this place is amazing. I’ll definitely be back.

Modern hotel with nice design, large enough rooms and bathroom, onsite parking that is close to the centre (Uber to centre costs less than 4 Euro). Special mention for the breakfast - not only a wide choice, but also wonderful presentation and clearly created with passion! A few minus points : a) we were in room 109 which is next to main road - had we planned to stay longe than 2 nights, I would ask for a room at the back. b) bed firmer that I prefer c) hotel not easy to find. It is located on a dual carriageway, so if you drive into Split then you need to drive past hotel and make a U turn. Even then, because the hotel is located behind a continuous hedge with no car access from the front, it is easy to miss the hotel name - especially at night. You will need to drive past hotel to crossroad traffic lights, turn right and after 50 m right again - from the road it looks like a supermarket back entrance. There are signs to indicate, but again easy to miss. d) please let the bar open longer for a late night coffee! We would be happy to stay again at this super hotel!

Room was great, receptionist very friendly, convenient parking and good restaurant. The breakfast was great. Would be better if there were tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Lovely stay at Hotel Ora. Rooms were really comfortable, modern and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, though was not what we were used to so only attempted it once. More of a business-type hotel than for a city break/holiday hotel as situated around a business park. About 20/25 mins walk to Split Centre. Lovely beach about 10 mins walk.

Loved this beautiful hotel! The interior is gorgeous, the staff are kind and helpful, the breakfast is fantastic, the room is very comfortable, parking is included, and it’s in a great location. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here 2 days, and are very satisfied. The hotel staff are always smiling and very kind. The breakfast was very good👌👌the rooms are very cleen 😊the beach is not far from the hotel. I recommend this hotel

Nice, new hotel. Big, clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Modern and comfortable interior. Staf, especially at the reception is very helpful and kind. Hotel is in residental area but short walk to city center, riva and old town. Garage is very convinient.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Such a helpful and friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms with a modern bathroom with every amenity. Location was walking distance to a great beach. I would recommend any of my friends and family to stay here.

This place is a hidden gem!! Small hotel, yes but incredibly clean, good amenities and amazing staff and service. From the moment we arrived until we left we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Location is good; not too far from Old town (quick 10-15 min bus ride) but far enough you’re not in the thick of things haha. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful hotel. The room was super huge, clean and well decorated with a super comfy bed. In overall, I love the hotel. The old town is a 20 minutes walk from the hotel or maybe a 6 minutes by taxi or Uber. Not bad. I highly recommend the hotel and definitely I’ll stay again.

The staff are really lovely and my hotel room was so comfortable.The hotel is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail.Breakfast is fantastic. Had dinner in the hotel tonight and was still hungry afterwards although food was delicious.A little bit too far out of town for my liking as had to keep getting buses. Around a ten minute journey.

Our stay for 4days at Boutique Hotel Ora was so comfortable. Hotel staff from front desk and restaurant were very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend all my family and friends to book hotel Ora. Loved the location very convenient 10 minutes from old city Split and 20 minutes from the airport.

Hotel Ora was amazing - large, clean, comfortable rooms, a great selection of quality food for breakfast, and friendly staff. Bathrooms were large and the king size bed had a useful sofa at its foot.

Hotel Ora is fantastic. I chose it because I had a rental car, and the parking here was easy (although it took me a while to figure out exactly where the garage was). The room was fantastic, the staff was great, and the breakfast was good. It's a short walk to old town Split, but not far. Great value for the money.
