About this house rental
This updated, pet friendly, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, multi-level duplex unit sleeps 8 across one king bed, one queen bed and two full size beds. It features a private large fenced in turf backyard with gas fire-pit, hot tub, hammock, grill, and outdoor seating, Additionally there is a in-unit washer and dryer, incredible master suite and updated finishes throughout. This also rental includes access to a private two-car garage. Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood less than a half mile from historic Frisco Main Street; you are minutes from shopping and dining options, the Frisco Marina, and the Frisco adventure park. Frisco is also centrally located providing convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Dillon, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.
The entryway has mounted hooks for your convenience as you come and go throughout your day. Next to this area is the remodeled full-size kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all of the essential cookware and tableware to make a delicious meal. This kitchen is stocked with household favorites including a Crockpot, air fryer, blender, and food processor. Beyond the kitchen is the dining area with a circular dining table with seating for four. There is also additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. For convenience there is a full-sized bathroom on the main level. All bathrooms feature modern updates and new floorings.
The open concept living area has ample seating, including a bean bag style seat. The living area mounted Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and access to the spacious private backyard. Head outside onto the spacious, fenced-in backyard featuring a private hot tub, outdoor seating, gas fire-pit, hammock and private grill. The fenced in backyard and turf are a rare amenity in the Summit County area and is perfect for those traveling with their pets!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The back yard was perfect for relaxing and worry free fun with our dog. She loved it too. The fireplace in the morning and watching the sun come up through the many windows is a treasure we will never forget. It was perfect for our family and we want to stay again.

Great location and enjoyed our overall stay but notified property manager immediately of running toilets which kept family members up through the night there we left before expected. Algae in hot tub allowed us not to use and PM did nothing.

Wonderful property. Dog loved the backyard. We come to Frisco every year and stay in different properties, we loved this location and will book again next year. We live in Colorado and enjoy getting away where we don't have to travel to far. Thank you

Had a very nice stay for a few days in July. Yard is awesome for dog, hot tub was great, easy walk to town, parks, marina and river.
Very clean. Beds very comfy. Great linens and towels. Living room a bit narrow - hard to spread out. Overall a nice, convenient place.

We loved the basement master suite! Comfy, clean style! We have stayed at rentals where there was extensive "dos and don'ts" - at times which were overwhelming. This property had general rules and guidelines, but wasnt overbearing- we really enjoyed our stay! Everything was straight and simple, to the point! Beautiful views and a close walk to main street!

This was the perfect place for our family. My daughter got married at Sapphire Point and this place was the perfect location and space for everyone to sleep. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. We will stay again when we visit the area.

What a wonderful home and amazing location. It had everything you would need plus so many fine touches. The kitchen has so well stocked for cooking. Backyard was perfect for our two pups and for sitting outside around the fire pit. Plenty of space to spread out and the beds were so comfy! This property exceeded our expectations. Property is great for pet owners with the fully fenced backyard. Better than the fence is the artificial turf in the backyard so that as the snow melts there is no mud!
House was very clean, comfortable and roomy.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute place and have a few thoughts/recommendations-- towels were thick and soft and plentiful- really would be nice to have supply of foil, wrap and baggies- knives are not great and would have liked non serrated options- only one kitchen towel, need more and not washcloth size- dishwasher is really dirty. Needs a filter cleanng - downstairs area is really great but there were no hangers - please consider luggage racks for suitcases - kitchen was well equipped with appliances and cooking utensils - great response to broken fireplace issue with service received the next day Thank you for everything!

Our family spent a great time in skiing at Loveland and then returning to our lovely rental in Frisco. The layout provided both room to gather for game nights and then retreat into our private spaces. One of our family members is a chef and was not disappointed with the kitchen. The beds were comfy and the place was very clean. Check in was easy. Our only disappointments were the hot tub, was more like a warm tub and the gas fireplace did not light.

For the most part, the accommodations were quite nice.One exception: the gas fireplace did not work and the maintenance man was unable to fix it in the short time he came to do other repairs and inspect the hot tub.I want to compliment the maintenance man: he was friendly, courteous, and quite helpful.

We love Frisco and come often. We’ve stayed at multiple rentals but this was our favorite one for our family. Very clean, spacious with a great location and backyard. Plus the hot tub was a big bonus especially with skiing all day. We will try to rebook this place each time we come.

Really enjoyed everything about this experience! Perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Best of all, it was pet friendly and our pups loved it too! Lots of good dining choices nearby too.

Overall my boyfriend, two dogs, and I had a good stay at this property! We appreciated how centrally located Frisco is to the mountains as it is only 15 minutes from Breck, 10 minutes to Copper Mountain, and 30 minutes to Arapahoe / Vail. The rental company for this property shared a digital guide book that was helpful during our stay. Included overall thoughts below.

Generally, I feel if you have a late check in time then the check out time should be later as well. This property is run by a property management group it seems instead of an individual home owner, which may be the reason they did not offer the flexibility we were hoping for.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing I was not happy about was after a long day of skiing we went to check in to the condo only to find the stair way up to the door and deck cover in a about a foot of snow we had to shovel our way in. We also, had to shovel in front of the garage doors so we could put the cars inside.

The location and house was great for our needs. Spacious to spread out between multi levels.
A few hiccups, we asked early for an extended stay, we were told to cancel and re-book (@ extra fees). The last night, I called and inquired and they let us stay another night. It just seemed we had to jump through hoops.
It does say pet friendly (which we all have dogs ourselves), but it seemed to be a lot of dog hair (floors, living room & on blankets).
Overall good stay.

We stayed here for our wedding with a group of friends and the place was PERFECT! Beautiful on the inside and the outside had a large backyard (so great for our 2 dogs) with a hot tub that was amazing! The location was close to Main Street as well. Would definitely stay here again!

I normally do not write long reviews, but this one is deserving (in a good way)!
Backyard: Perfect. We had our daughter's Bernedoodle and having the fenced in yard was wonderful. We spent time around the fire pit and in the hot tub. It is a beautiful backyard with the Aspens and was very quiet and relaxing being in a residential neighborhood.
Beds: The best in any rental we have stayed in. Mattresses were perfect (not too hard) and I loved the white down comforter and sheets. Very clean, comfy and warm!
Kitchen: They had everything we needed. We cooked quite a bit and it was such a nice surprise that they even had a crock pot which we utilized. Also, a full size Keurig. They pay a lot of attention to detail and had labels as to where to put everything back which helped a LOT! Nice gas stove, pull out trash containers, etc. Lots of storage!
Living Room: For once, we actually had a sofa in a rental that was comfortable. Nice big TV. Perfect.
Bathrooms: All bathrooms were very nice. The master bathroom was particularly nice. The shower had a big shower head and good water pressure (also hard to find in a rental). Lots of room in the master bath for the washer and dryer closet. Another room in there to hang more clothes and store towels. Huge vanity with plenty of room for my blow dryer and flat iron.
4:30 check in time was a little late, but understandable as it is a big house to clean.

I was saddened we could only stay one night! But such a wonderful accommodation - especially if you have good dog! I personally loved sitting in the hammock.- the beds are incredibly comfortable! I loved the design of the house and property, and would love to return and spend more time.

House was fantastic! Great kitchen with every amenity, appliance, comfort of home. Newly remodeled. Great yard for the doggies, loved the hot tub, couldn’t get the fire pit to light but we didn’t mind that. One main living area, worked fine for us but sometimes nice for 2nd living area if kids need a separate tv area or game area from the adults. About 10 minute walk to Main Street, close to a cool park with dog park. So beautiful!!!!

However it appeared that it had not been cleaned well, as there was lots and lots of hair everywhere that would stick to your socks in clumps. The upstairs shower did not drain at all, and the hot tub had clumps of hair and debris in it.
