• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

Second time we stayed. Super fun place with games for the teens. Great location. Bit of a climb up the stairs but gorgeous deck looking over the creek. Used the BBQ grill. Nothing fancy but worked great. Had a wonderful time.

The location is nice and the condo is clean. But it should be noted that this condo is on the 3rd floor and you access is by a set of outdoor steps. If you aren’t used to living at Vails elevation, carrying up/down your luggage, ski equipment and groceries can be quite an effort. Additionally, of the 4 bedrooms, only one has a useable closet. There were closets in or near 2 of the other bedrooms but they were filled with items from the owners. One closet was so full only one of the sliding doors would open. There are no dressers in any of the bedrooms so you are forced to live out of your suitcases. The bedrooms are small and having to walk around your suitcases full of clothing was awkward. This was not what we expected based on the reviews that said this condo was exceptional. We did enjoy our time in Vail and the condo was OK, but the description and reviews are misleading

Nice apartment in a great location. Kitchen was welled equipped with everything needed for cooking. Closet space in master bedroom was very limited and room with bunk beds has no closet space available. Be prepared to take 5 flights of stairs to get into the apartment as it is located on a 3rd floor. Perfect location !!!!
