Located just steps from the water, this charming, ocean-view vacation home is right between the Halifax River and near miles of tranquil, private beach. You'll also be within walking distance of local eateries, pubs, a grocery store, and a dog park, while a kayak and paddleboard launch is also nearby. Or head out on the trails that await you in Tomoka State Park, less than eight miles from your door.

Wash off any residual sand in the convenient outdoor shower before heading inside. This comfortable and surprisingly spacious retreat is your ideal relaxation spot where you can prepare meals in the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen, dine together or play board games at the table for four, and then take a seat on the queen-size sofa bed in the living area and stream your favorite channels on the smart TV (streaming services require guest accounts to access). The fenced backyard is perfect for socializing with your guests and feeling the coastal breeze as the sun goes down.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Four exterior cameras are located at the front door entry, one facing the driveway, one facing the street, and one overlooking the patio.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is THE BEST place! From the location to the decor, this place was everything we could ask for. It was very clean, plenty of room, excellent location. We had a great get-a-way! We even had some local friends come over and had plenty of room for 9 adults.(only 4 slept there) But there is room for 6, a fur baby or two! Thank you so much, I will be keeping you in mind for future trips!!!

This bungalow is beautiful; spacious, comfortable, short walk to beach but no pets on this beach; all the beach things you might need. Spacious kitchen with all the dishes, pots, pans you might need to make a great dinner. Fenced in back yard was great for my pup, he loved it. Totally recommend this.

Such a beautiful beach house. Plenty of room. Everything you need for a beach vacation. Chairs, shade tent, children's sand toys, a grill, plenty of towels. The fenced yard was a plus. On a private section of the beach, so no crowds..

Our family stayed for the long Veteran's day weekend. The home was welcoming, very clean and comfortable. It offers an adorable beach vibe, and was decorated very nicely. You cannot beat the proximity to the gorgeous beach! It is just a few feet away from the home. There was nothing like having your morning coffee while gazinging out the large picture window that offers a beautiful beach view. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms and bedrooms were very comfortable. Across the street, within walking distance, is a Publix Supermarket, gas station and several restaurants. Our family enjoyed driving into the quaint downtown area where there are shops and great restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay, and we definitely plan to return.

Quite possibly the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in! The entire house was very clean, bed was so comfortable, and beach access was a breeze. So many great places around to eat and a Publix grocery just a short drive down the street. Absolutely everything about this stay was impeccable. We will absolutely be returning in the future!

Where to start??? Baithing Suit Bungalow was a PERFECT place for our very 1st "empty nester" beach trip! We could actually sit at our table to eat and see the ocean. It's fully updated, bright and cherry with everything we needed. Furniture and beds were super comfy! We didn't need to bring anything for the beach! They have it all!!! Kitchen fully stocked! Even has big pots for our seafood night and only needs Seafood crackers for our snow crab legs, but we made do with the nut crackers we found there. Plenty of extra towels and beach towels. Fun artistic surf board outdoor shower. This street is so beaitiful & very well kept! Picnic table at the end of the road right at the entance to the ocean. With only 8 houses on our street, we felt we were in a quaint little neighborhood even though there was a high rise close by. Everyone we met on Ormond was super friendly and made us feel right at home. As an artist, my favorite adventure was taking a resin class with owner, Penny, at the Salty Mermaid and creating a large sea turtle for my new grandbaby! Must go visit her shop take a class or buy a creative treasure from one of her amazing artists! Our pups loved it too :) We will def stay here again!!! Loved meeting the neighbors across from us that actually live there!

My husband said he could spend a month here! This is the first time we have taken our 2 dogs on vacation with us, and this little bungalow was great for so many reasons. It is not "on the beach" but pretty close, the garage was awesome! We brought 3 bikes with us, so they easily went in the garage. The kitchen was roomy, I did not have to glare at my husband to get out of my way. Lots of shades and curtains but the entire bungalow was bright. My 17 year old left his wallet, we eventually got it back, with the cash! If we were to spend a month there are a few things that need to be taken care of, like the dryer did not work, a noisy air vent, and a foggy seal on a window, but this place was really great!

The bungalow was very nice. Proximity to the beach was great. Located close enough but not too close to all attractions. It was cozy, clean and relaxing. Beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. Pullout couch was a pull out couch. The only drawback would be the window in master bathroom. It was in the shower and was not frosted. A camera that watched the property was located on the pole across from the window. Not sure if it could see in there but didn't want to take a chance so we covered the window with what we could find. Check in and check out was easy. Overall the stay was great and we will definitely stay again.

I would definitely stay again. My only complaint is the door access code. Entering 10 digits is a pain in the neck especially at night (you can tell it’s a phone number). A shorter access code or perhaps the renters phone number would be much easier. Other than that, it was practically perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. This property is just a 2 minute walk to the beach. It’s clean and homie. Although it is pet friendly, the beach is not. So you may have to drive to Flagler Beach, if you want to take a dog with you. I would stay here again, great little spot.
