About this apartment rental
This double room corner apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 Kitchenettes. Perfect for families who want to stay together but have their own space - all in the same area.
Guest walk through one bedroom to get to the other and there is a connecting door that can be closed for privacy.
The space in your apartment is only for you. No one has access and no one else will enter during your stay. There is no daily housekeeping to offer you the best rate possible. However, if something happens and you need our help please send us a message and we'll be sure to help.
Guests has access to their private apartment, the common area around the building to enjoy the lounge chairs, table & chairs to eat outside. There is a parking lot for our guest only (please read more about parking below under “Other Things to Note”).
LAUNDRY ROOM
There is also a laundry room for your use at the rear of the building. Washing machine detergent and bleach is provided. You will need $2 in quarters for each washer & dryer. The key to the laundry room will be inside your apartment hanging on the hook in the kitchen or in one of the kitchen drawer.
Feel free to reach out through your reservation channel and we can & will assist with any needs you may have.
Everything in the neighborhood is in walking distance. The Beach of course, the famous Hollywood Broadwalk, the many restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, sports bars and beach rental supplier for things such as bicycles, skates, buggy’s, etc. to enjoy around the area.
Getting around is super easy... all you have to do is walk to the Broadwalk and start there. Turn right for all the action, restaurants, bars and shops.
Want it quieter and more peaceful, turn left on the Broadwalk and stroll down a few more shops and restaurants, head to the picnic areas and less crowded beach.

This property is steps from the Hollywood Broadwalk and the beach.
Perfect for a family or two couples who desire 2 bedrooms and two baths without renting two separate rooms. Also a full kitchen and backup smaller kitchen in second bedroom.
Clean and comfortable.
Plenty of towels for showers and the beach. Beach chairs available as well, An outdoor hose to rinse off the sand from your beach days is appreciated. Outdoor tables with umbrellas, one or two with a beach view.
Location is steps from outdoor bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment..
Parking is included in the price, which is a HUGE bonus in Hollywood.
Not a Marriott or Margaritaville experience, this is an "original" and iconic property. Fits in perfectly with the Hollywood vibe soaking up the sun and surf days.

Close to broadwalk, convenient, good communication

We enjoyed our stay. Our apartment had 2bedrooms, 2 kitchens, and two baths. This gave my husband , 2 teenage boys and I separate spaces, but we’re in the same room. Marco the host was great. Our flight arrived early and he allowed us to put our luggage in the room while it was being cleaned and text us when it was clean. I never met Marco, but would always email me back asap. The room was clean and close to everything on the Broadwalk. 100%recommend staying here.

We only stayed a couple of days but this property set the stage for a great stay. Totally met our needs for something close to beach but affordable. Very clean property. Came with beach chairs which was an added perk. Marco’s communication is 100%! We will stay here again if we return.

Great little jewel on the beach. Literally steps away from the ocean. The unit wasn't anything fancy but was perfect for what we needed. Loved that there were chairs, umbrellas and beach towels provided. Marco was wonderful at communicating and was always just an email away if I had any questions. Check in was simple and convenient. Would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Location is great - 1 block off beach though we thought pictures made it look like it was directly on the Broadwalk. Actually better that it was not for noise and full blast sun. Loved the tables out front and the property manager was so easy to deal with. I do wish there had been a rubber mat outside the door to catch sand and a rug inside that could be shaken out. We ended up folding towels next to the bed so as to not get sand in there too despite sweeping a lot. Need more hooks for towels, etc. Was very nice to have a kitchen and beach chairs. There is already talk about coming to this location again.

We were very pleased with property. When we first got there it seams to of just been cleaned do to the very strong smell of cleaning chemicals, next morning was just fine. Marco (property manager) was very easy to contact, he offered us another room. Mattresses were very comfortable with all new sheets and pillows (pillows were a little small) BUT Marco had other pillows delivered immediately that were larger. I will definitely stay here again. Former locals visiting from New England. Our first time staying on Hollywood beach as out-of-state vacationers! Marco was very easy to reach and remedied any issue quickly. It was nice having two separate rooms, and each with its own kitchenette. I thought a toaster might be included but we couldn’t find one. There was a small stovetop and a coffee maker, as well as two fridges. The larger fridge in the first room made occasional noises as fridges do, but if you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue having all of that in the same room as the bed. The smaller fridge in the back room didn’t close all the way due to how it was installed so we didn’t use it. The beds were clean and pretty comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, though couldn’t turn it below 72 degrees. Fans in both rooms but the back bedroom fan was a bit loud so we didn’t use it. Bathrooms were small but nice to have two of them. Enjoyed the water pressure and shower in the front room but there was no shower curtain and the floor would get quite wet afterwards, so I needed a large towel to sop it all up. Beach chairs provided though a bit older and some rust in areas, worked well though. Upstairs neighbors were quite loud one night, but it was a Saturday night on Hollywood beach, so that’s really luck of the draw. Parking was convenient. Incredibly easy beach access, and I always prefer the north end of the beach. Overall, a bit of wear and tear in the unit, could use a refresh, but clean and comfortable.

I read all 18/18 reviews and they were 5 stars. Pictures of the place looked amazing. All of this too good to be true - well - it was. I believe the cleaning staff does her best with what she has to work with. The bathrooms, ceilings, walls and floors were dirty. The ceiling had bubbles and water marks, like the paint was going to chip off at any time. Now, I understand this is a VRBO, so, you're renting a place with the locals. The location of the property is steps from the beach, great location, HOWEVER, the activities around and on the property kept me up at night, a safety concern. Random people knocked on the door during the night. Our last night, my son was approached aggressively by a drunk lady who may have lived there because she wouldn't leave the property. The entire stay, worried if someone was going to damage the rental car, break into our room, initiate a fight. I couldn’t wait to leave this place.

This is a small unit, perfect for a couple friends or small family. Having two bathrooms was a nice perk. It’s literally ten steps to one of the prettiest beaches in Florida. You don’t even need a car as everything is so close to walk to on the boardwalk. We had a fabulous weekend.

We had wonderful vacation. The beach was minutes away we set up our beach tent and chairs in morning and took down later in day. We could see our tent sitting on hotel patio while having lunch or just going back and forth. The rooms were clean and well maintained for an older building. We like smaller hotels vs large chain hotels so for us it was great. Relaxing and people friendly. Marco the manager was great,very helpful. We walk every night on broad walk which had restaurant, ice cream shops, music playing in different locations, lots of fun people on roller blade and bikes with lights many colors. We have family in Miami that came to visit, there is public parking minutes away so they enjoy beach and broad walk with us and then went home.

This apartment was the perfect place for our week long stay! It is right on the beach, with plenty of restaurants close by in walking distance. Marco was wonderful to chat with, he gave recommendations and was always available for questions. The beach is very beautiful and quiet area.

This was a wonderful, stress-free vacation because of how easy our booking was and the communication with Marco was very easy and always responded extremely quick to any of my questions. The place was very clean and in an area where the beach was literally steps away and many things to do within walking distance. I’d definitely book here again whenever I come back to FLL.
