Introducing "The Love Nest", a brand new luxury cabin inspired by none other than Marilyn Monroe located in Downtown Hot Springs walking distance to Bath House Row and all the wonderful shops, restaurants and venues Hot Springs has to offer. This unique cabin is beautiful inside & out with a clean, modern look and of course Marilyn is everywhere! Take a Ghost Tour, a Horse & Buggy ride, check out The Gangster Museum, jump on a Duck Boat ride, hike, fish, Magic Springs, Garvin Woodland Gardens or if you're feeling lucky check out Oaklawn Racing & Casino. You are literally in the center of all that the beautiful city of Hot Springs has to offer.
When you arrive at this brand new luxury cabin you have the option of parking on the designated parking pad on the lot directly next to the property or there is on-street parking also so the choice is yours. There are 2 staircases to enter the property. We recommend you come up the second staircase when you first arrive with your luggage. It's wider and it leads you directly to the entrance of the cabin. The cabin is beautiful! There's a crystal chandelier, ship-lap walls, hand-crafted banisters, lots of windows to take in the view or you can close the shades and enjoy your privacy. The living room is a cozy space with a super comfy sofa & movie reel end tables. Put your feet up and stream your favorite shows on the smart tv, The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you need, even some spices in case you want to spice things up a bit. The bedroom downstairs offers a queen size bed, smart tv, on suit laundry room and a covered patio complete with outside dining for 4 and a charcoal BBQ grill. This is a great spot to hang out in the evenings. The bathroom is on the rustic side. A copper sink, cool pipe shelving to store all your toiletries and a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find another queen bed, smart tv plenty of closet space and a cute office space in case you need it. We are thrilled with the way everything turned out in this new build, we hope you will choose to stay with us for your Hot Springs vacation.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay near Bath House Row at a great price, this is it! This cottage has a modern and stylish interior while being very quiet and romantic! It’s absolutely stunning! Amenities were great and the cottage was very comfortable and clean. Slept very well too! Can’t wait to stay here again!

We stayed 5 nights. It was close to the bathhouse row which was our goal. The check in and out was very easy. The property was clean as advertised. The basics for cleaning and cooking were provided. We would stay here again.

Loved the cabin/house. The boutique style was amazing. By that I mean the decorations. Very comfortable and beautiful. Should we make it to Hot Springs again, we definitely would love to stay there again.

We were about a mile from town. For us, it was an easy walk to get to dinner, the baths, or some chores. The place is super cute!

The place looks exactly like the picture. However, there is so much noise from the road at night and EMT and trucks etc and so loud that you can hear that it is very difficult to sleep. Didn't get really any sleep. Just take into consideration.

Extremely clean and well decorated. Since its on the main drag its noisy with car and truck traffic. The street light out front really lit up the loft at night making it hard for my son to fall asleep. But overall it was clean and situated well for hiking in the park and perusing the shops.

We had the best time!! We spent the day walking around town and checking out the sites, stumbled into the alligator farm and had the best time!! Spent the evenings people watching and hanging out . The atmosphere is amazing . Thank you !!

We were so impressed with everything about this property. It had everything we needed was organized and so clean. The bedding was soft, towels were plush and the decor is inviting and stylish. They knew we were celebrating my daughters birthday and we were welcomed with a Happy Birthday balloon. They really went above and beyond to welcome us. The location was great, so close to everything. I look forward to coming back.

This house is adorable and well taken care of. So close to all the amazing amenities and activities downtown Hot Springs has to offer. This was our first experience with a VRBO reservation and it did not disappoint. We highly recommend this property!

This was a convenient place to say and was exceptionally clean and close to the main drag of hot springs. There are steps to get in, so keep that in mind. We do not have any complaints and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Beautifully decorated cozy cottage. Great outdoor space and convenient parking. Downtown is an easy walk although I probably wouldn't do it later at night. I had a few questions once I arrived and the owners responded immediately. We loved our visit to Hot Springs.

Very charming and beautiful! Location is perfect. I suggest some more mirrors, throws, blankets and extra pillows. I would add a bath mat, a guest book, dish detergent and coffee for first morning aling with some disposable to go cups. We enjoyed it and will return.

The Love Nest was everything I hoped it would be. I booked it as part of a surprise trip for my wife on our 26th anniversary. She usually (meaning always) does all of the location research & bookings when we travel, so this was definitely outside my realm of expertise. WE could not have been more pleased with this beautiful cottage. It was our first time in Hot Springs & was just a short weekend trip, but we had a great time together. There's a good chance we'll be staying in The Love Nest again on our next trip to the area!
