About this house rental
Welcome to Irie Vibes!. Irie (eye-ree) is Jamaican English meaning the ultimate positive, joyful and happy, the way you feel when you have no worries.
Irie Vibes is located on the 4th row on Brunswick Ave. W. There is a private beach access 428 feet from the front door. We are also located 1/4 mile from the Holden Beach bridge and restaurants, ice cream, candy, coffee, bike/kayak rentals, a park and boat launch are just a walk or bike ride away. Holden Beach also has a small pavilion (also within walking distance) with live music during the summer.
Our renovated kitchen is fully stocked. In addition, we have new flooring, paint, beds and furniture. Irie Vibes has 4 bedrooms and a "play room" with 2 XL twin beds. Porches on the front and back of the home offer shelter and comfy seating., perfect after a long day of golf or playing on the beach! The outdoor shower is enclosed and has space for towels or wet clothes.
Our home is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs. Only dogs- no other pets. Our pet fee is $250. Please report ALL pets on your reservation & pay the appropriate fee.
We had a security camera installed at the end of September 2022. This camera only monitors outside the front door. No cameras are inside the home or in the back yard.
Our favorite part of our home is the outdoor space, including a large pool (32 x 14) with decking, landscaping and fencing The pool can be heated March-May, September and October, weather permitting. NEW: There is a fee of $100 to add pool heat to your reservation during these months. If the temperature drops below 55 degrees, we will not be able to heat the pool. NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE POOL! There is a picnic table and outdoor furniture along with extra covered space underneath the house and a bar with a 65" tv.

The house was very clean, beds comfy, and the porches and pool were outstanding! All the touches were there for a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the coffee for our first day! Plenty of towels, pool toys, and beach chairs/games provided. The walk to the beach was SO SHORT! Easy peasy. However, we found ourselves hard to tear away from the pool, which is where we spent much of our time. I was able to bring my dogs, which I really appreciated, and they enjoyed themselves as well. I had a small issue when I arrived, which was fixed immediately and with great urgency. The owners were so kind and understanding with me when I couldn't figure out an issue. No Worries is truly their mantra! Wonderful hosts. Would love to come back some day! And Holden is my absolute favorite beach. Peaceful family beach. Thank you Lynette and Alan for a wonderful stay!!!

The outdoor pool and bar area was by far our favorite. The rooms were spacious and served well for our family. I loved that they had pet amenities available (bowls, dog bed). It was a nice surprise.

What a great stay. Beautiful home with comfortable space. The pool was great the first few days the beach was too rough for the little ones and for the times you want to relax pool side. The home has it all from beach wagons to floats. One minute walk to the beach access was so easy. Kitchen had it all to cook
all meals in if you like. Kids room was great for the two year old who has nicknamed the door stop dog Buster!

This is the best vacation home I have ever rented! Loved the beautiful decor, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, the huge pool and outdoor bar. The host was very prompt in communication.

This is a wonderful property. Host are exceptional with quick responses. House is stocked with complete kitchen, including all spices. Garage equiped with a plethora of beach and pool chairs, umbrellas, floats and bar is awesome touch. Two great local restaurants on the island. We had a great vacation!

Cannot say enough good things about Irie Vibes! Our family had the absolute best time! The outside area is perfect for the kids and adults- we could hardly keep the kids out of the pool! The location to the beach could not have been easier to access and the kitchen was well stocked and easy for everyone to move around! The owners were very responsive! 10/10 recommend!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Irie Vibes, and it was just as wonderful as the first! A very well appointed and comfortable beach home with a beautiful large pool and a very short walk to the beach. Any questions or concerns we had were very quickly handled by the owners. Irie Vibes will always be our first choice when we come to Holden!

We love Irie Vibes! This is our second stay and we can’t wait to come back! Lynn and Alan are the perfect hosts and the house has everything you need to feel at home. We spent most of our time by the the gorgeous pool area. It was the perfect getaway.

We had another great stay at this property. Perfect fit for our multi-generational family! Easy walk to beach, restaurants, ice cream and even kids Turtle Time at town hall. Pool is amazing for a swim after the beach. Plenty of gathering space outside. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the plates & pots you need for a family meal. Outdoor shower and bathroom are clutch for wet & sandy little kids. This house feels like a home, not just a rental property! Looking forward to our next visit!

This house was just what we expected and needed. The pool area is perfect and we spent a lot of time down there! We loved the bar and all the pool toys, ping pong table, and floats. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking which we did almost every night. The walk to the beach was easy and short. Definitely would recommend Irie Vibes!!

Another great week at Holden! New owners have added a bar and big screen tv in the garage pool side. Although we never used any of this area, can see that some would love to have this option. Always enjoy this home and pool and its close proximity to the beach.

The house was perfect for our family. It is clean and well appointed with comfortable beds, high quality linens, kitchen items and appliances, a beautiful pool, and a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. It’s close to the beach, had enough beds and room for my husband and I, and 4 teenagers, it was super clean, and had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool in the back was the icing on the beach trip cake! The owners are very responsive and when I reached out about my son and his friends arriving a couple hours before my husband and I, their response was “if you trust them, so do I!” I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking at Holden Beach and if we go back, we’ll definitely be searching up Irie Vibes to stay again!!

Alan & Lynnette’s place is the most well-equipped beach house we’ve ever stayed at, BY FAR. You can tell they really want their guests to feel like family - the place was stocked with dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, Kcup pods, hot chocolate, aloe Vera, sunscreen, the list goes ON. We paid it forward like they (and the last guests) did and replenished everything before we left for the next guests to enjoy.
The house is also beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and the pool is LARGE, clean, and so fun to swim in! They truly have thought of everything. This one is a gem, folks! We’ve already booked our return visit for next year.

was exactly as described. We loved the ultra comfortable beds and
convenience of one all the baths.
The bedrooms are roomy with
tons of closet space and room to
walk around. The colorful kitchen
was fully stocked with dishes, pans
and utensils. There is a Keurig, coffee
and teapots as well as a blender and
microwave. Everything you could possibly need. The dinner dish sets was plentiful. The shower/ tub's were
extremely clean. Plenty of outlets
and nightlights. Loved the doggie outside station! Lots of extras for fur babies. Lynn thought of
everything! We would highly
recommend this property.

My husband, teens and I spent a wonderful week at Irie Vibes. It is a lovely home, full of everything you could need for time at the beach. Very clean and comfortable! We absolutely loved the outdoor pool and used it daily. The lights at night are great for a night swim. There is even a big screen tv in the outdoor bar area, so we made use of that and watched tv while we swam—the kids loved it! We had a small hiccup when a smoke detector was chirping in a locked closet (no one’s fault—these things happen), and the owners could not have been more prompt in their response and went above and beyond to help us get it fixed. I believe they contacted us within two minutes of messaging them! Very nice people! Definitely a 5-star stay and we highly recommend it.

Irie Vibes had everything we needed and more! The owners were always prompt to respond to any messages we sent to them. It was close proximity to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to beach gear. The pool was heated during our stay and it was pleasantly warm. Best heated pool we have ever had in a vacation rental. A large variety of pool toys and floats made pool time a blast for our family. Irie vibes is also dog friendly. Although we didn’t need or use any of the dog related items during our stay, it was very thoughtful of the owners to have dog beds, blankets and toys available for dogs to use. The bed we slept in was very comfortable including the cozy linens. Our 6 year old daughter enjoyed the kid room upstairs where she found games, puzzles and became fascinated with the color changing lights in the play room and by the pool. We enjoyed swinging on the porch swing in the evenings and even saw some wildlife from the porch! A few deer and a mama fox. We look forward to returning to Irie Vibes next year! We enjoyed our stay so much and were all quite sad to leave.

My family (all 18+) enjoyed every moment at this location. The walk to the beach was quick, it was well stocked, and the pool was beautiful. Being near the main bridge was also a bonus, the travel time between town and the house was quick. We appreciated the communication from the owners and would consider returning to this home.

We were head over heels for this property! When I say they have everything they have everything! Beach towels, beach chairs, wagons, floats, ice maker, and so much more! The house is beyond clean and perfect for a group of 10-12 people. The pool is perfect, the kitchen table was amazing to be able to all eat dinner together. The walk to the beach is less then 3 minutes away and that is even carrying coolers, tents, and all the beach items! We loved being able to find a home we could take our two doodle dogs to and let them enjoy a vacation with us! They have dog toys, and also dog beds which we instantly felt like “wow these owners are amazing they love not only their guest but the fur babies” we will book again! Loved the walk to local coffee shops and sitting on the front porch swing with our friends. Owners were so kind and quick to respond when we had any questions! 10/10 would recommend!

The pool was awesome & heated perfectly. We loved the amount of pool toys/floats available to use. The ice maker downstairs was a great addition b/c we are fisherman so that came in extra handy!! The only issues we had was the front door lock would lock automatically sometimes & sometimes wouldn’t & the shower pan on the first floor would hold a puddle while showering. But, this wouldn’t stop us from renting here again. We had an overall awesome experience!!

This place is very cute! It’s decorated for the beach, plenty of space, accommodated our family perfect. A short walk to the beach, which is the absolute perfect place! We truly enjoyed our stay. Jason and Linda communicated quickly with any answers to our questions.

This was our first time visiting Holden Beach and we couldn’t have asked for a better home to spend our vacation in. Everything was clean, convenient, and had everything you could ever want or need. I love the addition of the bathroom by the pool area and the icemaker downstairs. Very helpful to have a buggy to carry items to the beach along with Beach Toys, chairs, and floats. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed using it even at night. We love this home so much we’ve already booked for next year!

Our family had a wonderful week here. Close, walking access to the beach, lots of provided chairs, wagons, sand toys, and an umbrella. The pool is as fabulous as everyone else has stated. Linda was fantastic with communication whenever we needed her. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book this home again!
