About this apartment rental
Summary:
This Historic Urban Loft is perfect to be close to downtown Columbus. Exposed brick, a historic vibe, yet modern and stylish. This location is to die for! This apartment is on the main/first level of our building. Our living room is a great place to relax or work with a desk. The bedroom is the middle room, and has a new queen bed. The kitchen and bathroom are both brand new with butcher block and subway tile along with brand new appliances. This is the perfect apartment for walking to work/or play! Lots of great food and drinks within walking distance.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full exclusive access to apartment 575 which is the fist floor and basement of the south side of the building. We share the yard with our neighbor above us.
The Neighborhood:
German Village is an amazing gem in Ohio! Historic cobblestone streets take you to the trendiest places to eat, Schiller Park, or to Downtown Columbus. We are 3 blocks south of Downtown, and 1 block West of High Street.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

The location of this property was a great! I loved that it was walking distance to multiple attractions . I would definitely stay again in the future.

Extra towels, extra blanket for the bed and a throw for the couch. Extra pillows with pillow cases, luggage racks.
