We are minutes away from the beach on St. George Island or shopping in Apalachicola. Or, just enjoy relaxing on the hammock in the large screened in porch. Located one block from Hwy 98. My stay included my 2 dogs. We all loved it! The fenced yard is perfect as it allowed them to play and be safe. The house has everything I needed for a relaxing vacation and getting to St George Island beach is just a short drive. I can see myself staying here again.

The 3 of us did fishing trip. REEL SIMPLE is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a nice place for a fishing trip in the area. Plenty of room for the big boat/trailer. Huge screened patio to chill. Ac keep home/rooms nice and cold after a long day in the sun. And the price was budget friendly!!! Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!

Me and my family had a wondedul one day stay. Very affordable and we were so impressed with the cleanliness as well as the up keep and the beauty of the house . In a great location and so close to everything. My kids absolutely loved the beach decor and how nice everything was. We LOVED our stay and look forward to staying again !! Ammenities were GREAT, way better than any hotel. It felt like home.

Just came to get out on the water for a few days. A beautiful change of scenery and time to relax and fish on the kayaks. Comfy place to relax and rest after a busy day.

Such a nice, well-appointed, and well-equipped home; perfect for us and our two small dogies. Wonderful decorative touches, and comfortable furniture. Loved the king bed and bedding. So few places offer a king and it is always one of our deciding factors. Frnced in yard was also perfect for us. My only suggestion would be to put a grab bar in the master bath. It was quite slippery, and having fallen in the tub once before, to disastrous effect, it was a bit scary for me. Thank you, Chris, for an all too brief but wonderful stay!

We especially liked the screen porch. The home is decorated with a lot of attention to detail. A nice spot for visiting ST George Island and nearby some fun towns.

This was a wonderful stay. So much better than I expected!! Property well stocked and extremely clean. The special touches they have setup for the fur babies are just down right 😋 sweet. Look forward to visiting again for a longer stay. Thank you so much Sid n Neil

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and quite. We only had one car but their is a ton of space. When I come back next year for business I will be staying again. The screened porch was relaxing and the gas fire pit out front was the perfect touch. Two of us were comfortable for the 3 days.

We stayed here Saturday night after attending the festival in Apalachicola and the home was cozy and inviting. Nicely appointed and comfy beds and bedding. It was great to have a “home” to wake up to, instead of a hotel room. Nice having a cup of coffee on the screened porch. We will be back!

Simple overnight birthday trip. The house was perfect for us. Had more than we needed. Was comfortable, had games to play. We got one of Chris' Key Lime Pies which became my birthday cake. She hung up a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" sign for me. Thoroughly Delightful!

My Fam and I were on a week-long motorcycle vaca across several states and a few thousand miles. This was our last stop as a group, and we Could Not Have Been Happier..!! The whole home was fantastic; the bedrooms were huge, the beds were amazing, the kitchen was big and very easy to use. And the house location was perfect with plenty to see and do (HIGHLY recommend Red Pirate Family Grill, Half Shell Dockside and Up The Creek Raw Bar..!!). If you're "disappointed" here, That's On YOU...!!! Cheers..! JAH

Had a great stay! Property owners were great at communicating throughout the process and during our stay! The location is really ideal for getting to many surrounding area places. We had many favorites, but one we feel is a must visit is the Dr. Julian G. Bruce St. George State Park. The place was perfect for us. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

We loved our stay at Reel Simple. I have stayed in many VRBO’s and this is probably the cleanest place I have stayed in. The place is small but the space is so smartly used that we never felt cramped. Beds were very comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it met our needs and seemed well stocked. Lots of little amenities- like extra tp and paper towels. Plenty of towels and soft ones at that. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend.

We were all impressed by this property (myself, spouse and another couple). I booked it due to us having a 93lb dog that cannot be left alone due to anxiety-so you can imagine how hard it is to get away for a short vacay. This property gave us the ability to enjoy having a short vacation while having our dog with us. The fenced in yard was perfect for him and the 2 bathrooms were perfect for two couples sharing a house for 2 days. It was close to everything we each wanted to do and the screened in porch was perfect for sitting and enjoying each other's company or just relaxing and reading a book. The beds were soft and felt like you were sleeping on clouds. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we book down here.

Very pet, friendly, large two bedroom two bath home well-stocked with kitchen equipment. Lots of dog items and gigantic backyard to walk the dogs. Fenced in front yard. Friendly neighbors, quiet, and clean. I would highly recommend this VRBO. Excellent communication with the owners and reasonably priced. Close to visiting Apalachicola and St. George Island!

Perfectly decorated, choose to sit in a screened in porch, or out side with a fire pit and grill something to eat. Large garden tub in the master, with a king size bed. The towels and linens are so comfortable. I could easily stay a week in this place and travel to apalachicola, Port St. Joe,St. Georges island, or even Carrabelle. Quiet neighborhood. Place to plug the battery charger for your boat. This wound up being a pleasant surprise. Loved our stay.

The best kept secret for rentals on the coast. Easy access to St. George Island and Apalachicola. Very comfortable with all the amenities with tv's in both bedrooms. Very clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be staying there again. I give it A+ and five stars.

We were so fortunate to find this rental available as we decided to check out the ‘Forgotten Coast’ without a lot of planning. My friend is exploring places to which she may retire and was interested in seeing this area. Our rental was close to Carabelle, St. George’s Island as well as Apalachacola.
