The pool located on our premises is intended for your enjoyment and relaxation. However, we kindly request that you exercise caution and understand that its use is at your own risk. By accessing and using the pool, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Safety Responsibility: While we make every effort to maintain a safe environment, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during your use of the pool. Please exercise caution and supervise any children or non-swimmers in your party accordingly.
Outdoor Environment: Our pool is situated outdoors, which means it may be exposed to natural elements, including insects and wildlife. We take regular measures and pool maintenance every Wednesday morning between 6 to 7am to minimize their presence, but please be aware that occasional insects or other creatures may be present in the pool area. We recommend practicing personal hygiene and avoiding leaving food or drinks unattended to discourage any unwanted encounters.
