About this house rental
Fishing retreat and vacation get-a-way located in historic Port Isabel. 3 bedroom/2 bath w/ two car garage (small vehicles) located on the water (fingers) with quick and easy access to some of the best fishing spots in Laguna Madre! (The garage has both a washer and dryer as well). This beautifully remodeled home has a lovely 2-tier deck with a fishing light and fish cleaning station for ease and convenience. The deck features a nice cedar-wood pergola and inviting patio/deck for relaxing anytime especially after a long day of fishing or just shopping historic Port Isabel. The inside features solid wood cabinets with new stainless steel appliances to include a built-in microwave. The kitchen and living room have solid wood furniture with a large wall mounted TV and surround sound. All three bedrooms offer wall mounted TVs.
NOTE: Newly installed boat lift available to use with a light bay boat.

It looked nice from the pictures but it was even better once we got there. If you like to fish it is great to walk out the back door and do it. Great experience.

I have rented this property for vacation for the past several years. I love the location. The house has plenty of room for our family to sit around and visit with each other and myself and my entire family including my grandchildren love to fish from the back deck. I highly recommend this property for your family vacation!!

This was our 3rd stay at this house. House is clean, comfortable, and all around perfect. We had a small plumbing issue sad they took care of it immediately. Nice house and even better property manager.

The house was beautiful with an outstanding back porch view! My children loved it especially you could fish right from the back porch! The communication was great! I recommend it to whoever would like to stay in Port Isabel & is not far from South Padre Island.

Get place to stay.By the water with it own fishing deck. Place to dock your boat and leave it in the water. The house is clean. Great for big family. The only thing is the parking. Driveway is not big enough for a boat trailer. Have to find a place to store the trailer for the time of your stay.

Love this place, it's quality and condition. Kept our boat right at the dock, fished off the deck, had a great experience. We had a slight problem with the hot water, but the owner stayed on top of the situation and replaced the water heater with a new one! Totally awesome service! My 5th time here! Worth it!

We planned our annual cousins fishing trip in Port Isabel this year and we were impressed at the comfort and cleanliness of this home. Plenty of room and modern touches made this a very enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds, leather couches and ample seating in the dining room was awesome. The back deck was large and we never felt crowded. Covered porch was just as roomy. Gas grill made cooking a breeze.
Very convenient to H‑E‑B and Walmart and other businesses. A short drive to area fishing spots or just fish from the deck there at the house. The fish we biting the whole time we were there.
We look forward to booking again!

We loved fishing at night on the dock having the garage was a huge plus for all of our fishing tackle and kayaks… we loved everything about it and will be returning vacationers!…. The communication with the owner was always quick and easy!…. Thank you for giving families a wonderful place to make memories! 💙💚

We changed out a leaking gas connection on the outdoor grill. Left the spare part on the coffee table. Please check it to be all is good.

Everything about the property was great. Could not asked for anything better. Neighbors were quite. The dock was great for sitting out on in the morning & after dinner. Caught a few crabs in our net they were small so we put them back in the water. Saw several boats coming in that had caught fish. 4th of July on the beach was super fun. We will come back. Thank you. Great place to stay. House is clean. Fishing dock and boat dock. Boat stays in the water ready to go fishing. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a getaway.Only down fall is parking. No room for the boat trailer. Found a place near by to park the trailer for a fee.

This place was in a great location. Fishing right off the balcony was a big hit for the kids. Everything was clean and organized. We also really appreciated having extra fans in the bedrooms for those of us that normally sleep with a fan.
The host was easy to communicate with, and we could tell there was attention to details. We will definitely be back to rent here as I have family that lives in the area we like to visit.
