This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. If ever in the area again overnight I would probably not go with any other options besides this hotel. We were here for a wedding and they handled the event perfectly as well.

We did an Overnight staycation for my birthday. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and clean as well. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and I look forward to booking again.

This hotel is supposed to be high end. No one told us that there is a concert going on outside every Saturday until 10pm. Loud base shaking the hotel room is not too comfortable. Also there is a restaurant on the top floor that we ate at one night. The food took almost an hour to arrive and the salmon ordered was raw. No other people were eating in the restaurant at this time. Not what we expected for what we payed.

The Summit Hotel was amazing! So beautiful and clean! Very unique design. There is a Starbucks downstairs past the lobby for morning coffee and muffins, etc. They have a large buffet in the Market on the 4th floor for breakfast & a restaurant for lunch/dinner on the 4th floor as well.

The facility was nice, as well as the staff. Hotel garage had numerous cars broken into, with windows busted in each vehicle. Mine included.

The people at the front desk were nice. The hotel itself is very pretty, I love all the art on the walls. Would stay here again, great location for navigating the city.

Great experience. The building is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. The only thing I wish they had was a microwave and a regular (non-keurig) coffee maker. I thought the hotel was empty, but on the day I left, I saw that there were several people on either side of me. Super quiet. And their pet friendly.

Nice stay away from the city, so you need a car. Parking easy. Room is spacious and comfortable. Only design flaw is there is no counter or drawer space in the rather large bathroom.

The first room given to us didn’t have air conditioning working. The ice tray was clearly broken. We were offered a room switch because of the AC issue. After switching the AC worked but then the mini-fridge cabinet door was broken. It’s a nice place, but either people aren’t reporting mistakes, or the staff misses attention to detail.

Would he helpful to have microwaves in the room for late night food warm ups. We came from after a concert at Riverbend, so dinner was late. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Beautiful hotel that is VERY clean with friendly and welcoming staff. I was a little disappointed with the restaurant, we ordered drinks and an appetizer and got the appetizer first, then one drink came ,10 minutes later, after finishing the appetizer my drink came.
