Beautifully decorated, the Cove House combines modern style with a warm, inviting atmosphere. It's a special home; you will enjoy! Interior designer Heidi Townsend sought to build a vacation rental that would accommodate large or small groups and provide comfort for all. Heidi has a passion for home interiors and creating spaces people love. Her vision was to design a spacious, clean look that still retained an updated, rustic feel. The layout of the home was all about maximizing the view of the Cove. Every bedroom (except the bunk room) has a view and a king size bed. The outdoor living is stylish, comfortable and functional. It's appointed with a natural gas grill and modern fire pit on the main level, a hot tub on the downstairs patio. The Master bedroom and bath are luxurious and stunning. The well equipped kitchen is set up for serious cooks and the novice alike. The Cove is a wonderful place to gather friends and family, and enjoy each other...PLEASE NOTE: We priced this house to start at 850 per night with up to 8 guests; each guest beyond 8 is an additional $50 per night. Children 2 and under stay at no charge....

We had three families stay in this home and it was fantastic! The house is gorgeous and well appointed and maintained. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms. Easy drive to Greenville and about an hour from the mountains. Neighborhood is cute! We went on morning walks before breakfast and our day. Walmart is close as are several places to eat. Beth was great at helping us with anything we needed! Great memories made for this family!! Thank you!

Perfect for a large family gathering. The layout was so convenient to big or smaller conversational groups. King sized beds greatly appreciated, and the showerheads were a hit with several in the group. One of the best of many vacation rentals we have had.

This home is perfect for 5 couples, girls trip or guys trip as we used it. This home is flawless with beautiful decor, comfortable clean bedding, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, ample parking, amazing shower heads and beautiful views. The master bed is like sleeping on air!! That bed is amazing. Highly recommended!!! Perfect Home! It was a pleasure.

Every thing was wonderful. Only suggestion : was needed platters for food and new bed sleeping pillows. They were pretty old/ flat. Other than that it was perfection!! Thank you.

This spot was absolutely perfect in every way. Check in was a breeze, the house was immaculately clean and had every little thing you could think of. We had one small issue with the Master shower but a quick text and call from the PM resolved it. Everything else worked perfectly and you could tell they had tried to think of every little thing to make their guests comfortable. Honestly it was a perfect stay. If you can afford it, rent this place; you won't be sorry.

The most luxurious furniture and amenities I’ve experienced at a VRBO. Hot tub was top notch. The lake had a layer of pollen and scum so we didn’t swim which was disappointing. 30 min to Greenville for entertainment.

The joys of a hot-tub, beautiful relaxing views, and modern amenities made this a standout experience. Each room was clean and well-decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We especially appreciated the high-speed Wi-Fi which was crucial for our work meetings. The host was responsive and accommodating, making our stay all the more effortless. In addition, the home's proximity to local restaurants and attractions was a big plus. Would highly recommend this property to other teams seeking a mix of relaxation and productivity. We rented this property for a family gathering. This house is beautiful - it felt like we were staying at an upscale hotel! It is decorated beautifully, and the design of the house allows for a lot of different spaces for people to be. The owner, Ryan, and property manager, Beth, were both friendly and very helpful. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including extras such as spices, condiments, paper products, and even a clothes steamer! Cannot say enough how great this house is.

My daughter was getting married at Glassy Mountain Chapel. She wanted a place where the families could gather. It was perfect! Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, homey and comfortable. Upstairs, downstairs, inside, outside all I can really say is…. Wow!

Our family enjoyed so many of the amenities of the Covehouse. In town for a wedding, it was a most comfortable place for all 17 of us to stay (8 adults, 6 kids, a toddler and 2 infants) — we were welcomed with a generous welcome basket full of yummy snacks. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot-tub and in the comfortable living areas, playing “foosball” & “cornhole”, and making pancakes for breakfast in a fully stocked kitchen. There was ample room to get ready for the wedding events - and if you can, don’t miss a life changing shower in the master bath. It was a cold weekend to enjoy the outdoors, but we loved the gas fireplace after the kids went to bed. The house was very family friendly, with pack n plays and a high chair available as well as a bunk room with little details that took it over the top! We loved this house and the hosts were so accommodating and helpful. You won’t regret a stay here!

This was THE perfect getaway we all needed. The house was gorgeous and set on a quiet lake. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the the bathrobes (2) in each bathroom, everything we could possibly need was provided. The linens were soft and the beds were cozy! Our group was truly able to relax and enjoy ourselves for the extended weekend.

The property was absolutely beautiful, and perfect for our group who were there to participate in a cycling event. The attention to detail in all of the rooms - robes and extra toiletries in the bathrooms; a well-equipped kitchen; indoor & outdoor games; and quality touches throughout the house, made our stay perfection! The Property Manager Beth, was extremely attentive and responsive, making communication easy and effective. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at this wonderful home could not have been nicer. The house is fabulous. It is decorated beautifully, and many extras were provided such as paper towels, toilet paper, soaps etc. There were 6 sets of towels in each bathroom, and a bathrobe for guests!! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a large family. All of the beds were very comfy. The house was exceptionally clean. We were very pleased with the deck and the comfortable seating, the lake view was so nice. We took out the canoe provided, so much fun! This house is wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about it. I hope very much to be able to come back to this home and vacation again someday soon.

We were in Greenville for a family wedding and this house was perfect for two families with adult married children and grandchildren. It was close enough for all the wedding events and close to the airport for those who flew in. Very well stocked with things needed for a comfortable stay.

We stayed here while in the area visiting family. The house was about 30 min from Simpsonville where our family lives, but this was well worth it as it was roomy and far exceeded our expectations. Also not to far from Greenville where there is much to do. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice experience staying at the Cove House. Accommodations were fantastic with plenty of areas to enjoy good conversation and games! The family took advantage of the dock and water sports as well as many meals together. The house was very well stocked but I would recommend more coasters. Both the owner Ryan as well as the property manager, Beth, we’re a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this house! We would go back in a second.

This property is gorgeous. The 8 small children that were with us thought they were staying in a mansion. The initial reaction when walking through the door was “it smells brand new”. It was clean, well stocked with dishes and linens, and had all the fun toys for the lake. This is going to be a hard trip to top next year.
