"Southern Breeze" Suite 1003 is the largest unit in Sunglow Resort, on the highest floor, with the best view. The Southern Breeze-inspired décor gives a sense of calm and comfort as you enjoy the best that Sunglow Resort has to offer. The beach is accessible directly from the property. Our brand-new sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub overlooking the Atlantic have just been completed for you to enjoy!

The Space:
Welcome to "Southern Breeze Penthouse" Suite 1003!

Soak up the sun and enjoy the beach life here in the two-bedroom, two-bathroom Penthouse Suite! Ideal for 6-8 guests, this home has three queen-sized beds, 2 twin sized roll-away beds, and a beautiful balcony overlooking Daytona Beach Shores.

This top floor condo features a fully stocked kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, full-sized fridge and breakfast bar. The kitchen flows into an open-concept living space with a flatscreen TV, comfy queen sized sofa bed and a spacious beachfront balcony! The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and private en-suite bathroom. Around the corner is a second cozy queen bedroom as well as a full private bathroom with a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries for your stay. Two twin sized roll-away beds are available in the unit for additional sleeping accommodations.

Enjoy free high-speed Wireless Internet and Roku Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps!(Please note, this unit does NOT include cable TV) Brew your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony.

Guest Access:
Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. Once you have entered the lobby go to the front desk to pick-up your 2 physical keys, (1) lobby key and (1) room key. If you are arriving any time AFTER 5:00 p.m., you will need to retrieve your keys from the lockbox outside, to the left of the front lobby door. Once you have received your keys, use the elevator inside the lobby to go to your floor. You need your lobby key to enter and exit the pool area, so make sure to always keep your keys with you.

The Neighborhood:
Daytona Beach is famous for its motorsports, events, golfing, shopping and of course, iconic white sand beaches! Staying at the Sunglow Resort puts you in the center of all Daytona Beach has to offer. Whether you're traveling with friends or family, there is no shortage of fun and entertainment! Enjoy a stroll down the boardwalk to visit the Pier next door and grab dinner on the water at Crabby Bill's. If you prefer an escape, take the day to explore the World Center of Racing or enjoy a ride down the scenic 34-mile "Loop." All of this and more is right outside your front door when your book your stay in Daytona Beach with us!

Getting Around:
Daytona Beach Shores is a very walkable area with the beach, boardwalk and pier right outside your door! If you're looking to use a ride-share service, we recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around the beach area, as public parking can be limited. Cars are allowed on the beach for a $20 fee if you choose to use your own vehicle to explore during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
- There are NO pets of any kind allowed on the premises. Guests who bring service animals must complete an application 30 days before arrival for Sunglow HOA Board approval.
- The concierge desk in the lobby is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- The beach is accessible directly from the property. Our brand-new sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub overlooking the Atlantic have just been completed for you to enjoy!

After the beach access and pool are open again this will be a lovely property to stay at. The condo was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. The elevators were fast. Parking wasn’t too bad and we could find a spot close to the property almost every time. The management team was easy to contact and available to help us.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. We have stayed in several different rooms at Sunglow over the years. The corner units have more space, and with two teenagers, that was much needed. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. I loved that there was a broom and vacuum available to use. We have stayed in rooms in the past without either, and at the beach that can become a sandy mess. Overall we were pleased with our stay. Our only complaint was that the keys did not work well at all. It was extremely difficult to unlock and lock our door. The keys for for the pool gate and hotel access were fine... It was just the keys to the unit. My husband was the only one that could get it to turn, and only one of our two room keys worked for us. It was a minor inconvenience, but would not be a deal breaker in selecting this rental again in the future.

This property is exactly as described. The host was very generous with supplies. There was an abundance of towels, hand towels and wash cloths in the bathroom cabinets. The view is spectacular. I would highly recommend this condo for families.

The toilets are tiny! And too close to the wall. I would hope they would redo the bathrooms and install some new toilets that are comfortable to use. Other than that, the condo is super nice and the location was fabulous for our use. I spent the entire weekend sick with Covid so really didn't get to enjoy much but it was great for sleeping and recovering.

They it tropical and the paint and decor made it feel that way unit is on the 10th floor top level great views of the ocean and beach. Located next to Crabby Joe’s on sunflower pier a good place to eat, drink and fish.I have stayed there before several times over the years did not disappoint.

We stayed for just 3 nights, but our experience was wonderful. There is a lot of white around the condo that could use some spot cleaning, but the beds and furniture were very comfy and the linens and towels were soft and fluffy. The kitchen was well equipped, but the coffee accoutrements left much to be desired. I would stay again and reccomend it to friends

The condo was just like in the pictures. Great location next to the pier and enjoyed all the places close by. You don't want to miss Millie's, a fantastic restaurant! Only advice is bring your own beach towels.

Loved to view and the room for cooking so we could eat in the condo. Housekeeping fell way short of wiping things down and sweeping the floor.

We were told we could check in at 1:00, but the cleaning crew was unaware of that, so we had to wait. With this being right on the beach, the floors and carpet still had some sand. But overall, we really enjoyed the condo. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the fabulous Ocean View from our balcony and our suite was big enough for my family of 8. The pictures were true to the advertisement! Our Host was always helpful when we needed something. There were minor issues leg on kitchen table was loose but I told them it wasn’t necessary to fix it until we left and there were multiple stains on coach covers which I didn’t particularly like and pots and pans were not really clean but that is understandable when so many tourists use the dishes. I am so glad there was no carpet in the suite because of the beach sand! But for the value of the cost of the penthouse suite it was well worth it! I would stay again!

Stayed here with my girlfriends and it was the perfect size. The place was clean for the most part (blender had residue and same with cutting boards) but everything else was perfect!! The only restaurant in walking distance is Crabby Joe’s and I wouldn’t really recommend it but there are better restaurants about a 15 min walk. Overall, I would stay here again!

Cleanliness was the only issue. Staining of furniture and rugs, food/crumbs in chair pads, dustpan left on kitchen counter. After a good wipe-down with some Clorox wipes, we felt better. Location was excellent, kitchen was well stocked, air conditioning was cool, mattresses were very comfortable! We will stay again!
