Beautiful 2 week stay at this condo. 100% would book again. Host was quick to reply and help with anything. Nice location at the resort with amazing view. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio. Cove was very nice and snorkeling in the ocean was great as well. Short walk to Gamma snorkeling which we did almost every day. Cammana bay is a nice walk from the resort, nice restaurants and enjoyed Gelato quite often. Pool bar / restaurant was very good as well. Thank you for an amazing family vacation:)

We loved the snorkeling and the sunsets from the condo! Our expectations for the interior were not matched. The den sofa/seating was not comfortable and the air conditioning had a regulator. We were not allowed to lower the temperature. We feel this is something that should be disclosed in the listing as we were very hot for the majority of our trip. With a new sofa and some air conditioning, this place could be 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time. Condo was as expected. Wish the floor was cleaned better. It was swept well and are feet qere diety from walking around the house. They should be professionally cleaned. The twin beds r very noisy and not very comfortable. Should replace box spring or frame. Overall a great stay!!

The unit was perfect for our family of 5. Utilitarian furnishings but clean, and the view of the ocean from the patio was lovely. Host was very responsive. We made extensive use of the pool, swim up bar, and hot tub, and the snorkeling outside of the little rock bay was phenomenal (weather permitting). Easy to walk or drive from this location to other activities, restaurants and shops. Definitely on the quieter side of resorts (a good thing!) probably because the old Margaritaville directly behind it is defunct... so there are hundreds less guests than there probably used to be on this section of beach. A hidden little gem at the moment.
We'll definitely keep it bookmarked for our next dive trip!

We had 6 adults staying in this condo and had plenty of room. Spacious kitchen and living/dining area was great. The highlight of this condo is its amazing ground level patio just steps from the ocean. We spent a lot of time there, as well as the pool and ocean. Grounds were well taken of. We had a maintenance issue and they were very efficient and quick in getting it resolved. Beds were comfortable. Master shower needs updating and the sofa and love seat as well, as they were not comfortable. Overall, we had a great week here! The property manager was great and very responsive to any questions. The outdoor space and patio is in of itself a reason to stay here!

Beautiful location right on the water. All the amenities you need - comfy beds, powerful showers, big TVs and so much more. Also loved the ample patio furniture for sitting outside and enjoying the water. Our teens loved the paddleboard too! Wonderful snorkeling just beyond the cove to the right. Convenient to Georgetown, Caymana, and West Bay for all activities. Livia was super easy to work with and responsive too!

Wonderful place for our family vacation. The unit was accessible for my handicapped father and we were able to drive him directly up to the front door of the unit. Easy access to the beach and the pool. The pool bar was reasonably priced and the food was good. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub and paddle board provided numerous times. The unit is properly stocked with needed amenities. Only problem we had was at check in and being told to drive to the other side, but I believe it was just miscommunication from someone not involved with our unit. Plenty of parking and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Great location and a wonderful home away from home!!!

This condo is in a great location with gorgeous ocean views and close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and Foster’s Grocery store. We enjoyed our private ocean pool and beautiful sunsets. The layout of condo worked perfectly for 4 moms and 4 18 year old girls.

Our family (ages infant to grown up) really loved our stay at this Sunset Cove beachfront access condo. It was in the perfect location and close to everything. There was even an awesome coffee shop right in the parking lot. The place is so quiet and peaceful. My grandchildren enjoyed the kiddie pool and the older kids hung out in the other pool. Pool was not busy at all which was awesome. We checked out a few other places and we concluded that Sunset Cove was the most calm and extremely well maintained beach around we were grateful we were staying there. My kids could paddle board right in front of our place and snorkel! (condo had a paddle board too). We brought our own snorkel gear and literally snorkeled everyday! Saw sea turtles, 6 for Eel, lots of fish! My 3 year old could even use his goggles in the calm ocean because it was calm and shallow for him. We brought a life jacket for him and it was perfect. He played non stop! Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas too! We got groceries from Fosters which is only a few minutes away and then ate out at some nice restaurants. The communication between the host was top notch and a few things we needed she took care of right away. We would stay here again 100%!!

We were two moms and three teens visiting for our February break. The condo was perfect for two small families to share. It is a casual and clean home away from home. The location and view could not be beat. We enjoyed daily paddle boarding and snorkeling as well as walking on 7 mile beach and across to Camana Bay. The community was very friendly and we made many new friends. But best of all is the nightly sunsets that can be enjoyed from the beach or patio.

We have stayed at Sunset Cove for years and this oceanfront condo is perfect. Everything was well equipped and clean. Bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the sunset from the patio can’t be beat. We will rent this unit again for sure!

We had a wonderful vacation with 4 adults and 3 kids and the property was in a great location and provided easy ocean access and great pools nearby. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had and the condo was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a beautiful family vacation in the Grand Cayman. Howard’s place was perfect for us. Right on the water. It was gorgeous. The grandkids were so close they just ran out and played in the sand. The condo was great and we had everything we needed. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths. Also Howard was very nice because my daughter ordered groceries and he made arrangements for them to be delivered earlier then our checkin.
Another great feature were the two beautiful pools.
Lots of family fun!

We enjoyed the beachfront condo. The view was very nice. The location was just 2 minutes from Nick Buckley and Deep Blue Divers Cayman location. It was an easy walk to my favorite restaurant Casanova where we ate a great veal dish with a vermintino chardonnay wine from Sardinia and a nice red from Umbria. Prior to staying there it was nice talking to the owner Howard to get a feel for the place ahead of time. Rooms were nice. The air conditioning worked fine. The first nite we cooked steaks on a charcoal grill near the pool. Theres an IGA within a couple miles and another local supermarket nearby also.

Mar 2019: We had an incredible vacation at this location, I don't know where to start! We stayed 8 nights and could have easily stayed another week :) The view was magnificent, just what you'd expect for a carribean vacation. The owner was very very responsive the entire trip and the amenities were awesome. It was me, my husband, our 2.5yr old, and my parents. There was more than enough space, 2 full bathrooms, an enormous patio, and a full kitchen including dishwasher, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc (and an ice maker!!!) We cooked most nights buying fresh fish from the market and broiling in the oven. You can check out bikes from margaritaville and use their concierge to reserve taxis if you need (which were always quick). The grocery store was about 0.75 miles away so most of the time we walked and then took a taxi back (this grocery store was very very nice and had a lot of "normal" things to offer).
The beach area and pool for our daughter were just perfect, there was a kid pool that was only 1 ft deep and with the jetty in the sea there were no big waves. There were two other pools that were bigger, one with a swim up bar!! And all the water including the sea were warm. Being on the ground floor of the condo units was wonderful, it allowed us to come and go easily with our little one. We were quite busy the entire week with her :) Downtown Georgetown was maybe only 1.5miles away, one night we went to dinner downtown and walked back. There are sidewalks almost everywhere and we felt very safe while we were there. The beds were comfortable, AC available, laundry, the water pressure good, wifi available, TVs/cable, and the cleaning service came every other day to sweep and refresh everything. We also rented the paddle board for the week, we definitely recommend that. The sea is very calm and easy to paddle past the beautiful beaches and hotels up 7 mile beach.
We spent A LOT of time on the patio. Having breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. We watched the sunset every night, it was amazing!! And then at night with a glass of wine, listening to the waves was some of the best part, so so relaxing.
We truly had a wonderful time and thank Howard the owner for opening up this home for others to enjoy. We will remember this vacation forever!

We are a family of 7 and we found this condo to be a perfect place for us to stay while on Grand Cayman island. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked enough that we were easily able to cook multiple meals of different types. There was a small charcoal grill which we used for steaks and chicken breasts. There was a blender which allowed us to make strawberry daiquiris. There is a large grocery store very close and a liquior store even closer. There is a decent restaurant (Coconut Joe's) within easy walking distance. Having beach access right out the back sliding doors was really great. There is decent snorkeling right off the beach once you swim out a little ways. We saw a lot of sea life just snorkeling off the beach. Most of my family went SCUBA diving every day during our 8 day stay. We had a wonderful trip. We all want to return to Grand Cayman island and without any doubts we would stay again in this condo. We really did consider it to be a perfect place for us to stay.

We just returned from a week in the Caymans at #104 Sunset Cove. It was a perfect spot to watch the sunsets! There were 7 of us and we had a great time! The condo was very well stocked with all amenities you would find at home. It was a little tight with only 2 bathrooms, which needed a bit of updating, but we made it work. Also, the rollaway bed needs to be replaced. It was like sleeping in a hammock! There was construction right next door, but we were aware of that before we booked. The protected swimming area was nice since you can't really swim anywhere along the beach until you go further north on 7 mile beach. It was nice being able to use Margaritaville's pools and restaurants. The owner called during our stay to see how things were going, which was a nice touch, and the maid was readily available. All in all, this was a great place to stay. Just steps from the beach.

Having stayed in 104 sunset cove a few days after the only poor review I’ve ever seen on this accommodation I can honestly say I didn’t see anything in the way of bugs in the condo.
We spent 2 weeks in Cayman and had a fantastic time. Howard made sure of an extra bed for my son and it was changed and made up by Jennifer on a regular basis.
All the kitchen equipment was quality and modern enough for my liking.
As the condo is directly on the beach you will benefit from amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. We had many early evenings before dinner with a beer or wine relaxing.
The morning sound of the ocean is a great way of waking up, just draw back the curtain when you wake up for amazing views.
The island isn’t cheap so be prepared to spend a bit extra if you eat out everyday/ night like we did!
Look out for offers and vouchers for the trips and restaurants that could save you money.
It’s not directly on 7 mile beach but only a few minutes past the cove by some stepping stones. You will then find one of the best beaches in the world. Walk past the Marriott and will have plenty of space to yourselves.
Sunset cove itself is a nice place to relax and use the swim up bar. Very informal and never too busy. I felt that my children were safe going to and from the room to the pool.
We hired a van from Andy’s but if you like walking the restaurants aren’t really far from the resort. Try as many as you can!
I found the condo to be perfect for what we needed as a large family.
Plenty of room and clean. There is a washing machine and dryer to freshen up laundry if you have a long stay booked like we did. When we needed something, it was just a call to Jennifer or Howard and it was sorted promptly.
Thanks for the use of the condo Howard, it really added to the enjoyment knowing we had somewhere lovely to return to in the evenings. Having been 5 times to Grand Cayman I can recommend this place without hesitation as value for money. As for bugs... I didn’t see one in the condo in 2 weeks. But spray for sunset on the beach would be advised if you are like me and mozzies give you a hard time.
Hope to visit again one day.

Ants, bedbugs and mites in the sheets and towels. I was so disappointed in the ant infestation in this condo. They were all over the walls and counters in the kitchen as well as on top of the fridge. We informed the owner on Saturday when we arrived but they did not try to remediate until Tuesday. They came back on Friday and sprayed the outside and found several nests. My husband saw a bedbug on a towel in the master bedroom and I was diagnosed with skin mites a few days after I came home. I thought it was the mosquitos but it was mites from the sheets and towels. The view, the beach and the pool were all fantastic but the bugs were too much to take. Beware!!! The bugs in this condo are disgusting!! I am happy to send pictures to anyone who wants to see them.

This was a perfect location for a family. It is not easy to find a place to sleep 8 with everyone having a bed on Seven Mile Beach. The kids were able to walk right out the door into the beach. Great patio to sit out on with privacy being the corner unit with natural area beside. The access to the Margaritaville resort was perfect to balance an economical beachfront property with amenities of beautiful resort pools. The cove in front was great place to teach snorkeling and were able to easily swim out to reef for wonderful snorkeling right out in front of property. Furnishings and linens were dated but place was clean and a high value location that was a great spot for a family vacation. I have already recommended property to two friends since being back. Owner called to check on us and very available to answer questions.

We had the most amazing stay at unit 104!!!! The unit was very clean, had every amenity we needed, very comfortable beds, and a wonderful housekeeper, Jennifer. The property has an amazing pool with swim up bar/restaurant, and a beautiful beach with a cove that is outstanding for snorkeling. We actually discovered the reef just beyond the cove as well, which had so many fish! We loved the privacy of having this condo at the end, and the accessibility with the walkout patio, which we spent a lot of time at. The sunsets can’t be beat from this location!!! We will definitely be back! This is my favorite place that we have stayed at in the Caymans!

We stayed in this great property during the week before Christmas with our family of six, including children aged 13, 11, 7 and 20 months. The condo was spacious, with comfortable bedrooms and beds for everyone in our group. The setting is ideal, on the first floor, corner unit, right on the water. It made it really nice for the kids to be able to go in and out via the patio out to the sand. It's a short walk to the beach at the cove, where you can walk in for a swim or snorkel, but that short walk increased the privacy that this corner unit enjoys. The amount of space in the condo, the size of the patio, and access to the beach and pools were all great. The pool and pool bar at this condo complex is really nice. The waterfall and kiddie pool made it more interesting and fun for all ages. The hot tub was great. You have access to the Margaritaville pool as well, but it wasn't nearly as nice as the condo complex pool, so we hardly used it. Being next to Margaritaville was convenient for excursion pick-ups, and we booked pick ups and drop offs from their lobby for several activities.
The only reason I wouldn't give this property a 5 star review (and I wish four and a half stars was an option), was that it is dated, and the living room furniture wasn't very comfortable. The cushioned wicker-style sofas don't really accomodate lounging for my 6'4" husband, myself and my tall 13-year-old, or for the whole family to watch a movie together. Our vacation was marked by up to two hours at a time at the pool or beach, OR some major excursion for up to four hours at a time, followed by cooking/eating and then some down time in the condo out of the sun watching a movie together or playing a game (but let's be honest, there was a lot of movie watching!). Repeat. So being there for just over a week, there was a lot of time spent in the living room. The sofas should be updated to offer a little more seating and more comfort for lounging. The condo is quite roomy and we could have easily had one more person in there for a total of 7, and still had room to spare, but the comfort fell short at the living room.
The kitchen was well stocked for a vrbo, with plenty of room to cook, full size fridge, etc., nice sized dining table, really all quite functional. The dryer was malfunctioning while we were there, but the owner was responsive and attempted to have it repaired quickly. I would definitely recommend this property and stay again!

My family and I rented this apartment for 3 weeks and were delighted to have done so.
The location is first class. You are on 7 mile beach, close to all the amenities of West Bay Road and proximate to George Town.
The apartment is on the ground floor right up next to the beach giving you the impression that you have a private garden that backs on to the beach - a real bonus.
The property benefits from all the amenities of the adjacent Margaritaville Hotel which includes a private beach and lagoon with deck chairs and showers, a number of pools including one that has a bar you swim up to, a hot water pool/Jacuzzi and a children's pool.
The property comprises three good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage for clothes and so on.
There is one en-suite bathroom and one family bathroom.
The linens and towels are changed regularly and the apartments is serviced every day bar Sunday.
The kitchen is of a good size with plenty of cupboards, a large fridge-freezer, a good sized oven with electric rings on top (4) and it is self-cleaning too.
There is a dishwasher, but we did not use that, opting to buy plastic table wear to minimise washing up.
There is a good sized microwave, toaster and toaster-oven and two kettles. The sink is large and deep and the work surfaces incorporate a work top of granite with a breakfast-bar area opposite and on the same work-surface.
The whole apartment has wonderful high speed secured WiFi, there is a local telephone line as well as a Magic-Jack VoiP line for international calls.
The dining room is open-planned and leads from the kitchen into the dining area and from there to the lounge / tv room. The dining table is comfortable to sit at easily seats 6 adults.
The lounge area also seats 6 adults and outside the lounge you have a private patio with deck chairs and garden furniture that leads onto a garden area and then a few paces further to the Caribbean sea.
All in all, I would say that this apartment represents excellent value for money. I would also say that the owner is someone who goes out of his way to help make your stay a good one.
If you are thinking about a visit or a stay in Cayman, look no further!

Just returned from Condo 104 at Sunset Cove. It was our first time to Grand Caymen and we LOVED it! Howard, the owner of the condo was very easy to work with and answered all my emails and questions! The condo itself was on the first floor and the views from the property were amazing. The condo itself was clean and well stocked with everything you need for a vacation away from home. The staff at Margaritaville were so friendly and very helpful in helping us decide on things to do locally. While the swim up bar pool was being renovated during our stay, the final result will be amazing. The best part is the location, it is super safe and in walking distance to most amenities (grocery, bars, restaurants, and shopping) so we didn't need a car! And for the days we did venture out, the public bus takes you anywhere for 2.00 a parson!! Already looking forward to our next vacation here and we will definitely be back to stay in this condo.

We just got back yesterday from our first trip to Grand Cayman and I can't imagine staying anywhere else if we go back. The condo is clean and nicely furnished, but the location is perfect. The first-level walk-out patio right on the beach is an outstanding feature. The condo and patio are very private being on the corner of the property and you are literally steps from the ocean and the beach, which also feels very private and does not get a lot of walking traffic, which is a plus for us (some people like all of the hustle bustle of being on a crowded beach, but we do not). We loved the lagoon on the beach – it was like having a private pool in the ocean and it's great for kids and floating around and, again, offers a lot of privacy. The beach itself is nice and big so you can play on the sand and run around and there is lots of room (other places have barely any sandy beach areas). We have teenagers and they loved the beach, the pool, the swim up bar for smoothies, the hot tub, etc. The snorkeling just off the beach outside of the lagoon is very good especially when it's calmer out in the morning and at dusk. We saw a turtle many times and all kinds of fish and schools of fish -- be sure to snorkel out to the buoy where the reef ends (but not past it to avoid water craft that might be going by!). The pool was not too crowded and there were always chairs available at the beach or the pool, which is nice. The whole place is laid back and unpretentious, which we like. Everyone we met was down-to-earth and friendly. It's a great location in terms of near the grocery store, liquor store, dive shops, etc. We rented a car because we wanted flexibility to roam the island and visit other beaches, and loved how centrally located we were to pretty much everything -- but this is a good location if you don't have or want to rent a car. The owner is very responsive and available and answered all of my questions before we got down there and was responsive while we were there, too. You will love it if you go!

Among our family vacations in the Caribbean, this was the best. This three-bedroom condo was ideally-located and furnished to satisfy all of our needs, from married children to grandchildren and even new greatgrandchildren. The chest of sand toys, rafts, and even a paddle board were a real plus. We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the patio right on the water and having practically having our own beach and snokeling area. Lots of things to do for all ages in the Grand Cayman as well. Added advantages were being on the ground floor with no stairs and an owner who was responsive to problems as needed and who had installed a phone that allowed calls to the U.S. and Canada at no charge.

Our family of 5 just returned from a wonderful week in Grand Cayman. We really appreciated the privacy of this condo. While it is connected to other condos, it is the end unit. The breakwater provided easy access for us to enjoy a beautiful snorkeling reef. We walked to the grocery store and a local dive operation. The condo was clean and well equipped. We will return! Thank you!

This property and it's location was perfect for our group of six. With the two roll away beds available, it would have worked for more people too! The beach was great for hanging out and the snorkeling at the reef just beyond the rock wall was some of the best! The pools were great and Billy Bones is a fantastic restaurant with a most welcoming atmosphere! We choose this Sunset Cove (previously Treasure Island) location each time because it is the best! This owner has made the unit even more accommodating with the phone jack service to save us on phone bills and by providing free wifi! The cleaning crew was sweet and the unit beautiful. The owner called to check and make sure everything was perfect! Can't go wrong by going here!
