Staff is professional in both reception and restaurant; all facilities working; room well isolated from any noises, window can be opened to get fresh air; bed comfortable; i haven´t had breakfast. Overall perfect stay (stayed already few times) for my needs.

We enjoyed our stay here, appreciated the 24 hour pass to ride the bus! It was a little bit far from the train station but I think it was worth it for such a nice, clean, and safe place to stay. We ordered dinner from Uber Eats and they delivered to our room so it was nice to not have to go out for every meal as it was very hot outside. Great shower too!

This was a great place just 20 mins away from Zurich main hub. Close enough to travel but had a small town cozy feeling to it. It’s right beside a beautiful river. It also had AC which was a winning factor for my husband. Everyone was so friendly and amenable.

The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. However, for a single female I would not recommend this property. There is no peep hole to look out the door if someone is knocking on your door, and the rooms don’t have a phone to call down to the front desk. Additionally the walls are very thin, so it’s not unusual to hear noise from your neighbours.

Room size was too small for 3 people. The location was too far from the central part of the city. There was no nearby restaurants, so we had to drive a bit. There was no tea/coffee arrangement in the room. The toilet was too small. I don't think the room rate I paid was worth for this hotel. Not fully satisfied.

Excellent value. Rooms are bigger than the usual Ibis size. We used it as a base to explore Zurich and it was great. It is worth to spend a few hours in Baden too, a little cute town.

We stayed for 6days. Hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The free bus and train ticket offered to us was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. Complementary bottled water was provided for the first day, it will be good, if bottled water is provided daily.

The hotel building is new one and Build in 2018. Its clean and staff are professional and very friendly. Room was small but comfortable. Stayed 18 nights in July 2019 and weather was very hot during my stay. Reach 34c+ all the time. The AC in the room were working great all the time. Wifi is free with very fast speed. 43 TV With screenshare option so you can connect your mobile to view YouTube and other videos. All in all a great experience
