Stayed a weekend for our 17 the anniversary. Will definitely be going back and bringing the family. The warehouse had good food but limited selection. The bartender that we had was very nice and could make a very good chocolate martini. It was very close to bushkill falls and had lots of close things to do around the resort.

Property well maintained. Plenty of nearby stores and markets. They provided sheets and towels, bring your own comforter. My unit was a one bedroom, slerping room upstairs and pull out couch. Lots of room, TV in LR and BR. also had small deck in this unit. Great for price. Overall, no complaints.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa was beautiful on the inside. The only cons on the inside were the mattress was hard, and the pillows were too soft. The grounds were beautiful. The outside needs some updating. The screen door to the deck was broken and off its hinges. .

Wonderful stay for the wedding we were attending. Only thing, bring an air freshener with you. When first walking into the unit it smelled like dirty socks. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. We enjoyed our food at the Warehouse restaurant that is on the property.

The bed is uncomfortable, the room is dirty, there are hairs all over everything in the bathroom, I almost lost my pillow behind the bed and when I looked back there it was all spiders. I just vacuumed and cleaned the bathroom. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone stuck to my hand… I’m gagging

Mattress need to be replaced. None of our pillows had pillow cases on them. They were just piled on the beds. Walls need touch up and paint.

The overall stay was very good. The location was great. The condo was renovated nicely but the over all cleanliness was just ok. Kitchen counter sticky, the chandelier over the dining room table was filthy. It looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The dishwasher ran but it sounded like there is something stuck in the pump. All the dishes had to be rewashed. The dishwasher also is not anchored to the counter or cabinets so it moves around every time that you open it. The outside pool was generally clean but is dated and in need of a facelift with cracked tiles and people carving names and vulgarities in the build up on the tiles. We had a great time during our stay but would not consider a time share with the facility in the current condition. The staff was very helpful and responsive.

The poconos area is beautiful so the property is in a great setting. Unfortunately, the property has not been maintained. A daily resort fee was charged for activities which were unusable due to the poor condition of the grounds. (miniature golf, basketball courts, pool) The ground level window did not lock and the entry door deadbolt was not functional. Bathroom was dirty, mildew in the shower, previous guest's hair in the drain, and previous guest's shower cap on the back of the door.

Our two nights in the mountain villa led to a fantastic first golf trip for our girlfriends, and the neat and cozy living conditions at the village, allowed us to have a safe, happy and enjoyable trip. We could have good memories.Thanks

Laundry area had a ton of mold. There was a dirty washcloth hanging in the bathroom. Cabinets were broken. Got to listen to my neighbors party @ 2am.

Villa was beautiful, clean and comfortable on the inside. Had all the supplies we needed for stay. Tv only had basic cable with very grainy visual, but luckily we brought our firestick. Wifi worked great. Outside looked rundown but did not interfere with visit. Only real downside was inaccurate information at times. Their digital packet mentioned one of their pools being closed when in fact there were 2 pools closed. The warehouse restauraunt had flyers everywhere and on digital packet for music bingo starting at 6 on sundays, but it did not start until 7. Plus restauraunt was out of a lot of dishes and ingredients for 6 pm. Overall the good outweighed the bad and we had a great time and would return again!

We are a family of 6, we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa for 4 nights and it was amazing. We felt like we were home. The villa is spacious and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the private sauna in our room. Nothing to say. We will definitely go back!

Nice villas. Very clean inside and had everything we needed. Just bring your food. On site restaurant had good food. Friendly and helpful front desk and staff. Only thing need more maintenance of buildings as some had mildew outside. Pool was clean and they provided towels. I loved the stay in this place. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

The property was unclear of what was included in the resort fee. Many of the activities they spoke about are independently owned and are pricey. Rain was an issue as there were few indoor activities. There were no staff in the activities/pool building for the mini golf and the indoor pool was cloudy with way too many rowdy kids not being supervised. My kids are not rowdy and actually wanted to leave after only 15 minutes. Went into exploring the area:town to find more reasonable priced activities that were not so rowdy. Overall, it felt very limited and boring trip.

I went with my family for 4 night getaway and it was a nice escape from New York. We were in the 2 bedroom premium villa and it sleeps 6 people. It was the five of us and we slept comfortably. Initially we didn’t have sheets and blankets for the pull out sofa beds but, we contacted the front desk and someone came over with the sheets and blankets. It was clean and we loved the quiet and serene environment. Customer service is fast. My brother had a minor wifi issue regarding his ps5 not connecting to the wifi but it was resolved fast with someone from the technical support department. We loved that the villa provided a great start up with essentials and we were able to cook at the villa and save money.

My family of 3 was very happy with our 2 bedroom fairway villa. It was clean and well equipped. We weren't sure what to expect since the reviews varied tremendously, depending on whether or not people were in a refurbished villa. Check-in and check-out were uneventful - not the greatest customer service but not bad.The game room was ok but small and the 2 times we visited it, there was no attendant available to help guests. We called 5 times looking for assistance. 90 minutes and noone ever showed up. The gym was very small with some machines out of service. There was no attendant. A couple of pools were out of service during our visit. We went off the property every day for activities. I feel like there is more that could be done to create an elevated experience. We were invited to attend a timeshare presentation but we chose not to. All in all the external property was beautiful and our accomodations were comfortable so it was fine for us!

The room was clean. The outside of the buildings were dirty and grass wasn’t cut. Mold near ac. Mold in laundry room. Dryer vent clogged so was would not dry. The mini golf course was dirty and in poor shape. The pools that were open were clean looking. The restaurant on the property was terrible. The food was awful. I was supposed to get a fried egg on my hamburger and had to ask the waiter for it. The cook came out with it and it looked like it had been kicked around on the floor. The burger was overcooked. The waiter was nice and helpful, too bad they add gratuity to the check because he would’ve gotten a better tip from us. All in all I’ll give it 3 stars.
