The property was very nice, clean with a very profesional staff. There was an in hotel restaurant with served breakfast as well as food in the afternoons. The food was very good with alternating variety every morning. The weight room on the 6th floor was nice with a view of the city. The roof top pool was amazing with a beaitiful view. There were so many stores, restaurants and the beautiful and massive sized Tamgamanga park nearby.

It’s situated in a great area. My first room had an awesome view of the city in the 12th floor but was disappointed because the A/C wasn’t cooling. Had to wait 2 hours for them to diagnose that the thermostat didn’t work in order to switch my rooms. My second room didn’t have an iron and the ironing board was broken.. the restroom drains smelled like sewage so bad.. other than these 3 things, the place was great. The room service was cheap, breakfast had lots of options, pool was nice. The restroom shower was really nice and the beds were really comfortable. The TV was pretty big and I liked that there’s 2 elevators.

Stay somewhere else, this place was not the clean. Room service doesn’t start until 3pm, so if you miss breakfast you will not be able to order anything from 10am-3pm.

It was a very pleasant stay, me and my wife enjoyed all the amenities, specifically the warm water rooftop pool! Great breakfast! Very convenient walkable distance to restaurants nearby

I liked a lot the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness, and comfort on the room in general. It is a good hotel on a great location (fast access to restaurants, bars, malls). What I didn't like it too much was the parking lot, we had a pick up so it was a little bit hard to find a place to parking (even to enter to the parking lot). Another comment is that almost in every hotel they offer unlimited coffee for the whole day. This was not the case, the hotel only offers coffe during the breakfast hour. If you want coffee outside that hours you have to buy it (it cost 45MXN for a small cup).

Customer service at check in was good at arrival but ended horrible at the end. We got 3 bedrooms for 2 nights each. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms were dirty. One had lots of red and brown bed stains as well as a strong sewage smell in the bathroom and the other one also had slightly dirty bed sheets and we found pills that looked like posible drugs. We were overcharged at checkout with no explanation and front desk refused to give extra toilet paper when requested. Overall a bad experience hotel has nice views but our experience wasn’t great.

The facilities are mistaken. Terrible pillows, unclean toilet, old signs for door do not disturbance, not decaf coffee on room, very old even ripped out mattress covers, entrance to parking lots very odd, and gloomy painting inside. It looks like sad.

The location is close to a very nice park. They did not have enough staff to clean and prepare the rooms. Some common areas are very dirty. The elevators are super slow.

maintenance and cleanliness in the property are very low. the property is becoming dirty. the water in the swimming pool and the floors around it are very dirty, also the floors of the whole buildings are dull and dirty. the hotel is not well maintenance 😕 but some of the stuff are trying hard to be very nice and help customers.

The parking is a maze, it does not make sense when you park and get to the elevator is hard to find the location where you are at. I asked for towels because we were 3 and the room had only 2 and the towels were gone the day after.

There were two elevators and only one was working for my entire five night stay. It took us forever to get up and down on busy days it was a hassle. Apparently, this has been the case for a couple of months. This would be enough to not stay at this hotel if you're on a higher floor or carrying a lot of luggage. Other than that the staff the facility the rooms were clean but I wouldn't stay there again if elevator was not working.

Non working elevator and the service was terrible, the staff was not helpful. Even though I didn’t use the room service, I did experience how they delivered which was not safe. Too many people in one elevator and drinks being delivered uncovered.
