What a great stay. The location of the hotel is ideal, next to Victoria Station. It was contemporary and immaculate. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again!

Good location, easy to get to from the airport great breakfast with both self-serve and a la carte. I especially liked the yoghurt with fruit sauce. Very quiet on the 11th floor at least. Some difficulties checking in and the restaurant didn’t have a great selection, but the food was good.

Positives: Good hotel and location. Decent breakfast. Powerful shower, lovely toiletries, comfy beds, everything very clean. Staff friendly Negatives: slow to get checked in even at 3pm, bar understaffed in the afternoon and evening, one staff member only so very slow to get a drink.

Great hotel only let down by really slow breakfast service on the Saturday; Sunday was no problem. Saturday saw a wait of over 75 minutes to be served our main orders. I travel extensively across UK and rest of world and have never had such a delay for a breakfast.

Great service, friendly staff from check in to restaurant to bar to check out. Third stay here and the best yet. Large comfortable beds and clean modern rooms. Breakfast was really good too. I always try to stay here if going to an event at the AO arena

Had a lovely stay at the hotel indigo Manchester, staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Served us well for our stay only small critique is there wasn’t enough tea and sugar but easily rectified at reception

Excellent stay! Perfect for shopping, bars amd restaurants, literally minutes from everything. Parking at printworks just around the corner, a few minutes walk. Wouldn't look anywhere else when we visit again.

The hotel is beautiful, lovely decor, very clean, the restaurant was great with a good choice of food, breakfast was really good. Its within walking distance of everything...train station, arndale shopping, selfridges, christmas markets and AO Arena. One thing, the toilets downstairs from the restaurant need checking more frequently as they were not very clean.

Comfortable beds, great front desk staff (thanks Sahar for my early check in after a long flight!), next to train station. Easy walking to all local attractions. Free bus has a stop right outside hotel. Wish I had booked 3 nights as I still have a lot to explore in Manchester!

Everything was fantastic and we were pleased with the service, facilities and rooms. The beds are huge and the mini fridge and iron etc are all useful extras that for the price were not expected. My only gripe was the air con unit was noisy once switched off and trying to sleep. However we just slept with the TV on to drown it out. Overall a great hotel, with fab facilities and very good value.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Indigo Manchester Victoria Station and if I could move in .. I WOULD! The hotel is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, the staff are welcoming, helpful and personable. The restaurant and attached cafe and excellent with a large variety of options. I cannot fault this hotel and will stay any time I go to the AO arena as it is a matter of steps away.

Didn’t book accessibility room , but was given one , which is actually inconvenient as basin too low etc . Room also had adjoining door to next room and let noise through all night with very noisy neighbours .

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were great day to day, but really shined when a member of our party became very ill. Mo helped us book a hospital appointment with NHS and made sure we got there. He was kind and patient through the whole ordeal. Can't thank him enough.

Wonderful stay. Staff exceptional and very polite. Room was big and it had everything one would need. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order while you helped yourself to the continental breakfast. Very central for the AOArena and plenty shops and pubs. Would stay again. 5stars •••••
