A massive carpark, best to leave your bags in the car as reception is in the pub and the rooms are in a different building
Quick check in all info given
Room was up some stairs no lift available
The room was a good size plenty of space as was the bathroom.
Shower was hot and powerful, bed was very comfortable WiFi wasn't that great
Evening meal was OK plenty of choice on the menu good value
No breakfast included but could add if wanted.
A short walk to the seafront also good for a run .
Back again on the 2/12/24
Still excellent value and good to stay !
Would I stay again and recommend definitely yes

Overall good stay for two nights. Could have had a rack to put suitcase and hooks for long coats.

Delightful hotel near Bridlington close to all the amenities.
Our family room ticked all the boxes, contained all the bell's and whistles you need for deep quiet nights sleep.
Food is served in the restaurant catering for a multitude of diet's.
Helpful staff aswell.
Treat yourself, you're worth it 😉

Nice hotel to stay in. Quiet place at edge of town so needed to drive in. Even though it was a modern building the was no lift to get me and my big bag to upstairs room. And the stair lights need to stay on longer.

Me and my kids enjoyed our one night there

Great little hotel just away from the Lobsterpot. When we booked we thought we were staying in the pub. This was not the case the check in is at the pub then you go the hotel at the other side of the carpark, We took our bags tgrough the pub only to be turned around. The staff were loveley and very helpful and the hotel was loveley and clean.

For almost £100 a night the whole experience was below average. The hotel is dated modernish beige bland, especially the rooms. Room 112 stank of weed and was unpleasant.
The beds comfy but the bedding didn't look spotless.
The check in (at the pub across the car park ) was friendly and welcoming, unlike the breakfast lady who seemed to be doing everything on her own. The cooked breakfast, which was extra, was dismal with items missing. It also seemed to take forever as was wait to be greeted on arrival.
The breakfast experience was a bit chaotic and the food served was poorly presented and minimal. Marstans need to spend some money on this below average offering.

Certainly wasn’t upscale accommodation has listed in the description. Check-in was slow considering I was stood waiting while four members of staff could see me waiting. However once check-in proceeded the gentleman was very polite and friendly. A simple courteous acknowledgment would have been sufficient though whilst waiting. Room was clean but walls and floors seemed paper thin. Could hear everything in surrounding rooms. Wouldn’t stay again.

Nice hotel, staff very helpful and friendly, only downside was they were very short of staff durinf Our visit and food wasn’t available on yhè Friday night

Enjoyed the stay, convenient parking, clean room. Nice bar area.
However they need more staff, slow table service for evening meal and especially at breakfast time where one guy seemed to be the only member of staff on duty dealing with a full restaurant.

Accommodation is great, shame about the actual pub though which is one of the supposed benefits of this location. Average food and very slow service, and given this is on the edge of town there aren’t any other walkable dining options.

Firt time visited staffs was friendly and welcoming, room was good and bed comfy, location was good not for from Bleach and supermarkets and town centre, one negative comments i was comments is breakfast(cooked ) is take so long , when is served on table is dry ( bacon sausage) is look is been pre cooked and keeping in hot place fie a while before is come out ..and im not sure why is take so long to bring it out...

The hotel was nice, the hotel needs a Lift. Also having to walk across the car park to the restaurant to check in is not very good at all

check-in is in the pub opposite the hotel entrance. Problems with mobile signal meant check-in took ages while my wife was standing outside the hotel. The room had an awful smell but we were told the hotel was full and they couldn't offer an alternative. Apparently a number of rooms had a similar problem. The room was refreshed and did smell a little better but there was still the smell lingering.

Brilliant stay, clean room with tea and coffee and shower gel etc, easy check in and check out, no complaints

A very ordinary bland chain pub/hotel. The come-on image given is of the pub (bit like a brewer’s fare). The newish accommodation block is on the far side of the large car park and completely unattended. Comfortable enough and for the price reasonable value. The breakfast was good and inexpensive.

Our room was very comfortable and clean with tea/coffee making facilities and hand soap/shower gel dispensers. The bed was very comfortable. We did not encounter any noise from other guest, it was very peaceful.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, all in all we had a really good stay and the food was amazing and plenty of choice.

Enjoyed our overnight stay.
Two minor points which we feel need addressing:-
Bath surface wass extremely slippery, making bathing somewhat hazardous.
Biscuits alongside the excellent choice of tea and coffee would have been expected.

4.0 / 10.0
Exceeded expectations. Was expecting basic accommodation and was pleasantly surprised with little extras like biscuits and coffee bags.
Parking was plentiful and accommodation separate to the pub which was an added bonus. Would stay again

We arrived mid-afternoon, checkin was straightforward. We ate in both evenings, food was excellent, with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Room was clean. We walked in and back from the town centre (about 30 mins steady walking).
We will definitely return later in the year when we can enjoy the summer evenings outside.
