Hotel attached to a mall, whattt! This place is secluded. If you are traveling with a car, this is golden. Breakfast, was delicious. Thanks for a great stay.

Being in the shopping center helps, it's nice, the gym is minimalist, the breakfast is very good and diverse. The pool is small though

Very clean rooms, good breakfast, easy parking. It is located in Explanade Mall which is full of dining options and activities for kids. Really convenient if you are going to either Cholula or Puebla. You will not regret it.

All was good!

The staff are great! Both very friendly and very helpful. The access to the mall was very convenient. It’s about a 40 minute walk to the town of cholula, which is mostly a pleasant stroll. The pool though is actually very small, as is the gym. Very disappointing. I could also hear the people in the room next to me both having sex and snoring. So it’s a bit of a mixed bag

PLease give this complaint personally to the manager CARLOS: January/03/2023 (Time: 10:00 Am) I had an accident and I have a problem with my knee. When I asked ZEN (the girl that was wearing a red shirt in the morning making the eggs) if she could make me two eggs. And I asked her if she could bring it to my table so I am not standing, and make them with olive oil. She looked at me kind of funny and indicated that there is no olive oil. I personally think that she was too lazy to look in the kitchen and see if there is olive oil.) There was a waiter, I believe that goes by the name Hector. That was helping her out. Now, I waited at least 20 minutes. And I could see people that ZEN is attending other people that came after me. And I finally walked to her, and I asked her her name. Shortly after, I asked for her name, and she was yelling at me across the dining area in front of everyone, telling me that my eggs are ready. I responded by saying that I'm done with breakfast. After that, I asked Hector, if he could provide me with ZEN's full name. But he refused and asked me for the reasons. But I told him that was none of his business. Then he went in the back and never came back. I finally approached the manager on duty, his name was CARLOS. and he really hesitated to give me the full name of ZEN. It is all after all about customer service. And we are not here to beg for food or money. At least that is what I had felt like. I had traveled to 12 countries around the world and h

Customer service is their priority. Rooms were spacious and clean. Their breakfast included an omelette station and fresh fruit. I would definitely stay here again.

Buen lugar pero tiene algunos inconvenientes como estar adentro de una plaza comercial, un dia llegamos ya tarde por la noche y fue un poco de problema llegar al hotel en el coche

Low water pressure on shower, just a little bit of it coming out, the light on the fire detector was so bright and it made a click sound, the A/C was very noisy. We have stayed at this hotel several times and this is the first time I give them a bad review though. Usually everything is perfect.

Property is in a mall which has some decent food options but a little out of the way to go exploring.
