Had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and was able to check us in early with no problems. Our room was clean and there was a bottle of wine complements of the hotel in our fridge and a hand written note in our room. The location was perfect and had a huge selection of great restaurants within 5 minutes of walking. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to London.

It was a two day stopover trip while returning from Edinburgh to London enroute to Dubai. The hotel is awesome very very centrally located. The Trafalgar Square, national museum, Big Ben, underground, easy access to all public transport, eating options for all type of foods, safe and secure, convenience stores all in close proximity. Staff is awesome all of them, a very personalized touch right from check in ,to directions, recommendations, tourist places etc. Being a platinum member a bottle of wine was with compliments. They also Hv free house drinks every evening for their guests. The rooms were nice, spacious and swanky, the bedding was great, free fresh water Brite water in small kitchenette equipped fridge, tea kettle, cone coffee machine with crockery, tea/ coffee / cutlery. Hair dryer/ slippers. All was very awesome and a very comfortable stay. Keep it up !

Highly recommend this hotel - great location, walk to everything - even though the area is busy, we had a room over looking the Main Street and it was very quiet - never heard any noise.
The service from the staff was 5 stars.

Me and my husband stay in London often for nights away and short breaks and we are so happy to find this little gem . Rooms are very modern and well equipped and just lovely and quiet .
Fab location and the staff are very friendly and have been welcoming every time we go and come back to the hotel .
We wish we had found this place sooner and will definitely return on our next trip

A very clean and well located business hotel that was not ideally suited for a family vacation. The service when we arrived was excellent but we were surprised when they offered no assistance in helping to reclaim our lost luggage from Heathrow. Room was oddly configured, but bed was comfortable and it was very quiet given the intensive tourist activity outside.

Outstanding service and comfort in a fantastic location. I was injured the week before the trip and had to use a cane; the hotel staff moved us to an accessible room, called us cabs, and gave us tips on close by eateries. The hotel could not be better located. We were able to walk to plays, short cab to other attractions and would have been easy tube ride without my walking challenges. We were traveling as a family and felt safe letting the teenager rest while we went to dinner or saw a show. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful or nicer across the board on every shift. Small kitchenette was useful and well designed; beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, which was key for our stay and the room was a good size for downtown London. Just an excellent experience overall.

It was right near everything Covent Gardens has to offer and an easy walk to the theatre district. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff were great. Comfy bed. Good size King room. Would definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel based largely on the location being a reasonable walk (up to 20 min) to quite a few places of interest; St. Paul’s Cathedral, Academy of St. Martin the Fields, The National Portrait Gallery, The American Bar at the Savoy, Covent Garden’s shopping and entertainment, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and Parliament. We found after we got there that there wasn’t really a need to take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station when you can just take the Piccadilly line to the Covent Grden tube stop and walk about four blocks to the hotel.
The room was nice if a bit small. The fact it came with a microwave, fridge, utensils, plates, and cups was great. Had an ironing board, iron, and hair dryer too. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and shower were typical and everything worked fine. We had a concern that being right on the Strand it might be noisy but our 4th floor room had double glassed windows so except for the occasional police or ambulance siren we hard almost nothing.
The best part was the staff. Very cheerful, efficient, and full of good advice on how to get places, where to eat. They provide umbrellas you can borrow in the lobby and a happy hour from 6-7 every night. Several days we got a late start and had no trouble getting the room cleaned in the middle of the afternoon (you definitely don’t get a cheerful response to such a request at all hotels.)
Places we got to on foot for food were The Lemon Tree (Thai) and Punjab (Indian). Punjab in par

Absolutely amazing from the moment we stepped in. Customer service perfection. Everyone was so friendly and eager to assist us with any need. Room small , as all are in Europe , but very clean and comfortable. The bed was soooo comfortable and that's not something I say often of hotels. So close to shopping dining entertainment. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you all for a lovely stay.
