When checking in the process takes almost 45 to an hour. They never have room immediately, know the other hotel let you check in early. Off from my flight and no place to change also they said will let me know if room is available early, this my third time they never called me in all my stays.

The property was modern and beautiful. Every amenity you want while in San Salvador. The dining was top notch. Very clean, safe, and easy access to local dining, shopping, coffee and excursions. The rooms were spacious and very clean as well as comfortable with excellent design and modern touches. The property has FREE underground parking with easy access, well-lit and easy access to the hotel. The property has an attached mall with boutique shops as well as a shopping center across the street. The room we had 401 had mountain views I would definitely stay again. Book this place, you'll like it

First time in El Salvador and I didn't know what to expect but I loved this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food is good as well. Directly across the street from a gas station. A mall is attached as well so it is walking distance from many stores and fast food restaurants. Security there 24/7. Loved it. No complaints. Would stay again if I visit in the future.

Very welcoming, efficient and clean. Started the trip off in the country side and ended here in a more modern, but still traditionally sound hotel. Will be coming back in the summer time when the rooftop pool is open !
