I’m from Florida and this was the first time going to Illinois this was honestly the best hotel! Very quiet, room looked exactly like the pictures, bed was very comfortable!

Great property in excellent condition. The location is isolated right next to the river, with little to do in the immediate area. If you are not looking to go out anywhere, you can't beat this property.

The place was amazing. The room was clean and staff was really nice. Breakfast was good and they had a wide variety for a Sunday. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay

Went to a show at The Rust Belt and this hotel was the closest option. I found the property clean, safe, the staff were wonderful. I would stay there again next time I'm in Quad Cities.

I have stayed at this property several times and will happily stay there again. The hotel is attractive with well-kept grounds and facilities, inside and out. They serve a breakfast, which is convenient. I especially like the quiet, insulation of the rooms and the walking/biking path along the Mississippi River nearby. Beautiful views of the river! The staff here are friendly and responsive.

We were greeted warmly and offered shuttle service to our concert outside of their normal shuttle hours. They had great suggestions for food late into the evening.. would recommend staying here

We love this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is well-stocked with a nice variety each day. This is our second experience staying in this hotel and we will stay here again

A nice property in an area where it seems they are trying to grow things to attract visitors. The hotel is in good condition. Breakfast was standard but adequate. The river walk is very close, which is a nice option. Area around hotel is somewhat empty and I didn't see a lot of dining options in the immediate area. I would use this location again.

I liked that it was located near the Missisippi River. It had breakfast provided and a dining room.

Beautiful facilities, really quiet neighborhood. Felt like a really safe little corner of town. The food in the in-house restaurant/bar was decent. No microwaves in rooms but there is one down at the little snack station. Wish I was here for longer so I could've enjoyed a walk by the river!

Easy check in. The daily breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful!
We never went to the 9th floor but it over looks the river and has a nice restaurant up there!

An excellent stay overall with one exception—the television was stuck in HTML mode. A very helpful maintenance man tried everything to fix it(multiple remotes, battery changes, plugging and unplugging all connections) to no avail. I credit his tenacity and even apologized several times, which I assured him was not necessary. Despite that glitch, I would stay here again

Reserved a king bed - upon arrival we were told none available. No cleaning room. Had to ask twice for coffee in our room.
No coffee in lobby because they were out of cups. (Funny thing is, we stayed last year around this time and they were out of cups then, too !! Wonder if that is a regular answer to not serve coffee ???)

We loved the River Room at Sunset. After an 8 hour drive that day, it was the perfect way to relax and have some amazing food. It was the best part of the stay. The rooms were nice, though we did have a dirty coffee mug left in our room which was a little weird, as well as no other coffee cups to make coffee in the morning. We still had coffee at breakfast, so it worked out. The breakfast was excellent, and both kids agreed it was the best of our trip. We’d definitely stay here again when driving through.

Sort of an odd location around not much, but it’s a very nice hotel for the Quad Cities. We stayed there during a visit to family and the breakfast buffet was very large and nice for this type of breakfast option. Two restaurant options with a very nice enclosed rooftop bar. Can’t walk to much but nice location near the Mississippi.

Modern Hotel at the Mississippi River. Very comfortable rooms with a lot of space. Every times again.

It was close to where I needed to be.

The plus:
The property is right on the Mississippi. Walking the bank path in the evening is a treat. The area is mostly quiet and clean.
Staff in both of the on property restaurant/lounges were excellent. As were the housekeeping staff. Those individuals know customer service.
The negative:
Pricing for the property considering it's location, value it's what it should be.
Staff at the front desk aren't all considerate of the fish bowl they work in.
Lacking in customer service. e.g.Pool towels were needed, front desk staff was notified and more than 30 minutes later the towels were not restocked. When one of my party went to inquire again they weren't well received.
The beds were hard, and noise levels at night could be irritating due to hallway traffic and doors that aren't made to close softly.
Should my family find ourselves back in the area we will find other accommodation.

The views from this hotel are amazing. Saw the sunset to the left and sunrise to the right. Very nice walking trail goes on forever. Dinner was amazing - Turkey Pesto BLT, was huge - easily shareable. Minor cleaning issue with the fridge was remedied quickly. Definitely will stay again.

Computers were sluggish when we walked in. A line of folks waiting. Desk person was flexible and not at all rattled. Great !

We stayed here last year and had a great experience so we decided to stay again this year. Again, the hotel and staff were beyond outstanding. A HUGE shout out to Jasmin at the front desk who assisted us with getting a last minute room for my niece and her three little ones after a terrible day of being stranded. We will never be able to thank you enough for your kindness!!! Everything about this place is great and we will return again anytime we are in town.
