Awesome property. Very welcoming.

We were welcomed and the host did everything she could to care for our every need! She was fantastic! The grounds around the hotel are amazing! Make sure you take the time to walk around and enjoy!

Great service, very customer focused staff.
Enjoyed stay. Got complimentary upgrade of the room and late checkouts without asking for it.

This hotel is simply stunning and teeming with history. When you enter the beautiful long tree-lined driveway, you know this place is special. We had an amazing family room that was huge! There is a bar at the hotel, ample parking and great food. We had a breakfast that was a feast included with the price of our booking. Well worth it. This hotel is a little out of the center of town, but we highly recommend it if you want to feel like royalty for your stay.

Everyone off the staff were lovely and could not have been more h helpful ABs accommodating.
Weather was poor so didn’t get there exploring praise that I planned on my bike.
Food at the hotel was great.

Absolutely beautiful experience, the hotel is absolutely stunning and the level of cleanliness is well above the stars available to give I work in a hotel myself and cannot fault the manor at all. It is amazing cozy warming and the staff are unbelievably friendly and catering can’t wait to return already thank you all & a special thanks to Sharon for her kindness and welcoming

The building and grounds are GORGEOUS. Breakfast was delightful in a very well-appointed dining room. Some of the original structure is still exposed, like a giant fireplace, which just adds to the ambiance.
Two downsides: 1) The noise at night was horrendous. There was a party that went what seemed like all night long, with banging in the kitchen, raised voices, slamming doors. Ask if they are hosting a party before booking! 2) The shower was barely a trickle of water. It was very hard to use effectively.

It’s a great place to stay , John and the stay were fantastic, I would recommend to all travelers

The room was clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. We received great check in attention. The hotel and stay was very nice.
The water pressure was a bit weak, so ringing was a bit long.
The night we were there, there was a very festive party in the banquette area. It was a bit load; but not so disturbing - the music was good!
Happy 21st Birthday!!

I never give any reviews but this was one of the worse expirience I ever had in a hotel. I had to wait nearly 1 hour for check in but also for check out and I was the only one waiting. Breakfast was not bad but it took nearly 45 Minutes to get it served. Employees were dressed like they want to go to the gym. 181 Euros for a "nice looking hotel" but horrible service. The only good thing were the Ukrainians who helped me searching for the one employer who was running the whole restaurant/bar and the rest of the hotel himselve. Its a shame for this nice location.

Charming hotel with a particularly friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel in the countryside. Next to Waterford although you will need a car. Family room big with confortable beds. Bathroom adecuate but a bit old (a remodelation would be welcome). Breakfast excelent. Good election!

Hotel was quite nice. Nice location. Food was ok not great. Didn’t seem like there were many staff. Overpriced for what we got.

Amazing this was a second choice when the hotel to which we received a recommendation was full. We do not see how the other hotel could have been better.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly. Our room was great, really big which was great as we have a 1 year old so he was able to crawl around all over the place. Overall all the room was perfect.

Lovely place set in wonderful countryside. Thankyou.

Fabulous place perfect stay

Great room, nice private grounds, close to Waterford, but enough distance to feel very much in the countryside.
Service was great.

Its a fairly average hotel. The thing that sets it apart is the friendly and kind staff. From the Chef (Phily is amazing and Ian is great) to the servers (Riana and Elizabeth) to the Bar Tenders (Dean and Podrick know their stuff), interacting with them was the best part of our stay!

The cleaniest of all the hotel was evident everywhere you went around the hotel. The staff were outstanding and worked well under the supervision of Melissa.

This Hotel is clean , friendly , set in beautiful countryside. The only problems were the noise made by private functions . The breakfast waiting staff on the Sunday morning “ were still asleep “ as it took four attempts to get the food order correct . Overall our stay was fine but could have been better !

This hotel was awful. Door sticker said room sanitized however, we had no towels, shower cap box (empty) was left on window sill. The bathroom
Floor was like an ice rink. Kettle was half full of water, lights over mirror blew, bulb missing in bathroom light (and response from hotel staff was that the mornings are bright and we won’t need the bulb). Hot water tap itself turned 360 degrees and was not secure. No spare toilet paper and no tissues. The TV was not programmed and hotel handy man couldn’t fix it either and just left jt. Claimed hotel needed to upgrade TV service.

it didnt start great , when we pulled into the car park there was an empty cider bottle, in another area empty can, also discarded masks, it wouldnt take much to ask a member of staff to go regularly to pick up after slobs.
in reception a lovely lady joyfully told us that we didnt have to book a time for breakfast we could just go down, when we did there was a queue to get into the dining room, during covid times not ideal! a timed list would be much better.
reception also tried to charge my card when i was not there for the room even though i showed them on check in that i had prepaid with Hotels.com
for the price it would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the room, i know its only 3 star but ...
Only a carvery available for sunday lunch, would it take much to offer sandwhiches/salads for us that dont want a big feed? if you do this is the place for you.
the saving grace of this place is the staff, they were all lovely , very helpful and well trained.
The breakfast was also good, alot of choice, except fresh juice would be nice instead of out of a carton, again not a huge cost but would make a huge difference.
overall opinion, dated, over priced, needs a visit from the hotel inspector to sort them out, lots could be done that would not cost much, when you spend €249 for one night b&b for two people i think they could do alot better and still make alot of profit, wont be coming back.

The hotel is outside Waterford 5 minutes driving to the country side which makes it quiet and relaxing. The rooms were clean as expected and the staff was very nice.

Did not get the room we booked. We were given a second room but I had booked a family room as I wanted us to stay together. Both rooms we got had no view other than the roof and the generator was outside our window and on until after midnight

This was our third stay at Greenway Manor, thoroughly enjoyed the ambience, totally relaxing. Great value. Food was excellent, dinner and breakfast. Staff very welcoming and assisted our every need. Fabulous spacious rooms with large screen tv’s. If you want relaxation it’s the place go go. Thanks to Melissa for all her kindness and hospitality. Well done to all the staff.

The staff were lovely, food was delicious and the place was nice and reasonably clean. The room was nice but view wise was looking out onto the roof and other parts of the building and there was a lot of noise late enough into the night but not quite sure what it was or where it was coming from. I would stay there again but would definitely prefer a different room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Apart from a blip when they had social dancing underneath our room and we had to move it was a very pleasant stay. Lovely surroundings and ideal location. We’d come again

The Manor house is a historic building, set in a park-like setting. It was truly a beautiful building. Our only concern was in finding the Manor, as there didn’t appear to be many signs. However, we easily gained directions from a local publican.
2.5
The house was old and charming with downstair sitting rooms and bars for the guests gather and chat. The rooms were large and clean with enough amenities to be comfortable. The best thing about our experience was the staff. They accommodated our large family when we arrived late and made sure the kids ate. Our irish waiter in the morning was so friendly. The whole experience was excellent. I just wish we were able to stay longer.
