We had a lovely spacious room at the top of the stairs, under the eaves. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

This property is not equipped for hotter days. The room we reserved was second floor, with only one small window in the ceiling that opened only a few inches. We were supposed to stay two nights, but decided to leave early and forfeit our payment because it was unbearably hot. The outdoor temperature was around 90F (32C), and inside the room was much, much hotter and did not cool down until hours after the outdoor temperature became bearable. In addition, the town was more commercialized than we anticipated and it was too hot to hike so there was not a lot to do. They need to either install better ventilation/fans or an AC if they plan to rent this room in hot weather. The place and room itself would have been cute in more typical, cooler weather.

Chipping Campden was beautiful and quintessential Cotswolds. Bantam Tea Rooms were small but clean. The breakfast was limited but good. The staff were attentive and friendly. We would stay there again.

Interesting skylight.
Very nice bathroom.
Little shiny desk fan I'm the room was noisy and ineffective, but thankfully it wasn't too hot during the night.
In all, a lovely little place. Bit pricey, but quality accommodation and very nice staff.

This guest house is one of the best kept secrets in all of England. The rooms exceed expectation - old world exterior but renovated with all of the modern luxuries including very fast internet. Our room was impeccably clean, and well stocked with towels, linens and bath supplies.
We arrived later than the appointed check-in time, but our brilliant host left us the ability to get into the room without trouble.
The next morning we feasted on delicious breakfast in the tea room (included with the room) - before the doors opened to outside diners.
I should also mention we ate dinner at the restaurant next door and had the most unbelievable Italian fare I've ever eaten outside of Italy. I had a hard time believing I was eating such delicious Italian food in a tiny village in the English countryside.
This guest house is very special and I hope to someday be able to stay there again. Thank you, Carolyn, for your amazing service!

We stayed here as we fancied a change of scene for the weekend. We stayed for one night in room 4. It was very nicely decorated and equipped with a kettle, hairdryer, tv etc.
We had a lovely breakfast the following morning which was included in the booking. There was a great assortment on the menu and the portions were plentiful. They even had gluten-free bread that we were provided with on request which was great.
It was a very humid evening and unfortunately the room became very warm with little ventilation from the skylight windows. Perhaps if a fan was available it would have made sleeping more comfortable. Otherwise a great stay in a lovely location.

Perfect location and warm welcome, we had the twin room just above the tea room front door. Spacious room, nice windows, comfortable beds, amenities you’d expect. Shower was a little tight, but who cares. Perfect location for roaming around town, shopping, pubs, and hiking on trails. Breakfast in the tea room was just wonderful. Loved every minute.

The property and cafe are lovely, but our room was quite dirty: the floor and walls looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a long time. The room was very hot -- had to have a fan on all night.
4.0 / 10.0
It is a very old place but very nicely remodelled for modern conveniences.
Unfortunately for us older folks, the toilet is on ground level and the bedroom is on second level with a steep circular stairway...but very attractive.

Lovely village. We had tea and breakfast at the Tea Rooms, and the food was excellent. The staff was very helpful. Our room was on the top floor of the main building: roomy, quiet, clean
