Appreciated the convenient location to the city center; Included breakfast was quite good; Accommodations with nice, but they were on the smaller room size

All the staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room had great amenities - heated towel rack, rain shower, soaking tub, bath robe and slippers, comfortable bed. Breakfast was a great selection and there was fresh squeezed orange juice. We were right in the center of everything, so easy to walk everywhere. I would stay here again. It was a little confusing when we arrived because there is a hotel on the corner with a similar name and even though I showed the taxi driver the address, he dropped us at the hotel. Since this is more of a small B&B type place, there is not a big sign. So just make sure you end up at the right place.

We loved our stay here!! The staff is incredible and so accommodating, and the breakfast is wonderful. With only 11 rooms, it felt like a very personal and special stay. It’s very centrally located as well, and super walkable!

This is a amazing hotel in the heart of Florence. Rooms are so elegant and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is very good with a huge selection- fresh eggs and juice. I is five star hotel!

Stay away from it. We booked 2 rooms and we advised will be arriving late surprisingly we could not find the hotel and no one responded the phone anymore and left us without a place to stay and charged the full prices. The local police assisted us to find a hotel to stay and when I called next day to complain they denied receiving any phone calls. Extremely disappointed.

We had a Junior Suite. It was a beautiful accommodation with high quality touches, including a very comfortable bed and pillows, very high quality sheets and linens, bathrobes, etc. The room was decorated in very good taste, and we really enjoyed having a living area to spread out in. The breakfast (which was included in our rate) was truly amazing and we were sorry that we could only make time for it once during our three-day stay. The service and surroundings for breakfast were exceptional. The only little problem we had during our stay was with the air conditioning malfunctioning our first evening. When Regina learned of it, she took care of the problem immediately. Regina and the staff were incredibly attentive and even offered to make us sandwiches for our early morning departure. This was a five star accommodation, made exquisite by the personalized service. I highly recommend it if you plan to visit Florence (and the location is unbeatable!)

Everything was great beautiful details, really nice room. Comfy bed. The only thing was, we didn’t know where to leave the luggage. There was no space for the luggage. And breakfast needs a lot more than what it offers.

The absolute perfect place! If you are looking don’t hesitate as you can not find a better place. Location, is perfect, staff is attentive and helpful, rooms, beds, shower and linens are fantastic. We had 7 of us in 3 rooms from 24-83 years old, as we brought our parents. You can walk everywhere and drop things back at the hotel with ease. This place is a gem. Easy for all. Would give it 12 stars!!!

We booked a trip last minute and had the most wonderful stay here! The room was super clean and comfortable, and the staff was so accommodating. Breakfast in the lounge was delicious, and the location of the hotel was perfect (walking distance to all the main attractions in Florence). We will definitely be back!

In the very heart of the city, top notch hospitality. Their room is elegant and quite, breakfast is absolutely lovely. Would give a 6 star if there is any option. Best hotel we stayed in Italy!!

This hotel stay was so good. We stayed in the Junior suite which was beautiful and relaxing. All staff were great and Gavin in the breakfast room superb at his role and a happy friendly person to be greeted by each morning. Would absolutely return to this hotel when visiting Florence in future.

One of he most beautifully decorated hotels I have ever stayed in. Not your average hotel, beautiful decor, extremely clean and elegant as the name suggests. This hotel delights you in every way. Just absolutely stunning!! Would love to stay here again one day. I felt like I was in my own private luxury apartment living in Florence. Just wonderful.

This was one of my favorite places we stayed at during our honeymoon, and it was not the most expensive! I will book it again when we come back. LOCATION: Unbeatable location near the charming and safest parts of the city, and we were able to walk to and from the train. But the best part was the actual room and staff.... STAFF: The service was top notch from check-in on, and so very friendly and helpful! Best staff we encountered in all of our travels through Italy and Greece. I loved their restaurant recommendations too! Reliable and delicious with a balanced, local vibe. ROOM: Our room was unbelievable!! I loved the way it was appointed finely down to the last detail - they thought of everything and skimped on nothing, by far surpassing my expectations for the price. The mini bar had creative and reasonably priced items for when we wanted a little more time in the room, and the sweets they left in the room each day were delicious! The AC was fantastic during the greater than average heat outside, and the bath tub was a blessing for our tired feet. I love the stunning shower feature as well as all of the hardware used throughout the rooms. Even the vent covers were customized! His and her sinks were a luxury, and the extra detail of the room coming with not just a hair dryer but also a straightener was amazing, because mine has issues with dual voltage - so thoughtful! The linens and towels were very new and nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Lovely all around!
