After a very long flight we arrived at EQ seriously jetlagged. The great staff, room and over all hotel experience made our first few days in Malaysia a true delight. Great views from both the room, Blue (51st floor rooftop bar), and from the infinity pool. The gym was fresh and modern, with great equipment. Will definitly stay here at next KL visit!

Positives: staff is very friendly and try really hard to deliver customer service. The hotel rooms look nice. Negatives: for a hotel that is relatively new, the wear and tear on fixtures and floors is more than I expected. The washroom faucet water pressure is quite weak, but I’m not sure if that’s on purpose as a eco feature. The waiters at the restaurant are nice and made useful recommendations, but need more training. The restaurant is a buffet for half the week so maybe they were not familiar with the service process for a la carte ordering.

The hotel is beautiful. The service was impeccable but there was no champagne or sparkling wine in the Club Lounge. No rose available in the Blue Sky bar. The food in the blue sky bar was less than favourable unfortunately.

There was great shopping nearby, but it was about 1km away, and a map is needed. I would suggest using the e-bikes, traffic is usually congested, and the streets will send you in circles. The staff is great, the hotel is in excellent condition. If you stay long, buy the breakfast daily instead of everyday. Its good, but its nice to have options. You have to request room service ice, which is free, and the room service menu is not high priced. You cannot get a bottle or wine opener from the hotel, but don't pack one in your carry on bag either. lol! The TV menu was limited. Some good new movies, not rotated well. Some very old "news" stories for some reason. BBC news and Al-Jezeera were the only international live channels (sky news does not count, lol) I developed a fondness for CNBC somehow. Overall, it was a fine stay that could have been a little better.

I ordered a Cake and Flower via Hotel service, but it surprised me that they only brought the cake and flowers to our room without a room service trolley and tableware. These are the only things I feel weird about the service. Other than that, anything is fine and comfortable!

I got the room facing a vacant & tall building which is blocking the view and a bit creepy at night, I had to keep my curtain covering the window all the time. No hot water due to regular maintenance for the first midnight i stayed in, the staff didnt brief me during checkin. Nearly 15 mins walk to key touristy spot.

The hotel was excellent, clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food was delicious and had a large variety. A special mention to Aslina who was excellent and really made a difference to our experience. Will definitely be retuning to the EQ!

Amazing hotel with great staff and service. Nothing was too much trouble, and always helpful. Room was massive, and bathroom was big and spacious with both shower and a bath tub. Good range of in-house restaurants, bars and coffee shops. When we first turned up hot and sweaty they provided cooling towels and a refreshing drink. Good gym, which my wife used. A little bit of a walk to the Metro station, but not too far. V close to 'Helimed' bar - across the road on top of a skyscraper (34th floor). Must do.... Great views of Petronas and KL towers from everywhere - room, bars and rooftop restaurant. Great choice.

Location of the hotel was great, walking distance to Petronas Towers, KLCC Park and main shopping centers. Food was disappointing very average for a 5 star hotel, access to Sky51 even after booking a table was not guaranteed however view was amazing. Pool area would have benefitted from bar/outside service area as there is nowhere to have a drink and snack outside during the day time and additional sunbeds.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing! Very accommodating and super nice. They make you feel like "your wish is my command" in a very humble way. The property was impeccably kept except the vitality pool needed to be cleaned and the shower wall needed to be scrubbed. Other than that, this was an outstanding stay.

Simply stunning!! We got the corner room with an amazing view and they also offered front and pastries! Breakfast was amazing, the staff was great. Only nuisance: the rooftop bar belongs to another company so you can’t really trash pictures there unless you reserve a table.

The check in service was poor. Felt like she just cared about the payment. Gave us our room key without telling us about the hotel facilities like dining, gym, pool and where they located, what time breakfast is, where it was. What the room number was, what the wifi password was. We had to ask what our room number was and figure out everything else. She was not very friendly. The other coupke checking in next to us had a full breifing. Was like they chose to brief those who looked like they fitted the 5 star class of the hotel. Should not be judgemental and picky. Everyone should receive the same service and not be judged if you look rich or not. Very poor customer reception experience. Other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked where things were.

I booked 2 rooms for me and my family before our trip to Genting highland. This is the best hotel I have stay in Kuala Lumpur. Rooms are big and beautiful. Extremely clean! The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly. helpfuL and knowledgeable. The receptionist ( forgot the name) he helped me to book a van to Genting highlands. The driver Acap is the best tour guy. The bell man was kind and helpful, he helped me to talk to the taxi driver. I am so happy that my first time in Malaysia to stay at the EQ. Everyone work in this hotel are awesome. I will stay here again the next time I am in Malaysia. Thank you to the hotel staff! Because of them I had a great time in Kuala Lumpur. I highly recommend the EQ to everyone visiting Kula Lumpur.
