This property is easy access to local stores, near train stations. It is walkable to attraction area. We like the quietness and spacious of the property.

The property is located centrally to Dotonbori area and easily accessible to the subways. The area is safe and quiet. With a family of 4, we appreciated the separate rooms for toilet and shower. The kitchen was well equipped for light meals. NEGATIVE: One of our duvets had multiple blood stains. We asked for a new blanket but none arrived. Also, their communication was not timely and when we asked for a new blanket, they asked for pictures to be sent. However, the email address they sent was not useable and even though I requested a resend of their email address, there was no reply. Apartment was generally clean although a bit dusty. Unfortunately, we take HYGIENE AND HEALTH SAFETY very seriously, especially given the blood stains were quite fresh looking. The property did not take care of this matter and we were very displeased with their poor communication to correct this matter.

I love to recommend this place. It is a little far from nanba station(20minutes walk) But is pretty good place to access DOTONBORI(Tour place in osaka) It is really nice and clean. 5 people are staying in here, it was very nice. I recommend this place, specially for Family.

The check-in process was highly inconvenient as there was no staff available for assistance, with the only instruction provided being to scan a QR code for check-in. The room was extremely dirty, with hair scattered all over the floor, black mold present in the sink and shower area, and a sewage smell emanating from the toilet. The toilet cover was dirty and covered in dust, while the walls exhibited yellow and brown stains. Additionally, all three comforters were yellow, and the shower towels had a noticeable mildew smell. Upon check-out, we discovered a bag of clean towels left outside our room in the sun, inside an IKEA bag. I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Man we loved this place. It was the perfect location to walk to Dotonbori in 5 minutes and also about the same distance from the subway station. It's on the 8th floor, so it's quiet with a good view. It's also very spacious; you won't feel cramped, and I like how the toilet room was far from the living area and a separate room from the sink/shower area. Tons of options for convenience stores, restaurants, and of course the world-famous Dotonbori district. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in Osaka.

Nice place near Dotonbori. Perfect for tourists. We were a family of 6 and fit comfortably. Metro stations were nearby and lots of shopping and food options. Floors near the bathroom were a bit creaky, which disturb d my kids sleep in the middle of the night. I wish there were drawers to organize clothes in. We mostly had to keep everything in our suitcases. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. It’s not a 5 star hotel. It’s a comfortable and safe place to stay after a long day out. Overall it was good and I’d recommend it.

It was a pleasant stay! The property was just right for our family’s accommodation. Clean, and the necessities are provided for. Walking distance to shopping areas and local restaurants. Easy non-face to face check-in and check-out. The only thing I was concerned about was security, but we had a great time during our 2 nights stay.

Poor check-in & check-out system!! We missed our flight due to the complicated and confusing check-out system. We faced technical problems during checking out the room via their system and called the customer service, but the service lady took forever to help us with absolutely NOTHING!! So we missed our flight and Had to buy 4 new flight tickets to fly back home.

We live the room in itself. Checking i was farely easy but we wish the metro was closer. The metro system was 15 min walk so it was quite far. But there are shops along the way so it wasnt that bad. Its very close to Namba and Dontonbori district. We felt safe walking at night. Lots of tourist will be staying near there. At night gets crowded everywhere. Lots of good places to eat. Taxi passes by alot so if you dont like to walk then you can just get one. Its aroun 7- 10 yen depending on where you going. Overall we had a good time.

Great airBnB. The washer dryer save our trip. Only big complain is check in! There’s no check in counter. I can’t imagine if we don’t have access to internet. How can we check in. We might end up homeless the first night.
